This unit was absolutely perfect for our group, and the location can’t be beat. It was so nice being just steps from the beach. Amazing beach views from the balcony. Bed was very comfortable. I was pleased that several beach towels were also included. I would definitely love to come back!
The back door was often very difficult to open, but that’s really the only slight issue we had. Also, just be aware that the two twin beds are actually a trundle bed. But it worked just fine for my 15- & 20-year-old kids.

We were delighted with the property. We found it to be extremely clean. Access to the beach was a short walk from your open deck. and the location was very near shopping. The only downside we had was the parking was very tight but manageable. All the other tenants seem to take care around each other's cars so it wasn't a deal-breaker? I would recommend this property to anyone who wants to be close to the beach.

Loved the location. Thought from the listing that the third bedroom had two twins. While this was technically accurate it was actually a trundle which is awkward for 65 plus people

Property has a nice direct beach front view with a covered patio to relax out of the sun and still enjoy the beach view. Unit itself needs updating. Patio door was extremely hard to close, had to lift up on the door and it was still a very tight fit, dishwasher door sounds like it may fall off. The 3rd bathroom in the hallway smelled of urine or leaking pipes. We were told that that bathroom was updated in the last 6 months it was also missing a mirror on the wall but had a note about work in progress posted on the wall. There was a water leak, not into our unit but the unit below us. A plumber was out for quite sometime in our unit trying to determine where the issue was coming from. All while the odor from the bathroom continued to worsen. There was also a heavy rainfall one day and the patio roof does leak so be mindful if it rains everything on the patio may become wet. The laundry is a shared unit for pay, make sure you have plenty of quarters because there is no change machine or office on site. We did see a nice firework show from the patio/ beach on the 4th.

This is supposed to be 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, but we arrived to discover one of the bathrooms did not actually have a functioning shower, nor did it have a mirror. As soon as we noticed we contacted the property manager, who said they would ‘maybe be there the next day’. By the time we were checking out on Tuesday they still had made no effort to correct the issues, so we reached out to request a partial refund, because we had only been able to use part of the property. After reaching out a second time when I never heard back, the owner said “I can't believe you are asking for a refund based on the condition of the property. We can offer an extension on your stay” [When he was well aware we were no longer there.] “Or you can go to VRBO directly.” When I expressed my disappointment in his willingness to work with us on this issue and told him my review would reflect that, he hung up on me.
Bradenton Beach and the neighborhood were wonderful, but I certainly would not want to stay at any property managed by this group again.

I've stayed in several different units, but this was the first time I've stayed in unit 5. It was perfect for our girls trip. Great use of space! Smart layout and could comfortably accommodate large groups with 3 bedrooms & 3 bathrooms. There is also a pull out couch and trundle bed in the smaller bedroom. I have thoroughly enjoyed every stay I've had at this location!

This lovely condo is clean, well-kept, and comfortable. And, it is in the perfect location! On the sand and just steps to the water, it is ideal for both adults and grandchildren. Its porch/deck allows you to enjoy the Gulf any time of the day or night. We loved our stay there!

This property has a fantastic location right on the beach to enjoy. The apartment was missing a few kitchen/cleaning items but the prime location more than makes up for the little things that we picked up at the nearby Publix. There are several nice restaurants close by and lots of activities to enjoy. We traveled to Crystal River for a Swim with Manatees excursion as well as rented e-bikes to explore Anna Maria Island. The entire family really enjoyed our experience. :)

Great location however…
The property is well used and a bit outdated. Clean but one shower did not work, Wi-Fi didn’t work and had a couple roaches visit the front bedroom. Check in was challenging because I did not receive the code prior and did not have a contact number to hunt down someone that could help when we arrived.
The beach access made up for the glitches and there were new beach towels. 😁

The apartment was very homey, it still needs some upgrades, nothing is a big deal since the location and the views are prefect.

Excellent location, walk out the door on to the beach. Clean with plenty of space. It is a little older but still well maintained. Has everything you need, fully equipped kitchen and 3 bathrooms. The balcony gives a perfect view of the beach and sunsets. Overall great place to stay to visit the beach/area.

Great little beach property
The property was perfect for our quick weekend getaway. Walked from our porch directly onto the beautiful AMI beach! Had everything we needed. Great to be able to have cocktails on our porch and watch our kids play in the private beach area below us! We will be back!

We loved this beach house!! Perfect location and great views. Pool was nice and warm and kids loved it. Frank was easy to get in touch with and helpful. Had a great beach getaway in this nice little house. The street noise is a little noisy but not much u can do about that. We would rent again!!

Wow!
Condo was amazing, fully stocked with dishes, blankets, towels etc. Absolutely amazing view right off the porch. Perfect for sunsets and watching the waves roll in. Also, you are within a mile of local restaraunts in either direction. Loved it, it was perfect. Would definitely stay again

Great place. The only negative would be it should state that the washer and dryer is coin operated. It would have been nice to be prepared for using a coin operated washer and dryer when you have a family of 6 people.

Beautifully located property for a relaxing stay
Our 2 families (9 in total) stayed for 3 nights to finish our Disney Florida holiday. The location was perfect, a nice quiet area on the beach. Everyone enjoyed their stay and the property had all we needed. Frank was really kind to us and helpful.

