Avoid the elevators and park on the same floor as the condo!! We also have a keyless entry door lock so you do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the unit. With over 1,980 sq ft the unit is very spacious, newly furnished and new to the rental market!!
Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix Orange Beach condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, wet bar with ice maker, 65” flat screen Smart TV in living room and a flat screen 60" Smart TVs in the master, 2nd and 3rd bedrooms and a 55" Smart TV in 4th bedroom, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. There is a King bed in the Master, a King in the 2nd bedroom, two Queen beds in the 3rd bedroom, two Queen beds in the 4th bedroom along with a sofa sleeper in the living room for sleeping up to 14.
There is an awesome zero entry outdoor pool with a water slide which connects to a lazy river, heated in-door swimming pool, two large Jacuzzi's, state-of-the-art fitness center overlooking the Gulf, BBQ Grills, and a tennis court on the 10th floor.

We had a great time and the condo was perfect. We had a couple of little things that didn’t work or didn’t get cleaned great, but nothing that would ruin our stay. My family has already agreed this is where we want to stay next year. Hopefully that will be an option.

found the property to have food and waste in corners and under chairs and beds.the toilet in the master had to be flushed with two hands, one of the other baths you had to hold the handle down.just little stuff but should be addressed

Facility and location was great. Cleaning of the unit leaves a lot to be desired. Kitchen sink faucet is bad, we cleaned lights above the counter,ceiling light in kitchen is full of bugs, master bedroom shower has mold and toilet handle clunks very loudly. Custodians were rude.

Great location ! The layout of the condo is very nice ! But the condo was really dirty , dirty sheets , mold in one of the bathrooms . The floor had not been swept very very disappointing ! To bad because it’s a beautiful unit with a great location .

Definitely not worth what we paid for this condo! It was clean but many issues. Kitchen faucet is broken. Ice maker runs all the time which kept up the guest on the sofa bed as well as No block out curtains! Cable was not working in 2 bedrooms. Lamp burned out other lamp no outlet! No hand towels and not even 1 towel per person! Trash can doesn’t work right and is dirty. Not enough chairs in eating area for all of us Maintenance was responsive.

Unit is just as pictured. Great view from the balcony. My family enjoyed our stay. The ice maker is great! Beds are comfortable.Fridge isn't that big and is missing a shelf. The dryer needs to be replaced- it takes approximately 140 minutes to dry the unit towels...longer for beach towels.If you are bringing your own beach chairs and umbrella, you'll need to set up around 6:30am because the Ike beach rental guy starts his beach takeover around 7am He'll take up all oceanfront areas plus 3-4 rows in. A lot of those chairs never get rented and just take up space.Plenty of restaurants and shops near by.Overall a great place.

Loved the following: close parking, separate ice maker, balcony view, layout of condo,Keurig, trash shoot across the hallway Add: more kitchen and bathroom towels, more Tupperware, better dryer, fix refrigerator shelf that was missing and broken patio chair, better toilet paper. Add chair and umbrella rental and Earlier check in. Close shopping is nice…go early in the morning for fully stocked shelves. We would stay here again.

The Master Suite bathtub faucet didn't work/leaked, so we weren't able to use the tub at all. Every single toilet was loose...with plastic shims noticeable under one of the toilets.
Otherwise the place was great and tastefully decorated and clean. We loved the view!
When a dead bird was reported in the lazy river, the maintenance guy was there literally within minutes. We overheard someone complain of kids throwing trash over the balcony, and again, security was there within minutes. They took their job seriously, which was refreshing to see. I would definitely recommend this unit / property to others and would could back again also.
One thing that would be nice is if the lazy river was heated. Overall every single person in my large group was extremely impressed!

Great property. Do wish it was a little cleaner when we arrived, (sand all over in every room, tub/shower needed to be cleaner, jets need a good clean out) need to provide garbage bags, and simple things like dish washer tabs, vacuum for hard floors. Other then that is was a great place to stay and would come back.

Plenty of room for 3 families to stay! Kitchen stocked with plenty of utensils. Kids loved seeing the dolphins from the balcony every morning. Had a wonderful time. Thank you!

Overall it was just as it showed! Views are wonderful, pool was very nice. Beach was nice and close. Grilling area was nice with lots of room. There were 10 of us and it did not feel crowded at all. The only complaint I had was the late check in time, 4:30 seems late. The dryer did work very well, took several cycles to dry. Overall I would definitely stay there again, we had a wonderful stay.

