About this house rental

Winter or summer -- location is everything in this cozy 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom town home. Ski all day at Park City Mountain Resort (right across the street), or take the gondola to Canyons Resort included in your lift ticket. Relax and look out onto a winter wonderland -- the cross country ski course right outside your back door on the 18-hole public golf course. Or check out the ice skating at Park City Mountain Resort next door.

Let the kids make snowmen while you make dinner. Then it's only a 15 minute walk to Main Street -- or just 100 ft. to the free bus line. (A smartphone app tracks bus arrival times.) Too tired to move? There's a heated pool, and a large spa, just 200 yards from your door.

The town home is also fully equipped with a food-lover's kitchen, versatile dining table, 2 new queen beds, 1 queen sleep sofa and 1 new twin bed. Wifi, and Cable TV is available on both floors. An underground parking space is provided, but with Uber and Lyft, grocery deliveries, and the free bus line, you really don't need a car.

Be sure to come back in summer to enjoy the marvelous mountain air -- free of mosquitos and humidity. Enjoy the summer rides at Park City Mountain Resort or the challenges at Olympic Park. Walk to the driving range, practice greens, and golf course. Take the lifts, and hike or bike the many gorgeous mountain trails. Enjoy resort town shopping, bars, and gourmet restaurants. Partake in the many musical events and festivals Park City stages throughout the summer. All year round, Park City has something for everybody.

The place is very much as advertised. Cozy with a warm fire in the living room. The walk to the ski lifts is short but uphill. Lots of spice and kitchen utensils to cook. The owner is the property manager and she is very communicative and easy to deal with. It was a great stay and solid value for a walk to the lifts.

We had a wonderful stay in Park City. The location was amazing! We could literally walk to the lifts. We did rent a car while we were there since we flew into Salt Lake City, so it was great to have the parking spot in the garage. The beds were comfy and everything was described well in the listing. The property owners were so friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay there again!

Location is everything here! A short 5-10 min walk and you are at the lifts + a bus stop right outside the door pretty much that will take you to main street. Host had great communication, would recommend!

This was my almost four year old granddaughter’s first ski trip. We had a wonderful time. Even she could make the short walk to the mountain. The accommodations were great. We made great use of the full sized washer and dryer. Everything was well stocked. We would definitely stay again.

This cozy condo was perfect for our family of four. The owners were great and easy to communicate with. Perfect location across from the ski hill and right in front of a bus stop that took you to Main Street. Condo was supplied with everything we needed, would for sure stay here again!

Great location and very comfortable unit. Karen and Larry are extremely hospitable and really make every effort to make their guests feel at home. Unit was well-stocked with linens, towels, bathroom supplies and kitchen essentials. Short walk to several lifts and can ski down to right across the street at the end of the day. My only caution to potential renters is that the hot water can run out after a few back-to-back showers. For a family of 4, we would suggest keeping to 5 minute showers each or spacing them out, in order to ensure hot water availability. Overall, we had a great experience and felt the unit offered great value for money. Thank you Karen and Larry!

We enjoyed our stay at the base of the Park City ski resort. Truly ski-in-ski out. Four people (2 adults, 2 teens) is the perfect number for this condo. It was well appointed and we greatly appreciated the staples in the kitchen. Don't go food shopping until you see what's there! Also, we could easily walk to the nice community pool and jacuzzi (and the community house with ping-pong table), etc. Thank you!

This was our favorite place we’ve stayed this ski season! This place is equipped with everything you’d need. Cooking supplies, laundry detergent, toiletries, and more! The host met us at the property and gave us a tour as well as some useful knowledge about park city! There is a free bus stop right outside the complex as well. Best part…STEPS away from the lift! Couldn’t have asked for better, will definitely be re-booking next year!

Clean, cozy and super convenient location! Karen was great, she met us at the property and gave us a tour of the house. It came stocked (toiletries, spices etc) with most of what you need minus day to day groceries. Less than 5 minute walk to the lift.

Super convenient to Park City Mountain slopes and lifts, walk right across the street! Easy to come back to condo for lunch break and rest during the day. Less than 5 minute drive to shops and restaurants on Main St, but bus stop right out the door if you don't have a vehicle. Great communication with host, Karen. Would rent here again.
