Bedroom 2: 2 x Single (3ft) Beds. Gas central heating, gas and electricity (£35per week October-April), bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Shared lawned garden with patio and furniture. Barbecue. Private parking for 1 car. No smoking. Please note: There are 3 ponds close to the house. There are 3 steps to entrance. Sorry, no children under the age of 7 years. . Stunning sea views. This is a splendid 3-storey holiday apartment on the side of the owner’s property, yet totally private. It boasts the most stunning views across the garden and picturesque coastline sea views. The property is with an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Guests are invited to enjoy the grounds which extend for some 2-acres including woodland. Hastings is just a few miles away with walks along the 1066 routes. There are theatres, sports/golf facilities, walking, cycling, shooting and horse riding are all within close proximity. For antique lovers, George Street in Hastings has old books and bric-a-brac, and many exhibitions and museums nearby. Other places to visit include Rye, Bodiam Castle, Sissinghurst Castle and Gardens, Kent and East Sussex Railway. Shop 0.25 miles, pub 0.5 miles and restaurant 2 miles.