I rent several times a year, therefore property reviews are very important to me. I try to provide both pros and cons. The property is located in a wonderful complex with excellent amenities. The views from the balcony are stunning. The balcony is large with lots of very comfortable furniture. The condo is wonderful and spacious, however, it desperately needs a deep clean and some updates. Handprints on windows/doors, floors dirty-particularly in corners/under furnishings, etc. and the furnishings are well worn.

Plenty of room for large groups; we had 7 and it never felt cramped. Pictures on listing are accurate. Views on beach from balcony are amazing. Check in/out process was easy. Considering the cleaning fee, it should be cleaner especially the floor. We bought a mop and mopped them ourselves and the mop pads were filthy. Also the provided paper towel toilet paper are the cheapest anybody could provide, be sure to pack your own.

This condo is plenty spacious for a few families to enjoy. The kitchen was stocked well and we love having an ice machine in the condo. The views from this corner unit are beautiful and we really enjoyed the views from the balcony to watch the sun come up each day. If you like sitting outside at nighttime you may want to bring a little lantern as the outside lights don’t provide any light basically. There isn’t a single rug in the entire unit which I think would help to buffer noise a little bit. With a condo full of kids and adults it tended to get a little bit loud. Charlie was wonderful and promptly had maintenance there to fix the small issue we had. Now, the only negative I’ll share that could definitely help improve the experience is cleanliness of the condo. The shower had black mold all around the edge and the shower door drops a mildew mess. The floors were FILTHY! I think they’d been vacuumed because there wasn’t sand everywhere but our feet were all black. There was a mop and bucket in the condo that I tried to use but it was disgusting and actually made the floors worse. I’d suggest the owners provide a nice mop and bucket. I do understand that help is difficult to find these days so I was fine with mopping, but I refused to spend more money on a mop in addition to the cleaning solution I had already purchased. We just dealt with it and wore socks, flip flops and slippers when walking around the condo. The other thing I’d suggest is providing more than one hand towel for each bathroom. Overall, I would stay here again as the condo is nice otherwise and the building amenities and location were great!

We requested this same condo after having a great time here last summer. The number of BRs, beautiful water views, lg common space, lg balcony, beautiful furnishings ... were all reasons we booked this condo. The only negative .... Upon entering everything “looked “clean and perfect but.. we had crawlers and toddlers. Although no debris on floor.. the toddlers and adults had black feet from dirt on wood floors. Obviously not mopped! We went to store that first nite to buy swifter to clean all floors. All hardwoods black .entire condo appeared very clean but floors obviously not touched.

The whole family had a great time. The condo was perfect and met all of our needs. Kitchen was well stocked with supplies ... we cook a lot while we are at the beach! It was great being able to park on the same floor as the condo. Everyone enjoyed the lazy river and the kids loved the slide. Great breeze out on the balcony! Loved the recliners ... the arrangement of the living room was very conducive to visiting and enjoying each other. Management was very responsive when we had a problem with the garbage disposal ... fixed the problem right away. We struggled to keep the floors clean ... our feet got pretty dirty. All in all, a wonderful time was had by each age group! We would definitely come back!

We recently stayed in this condo as a group of 12 (7 adults and 5 children). The amenities were amazing, the condo had everything we needed and the location was awesome! The panoramic view of the ocean was breathtaking, and you could see the ocean from the kitchen, dining room, living room, extensive balcony and 3 of the 4 bedrooms which was a huge plus! The kitchen was large enough for us to prepare meals and store everything we needed. A separate ice maker at the wet bar was key for filling coolers and water bottles before heading down to the beach. The lazy river was a hit with the entire group and the kids loved the water slide. We highly recommend this condo and will keep it in mind for future vacations! One note to add is that a previous review mentioned there weren't large stock pots for cooking meals for a large group, so we packed one in the car with us. When we arrived we were pleasantly surprised to find 2 giant stockpots and wouldn't have needed to bring ours after all. Thought this could help someone save room in the future! If you are on the fence about booking this condo, do it!!

My extended family and I stayed at this Orange Beach condo. It was the perfect size and location for our needs. We all loved that it was a corner unit so we had the views from both directions. The bed sizes were perfect for all the couples we had, plus the pull out couch for kids was helpful. The floors seemed to be slightly sandy and dirtier upon our first day arriving, but not so bad that it ruined any part of stay. We are hopeful to rent this location in future again!
