This large 1350 sq. ft. St. Andrews Common 2 bed/ 2 bath 1st floor villa is in the famous, Palmetto Dunes, Hilton Head Island resort. It has a wrap around private patio with electric outdoor grill and patio furniture for 6.
NEW farmhouse kitchen table has a bench and can sit 7 people. Great for family dinner! The living room has a large smart TV so you can easily watch Netflix or Amazon Prime movies. The master bedroom has a large TV too.
The guest bedroom has a luxury queen size mattress that sleeps like a dream, a twin bed, and a smallerTV and DVD player. The kitchen closet has a large capacity washer and dryer for your convenience. The unit is near the pool and has 2 cruiser bikes and beach chairs for you to use for free.

A comfy recliner sits in the living room to kick back & watch the golf channel in.

What a lovely place to stay! It was bright, clean, and inviting. The unit is located in such a convenient spot and has the feel of a tropical paradise. We also enjoyed the pool which is nearby. We appreciated all of the owners very clear instructions. We are already checking our calendars to see when we can return.

This was the best weekend getaway we’ve ever had. The Villa was all it advertised to be and more. We were in awe when we came into the resort that we rode right by the check in office. We had one problem with an appliance, made a phone call, it was taken care of. We will be returning.

The condo is beautiful and cozy, the location is perfect - everything we wanted to do was an easy bike ride or quick drive away. We loved having the beach shuttle, it was so convenient! The property is set up nicely and conveniently located. We opted for no car and weather did not disappoint. We had four bikes to choose from so no worries when one peddle was not working correctly. Owner easily accessed to communicate this as well as ice maker problem. Bathroom fans rather loud, but they worked! 😀. The bed was extremely comfortable and slept well every night. Pool area clean and relaxing, seeing lots of Mother Nature off the pool deck. Enjoyed our stay and will definitely consider returning!

First, the owners are amazing! Communication was clear and easy. All instructions were spot on! They were very easy to contact and replied right away!
The unit was beautiful and clean and bright!
The location is central on the island and very convenient. I usually stay at the Disney Vacation Club across the highway, and this unit and experience did not disappoint- even when compared to Disney’s high standards!
My parents enjoyed walking and exploring the plantation while my best friend and I golfed. We all enjoyed the pickle ball courts. Renting was inexpensive and very easy.
My niece was even able to visit for a night, and said the sleeper couch was very comfortable!
We enjoyed sitting by the pool and soaking up the October sun!

This condo is located in a very convenient Hilton Head location. However, it could have been cleaner. The bedrooms were dark. Big bed in second bedroom was too soft for our adult company. Also, the Keurig coffee pot was overlooked by cleaners. Water was left in dispenser and used pod not removed.
On a different note owner left very precise information for operating equipment in the condo and instructions for trash removal, Wi-Fi, etc. They anticipated all of our questions.

This is the 3rd time we have been to Hilton Head but the first time that we stayed in Palmetto Dunes. We loved it. The bike trails, kayaking, restaurants, mini golf, etc. all in close proximity. The property was very nice and very clean. The bed was comfortable. It had the basics to get you started for a stay. The bikes were in great shape and we rode them everywhere that we could. We will definitely be back.

Beds were comfortable. Kitchen had all standard appliances and all worked fine. Location is great area, Mid-Island so the drive either direction on the island is not too long. Shelter Cove across the highway is very nice with shops and restaurants. Plenty of beach chairs to use. The 2 bikes worked fine for a short bike ride. TVs had plenty of channels available plus Netflix, etc.
Pool area was beautiful, well kept and pics are accurate and it's just steps away from the villa.
Only real issue encountered was the overhead kitchen light was touchy, and took multiple attempts with the switch to get it to go on, but it was a minor issue.
Susan was quick to respond to any questions we had both before and during our stay.
I would not hesitate to stay again!

Palmetto Dunes never disappoints! As yearly visitors to HHI we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful villa. Conveniently located to all island activities and a perfect space for a family of 4 including 2 teens that need that extra space. Looking forward to our return in 2023 and we would not hesitate in rebooking this awesome villa!

Disappointed
This property needs attention. The dining room table was sticky, no matter what we did. The shower has no pressure and nearly everything needs updated. The furniture (sofa in particular) is dirty. The chairs are faux leather and they are very worn. Closet in master is used for storage and we had cramped spaces for clothes. The hosts were great and accommodating. TVs and other media were complicated. Kitchen is tiny which is okay but don’t open fridge and dishwasher at the same time. We had one small frying pan. Some small investments would make a huge difference. The faucets in bathrooms are OLD! Anyway, good location and pool is wonderful. For the money, we felt we were ripped.

PALMETTO DUNES ST ANDREWS COMMONS MAY 2022
Lovely condo and lovely area. The only thing I didn't realize when booking the condo was how far away the beach is. You must drive or take a shuttle, or you could ride a bike if you're not carrying a lot of beach stuff. The parking at the closest beach was severely lacking though and one day when we could not find a parking space we decided to go to the Coligny Beach-which we actually liked better - although a farther drive-the parking was vast and across the street were all restaurants and shops we could ever want. Overall, I would recommend the condo and I definitely recommend the area!

The first impression was dated and not pristine to say the least. The remodeling was started but far from complete. The owner was pleasant and apolegized. Room colors were depressing in living area...kitchen was small......Dining room table was sticky as were the chairs.

Very comfortable, convenient & clean
We came for a long weekend family event. Enjoyed family and the beach. Plenty of room & privacy for my spouse & I and my brother-in-law. He’s a snorer so appreciated that the bedrooms are well separated. Easy drive to beach for those who like and walkable if you don’t mind a 20 minute walk (which I very much enjoyed one morning when all were still asleep).

This was our first visit to Hilton Head Island. This place was a wonderful clean beach home in a great location. Everything we needed was in this home. Very clean and newly updated interior. Beds and furniture were comfortable, Internet speed worked great. Check-in was simple and the communication with the owner was the best we’ve ever experienced. Promptly responded to our questions and when an issue arose, Susan was quick to respond with a friendly solution.
