Shower Room: Cubicle Shower, Toilet. Electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Cot available on request.. Terrace. Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking. Visit England 4 Star. Please note: Charging electric vehicles is not allowed. Burnside Park is now open throughout the year including over Christmas and New Year.. Those who are in love with the ’great outdoors’ will find the location of Burnside Park the perfect place to stay. This luxury pine log cabin is equipped for every modern day convenience and comfort, enjoys views from the terrace towards Latrigg and Skiddaw and has views over the lawn and brook from most rooms. All bedrooms have wardrobes and well lit dressing tables.

A very spacious lodge.

A very spacious lodge.A very well stocked kitchen .The parking so near the lodge is a massive help with small children.The short walk to Keswick is great as it takes you through the park and the children’s play area. The local swimming pool was closed .There is plenty to keep a 5 and 9 yr old busy and 2 year granddaughter enjoyed her scooter rides in the park .The grandchildren enjoyed the walks by the lake too. This is a comfortable clean lodge in a lovely setting conveniently close to Keswick town center. There is no internet access which is a shame. There is plenty of hot water and the heating is good, but the lighting is a little dim for reading. Although it is close to the road we were not aware of traffic noise, just the sound of the stream running through it.