Beautiful sunsets every night and beach as far as you can see.
The inside of the property is very nice, but it is two bedrooms only. One bed is in an alcove. Three full baths was a treat. The downside to the property is the grill and patio area. The grills were not usable so we could not cook outside. The patio area was not attractive with the furniture stacked and turned over and unsightly. It was a big UGH! And we had to walk through it to get to the beach. We were the only ones there so do not know what the situation would be if the other units were occupied.

Beautiful place!
at first we arrived to find the door locked and to an uncleaned apartment. However after those first bumps I must say our stay at the apartment was more than amazing. the place is beautiful both inside and out, the scenery is amazing and it comes with all the amenities. The third bedroom is more of a passage hall than a bedroom unfortunately. Other than that - great!

The upstairs 3 bedroom was roomy, great air condition, plenty of cooking supplies, computers worked, nothing went wrong
while we were there. All flat screen T.V.'s were working and clear There were not many stairs to climb which was good for me.
The distance to the beach was great and short. Plenty of chairs on the porch.
The other guest that were there at the same time were friendly and very nice. If you have small children there is
a private beach part that is enclosed and safe for children. You won't find modern art or fancy digs, but a place back
in time. Frank is there if you need him. Not a corporation that answers the phone with robots.

Great Trip
I gave 5 stars based on my overall experience. I have stayed in the area multiple times, but this is the furthest North I've been. We are usually down on Longboat Key which is quieter as it is mostly residential. This condo is located a lot closer to things to do, restaurants and stores, which is why I chose it. So we did not get stuck in any traffic like we always do down on Longboat. This condo has direct beach access which is a major plus. There is also public beach access directly next to condo so there were more people on beach than I'm used to. The pool is small as the owner tells you, but my 10 year old son, his friend, and the friend they made who was also staying there spent quite a bit of time in it and it was plenty big for those big boys. As for the condo itself it is nice and clean inside, nothing negative to say whatsoever. It is decorated well, all furniture and bedding in good shape, and stocked with anything you need. There are 6 units here, 2 upstairs (this one is bigger of the 2), 3 downstairs, and one detached unit. It would sleep 10, there were only 4 of us so plenty of room. If there were 10 in your party it would be somewhat cramped if you spent much time inside, but that is not what you go to the beach for. When we arrived the other units were occupied so we had neighbors, but they were very nice and friendly so it wasn't bad. After a few days everyone left and we had the whole place to ourselves which was really nice. As far as the outside of condo, it could be maintained a bit better. It wasn't in bad shape, but could use cleaned up a bit regularly. Not much of an issue and not enough to contact owner or anything, but I'm sure if we had called him he would have taken care of any of our concerns as he was very nice and accomidating as was the girl who cleaned units. Long review I know, but wanted to give everyone some insight as far as our overall experience which was very good. I can say that I wouldn't hesitate to recommend staying here to anyone given all this information.

Wonderful home and fabulous location!
We enjoyed our time immensely! The small pool was great for the kids, view wonderful, barbecue great, beach and closeness to the water outstanding, home was clean and roomy, laundry facility convenient, general area was great. We made family memories for a lifetime. Some outdoor lights not working, which made coming up stairs in the dark a little tricky, but in the grand scheme of things not a big deal. Owner was easy to reach and very nice. Thank you Frank!
For spring break time the beach was not over packed in this area, which was nice. One heads up. Go to the store to get supplies off of the Island if coming in on the weekend, especially spring break week. The Public store was ridiculously packed and running out of necessities. Apparently this is common. It looked like the apocalypse in the store! Was an hour in line, no kidding.

Beautiful and relaxing
This was a great vacation! There was plenty of room for my husband and I and our adult children. We woke up every day to a beautiful view of the Gulf of Mexico. The condo was perfect. The balcony is large and overlooks the gulf. The kitchen was stocked with all the necessary appliances and kitchenware. We were conveniently located near stores and restaurants. We would definitely come back!

Anna Marie Island vacation
This is the fourth year I have gone to AMI. I loved the rental. It was spacious, clean and so convenient. Walk out the door and you're on the beach. We had the three bedroom on the second floor. My brother with his wife and my parents were with us. We each had our own bathrooms and we weren't tripping over each other. I would stay here again and recommend it to my friends.

We loved our visit to AnnaMaria Island and greatly appreciated the opportunity to stay in your condominium. The unit was very clean and well-kept. We loved the porch which was in direct view of the gorgeous beach, the gulf, and lovely sunsets spent with family. In the early morning, I went onto the deck just to breathe the sea air and noted a team of animal support members on the beach in front of the house. On meeting them, I was surprised to find that a sea turtle had come onto the beach and made a nest where she deposited quite a few eggs. The team members were happy to explain and to show the nest to all interested visitors. How exciting!! This was our first visit to the Gulf side of Florida, and I am happy to say that we hope to re-visit as soon as possible. Thank you Frank for offering us the opportunity to spend relaxing time together on AnnaMaria in your lovely condo!!

Wonderful Retreat for Family
We absolutely loved the home and the service! Owner and his team went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. Wonderful place to re-bond with our children and grandchildren. The house is an authentic "beach house". The view was perfect and family dinners at the large dining room table while the French doors were open was my favorite part. Going to book again for next year for sure.
