Beautiful Oceanfront condo with an Oceanside View from the interior of unit. Full Oceanfront View from personal balcony. 2 bedroom/ 1 bath, 2nd floor Condo - Sleeps 4-6.

Check into this beautiful, oceanfront 2 bedroom condo and look at your beautiful Oceanview from your balcony. Enjoy watching the dolphins pass nearby (only about 100 ft away from you) on average they pass 2x a day!! Enjoy a drink and/or corn hole, volleyball, and ring/hook toss game at the conveniently located Tiki Bar! A short walk across the street.

Beach walks, shell picking, boogie boarding, build sand castles, and more Beach Fun is the best part of this beach location!!

Have a wonderful evening meal with a gorgeous Oceanview from the 7th floor at our nearest neighboring community, St. Regis. They have also opened up their poolside bar to guests and the public.

Boutique shopping, beach store shopping, restaurants, and beaches in Surf City is great way to spend the next morning.

Fishing at the nearby pier, river, boat ramp, and inlet!

**Pardon Our Dust 2022-2023. Our community is excited about replacing building balconies while completing the building updates that were initiated in 2019! You may or may not hear construction noise and see equipment as they work on other buildings in our community.

Beautiful oceanside view with balcony; access from the primary bedroom and the living area. Two bedroom condo and pulllout queen sofa in the living room. Linens and towels provided for 4 guests. (Must bring OWN LINEN and extra towels for additional guests). Full kitchen stocked (6 guest service) with dishes, pots and pans, microwave, and coffee maker. A vacation destination right next to the ocean just bring personal items, groceries, extra linens and desired towels if you plan to use the queen pullout couch. Enjoy a very wonderful and peaceful stay at the beach!

There are sandbags in front of the building to protect the building from beach erosion. Direct beach access from our building is available during low tide. There are 7 other access locations in each building you may use, as well as a public access to the North of Building 1, about 2 houses down (2-3 min walk) with tons of white beach sand all the time (our personal preference during high tide). Use good judgment when using stairways as well as swimming.

Common areas: Charcoal grill area (must provide your own charcoal), Basketball and Tennis Court.
Public children's park down the street, as well as a walking/fishing pier.

North Topsail Restaurants and Bars: There is a small convenience store and Tiki bar a short walk across the street.
Oceans Edge Restaurant is on the 7th floor at St. Regis (next door community white with red rooftops).
Sea View Pier

Restaurants, grocery store and shopping stores are also located in Sneads Ferry (15 min drive), Surf City (20 min coastal drive) and many other options in Wilmington (50 min drive).

Local Stores and Restaurants in Sneads Ferry (15 mins): Food Lion, CVS, Roses, Dollar General, Dollar Tree, 2 beach stores (beach apparel, souvenirs, beach gear and towels), McDonald's, Taco Bell, Red Pepper Chinese food, Lo-re-Lei Pub and Grill, Riverview Cafe, Napoli Cafe, Cancun Mexican, Agave Azul, Denoia's Pizzeria, Michaelangelos Pizza & Subs (delivery available) Dominos (delivery available) and many other options.

Restaurants in Surf City (15-20 mins):Gallaghers Sportsbar (our personal favorite for lunch and dinner), Sears Landing (great breakfast, lunch, and dinner), Shaka Taco, Fancy Sushi, Shuckin' Shack Oyster Bar, and many other options

The stay was wonderful. Close to the beach, clean when we arrived and the AC's worked great. They are a bit noisy but nothing that cant be worked around. The only downfall we could mention was the chairs at the table and bar were both so uncomfortable. We spent time playing games with the family at night and they were not comfortable at all. Beds were comfortable though and the space worked for my family. Shower was nice and big. I would stay again.

This was a perfect place for a long weekend in Top Sail. The condo was clean and was stocked just as the host described. The beds were comfortable and the linens and towels were soft. We had chairs rented right at the public beach access a few hundred yards away which was an easy walk. We found so many shark teeth and a large conch, we will absolutely come back. Bonus was the super affordable little store/dive bar just across the street!

We had a great time! Property is exactly as described, very quiet and peaceful. The host was fantastic and extremely quick to respond to any questions I had!! Beautiful side view of the ocean! It is a 15 min drive to restaurants and other stores so if you want to be closer than that, not the place for you. The only negative I had was during high tide you cannot walk out from the building to the ocean, you have to use a public access which is a little walk. We had chairs and other belongings therefore, we had to drive as we could not carry everything that distance! However, would definitely stay again!!

We stayed 3 nights at the beginning of March 2024. The condo was clean, cozy and comfortable for 3 adults. Communication with Christina was great! She answered any questions we had immediately! We will choose this condo again in the future. Thank you!

Let me start with the positive. Location was perfect if you want to be on the water. The host was great as well. Now the not so good, I saw three cockroaches in the apartment. This is not good for a VRBO. The place is in disrepair. You can see they have tried to dress it up a bit but it need more than paint. The appliances are dated, the doors on the bedrooms don’t close, the patio door needs maintenance and the AC units were so load that it made general conversation difficult.The walk out to the beach was also not able to be used. I have stayed at a number of VRBO’s and unfortunately this one missed the mark. I think I would have rated it higher had I not had a concern the cockroaches I didn’t see. I really think they should consider paying a professional to gut the place and do a total make over and pay a professional exterminator. I could get past the disrepair but not bugs, that’s not ok. Again the location and the host were fantastic the place just needs a lot of work.

This property is very beautiful and so comfortable to stay at. Only thing I have to say and maybe it my fault and didn’t read the entire description but there is no elevator for the handicapped. We were in the second floor. It turned out to be quite the cardio work out for I have a leg that doesn’t work all that great. But all in all it was a very good stay.

This place is exactly as the pictures shows. It had plenty of room for my Husband and my adult son and his girlfriend. The only negative and its not really a bad thing, the fridge is small. Not standard size. But we made it work. My son is a Marine and wanted Mom to cook so we cooked almost every meal and this place made it very easy. Full kitchen for sure. Would definitely stay again. ❤️ Yoi can hear the sounds of the ocean from almost every room and the deck had lots of room and morning son. Just loved our stay.

The unit was clean and a great location. I contacted the property manager to see if the unit might be available early. She responded promptly and was so kind! They finished up early and we were able to extend and enjoy our time. The door code emailed to me was wrong, however the property manger texted me the correct one. We would definitely rent this unit again.
