When you want to be close to both the beach and the city, in a serene setting, Vista Verde East 5-137 is for you. The two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo overlooks a golf course on Isla del Sol, a barrier island amid the Boca Ciega Bay that’s less than two miles from the beaches along the Gulf of Mexico. It's only a fifteen-minute drive to downtown St. Petersburg.
Vista Verde East 5-137 is located on the ground floor of the condo complex. Step through the sliding glass doors of the living/dining area, and you’re out among lushly landscaped grounds and the fresh sea breeze. From the shade of your covered patio, you can watch the golfers cover the course. And at night you can sit outside enjoying a quiet drink in the silvery shimmer of the moonlight—so romantic.
The living area of Vista Verde East 5-137 is as beautifully furnished as it is marvelously comfortable. Once you sink into the leather sofa or the large armchair, you might never want to get back up. Fortunately, you can keep yourself entertained watching a movie on the large flat-panel TV, surfing the web via the free WiFi, or napping beneath the breeze of the ceiling fan. (Don’t worry: The condo has central air-conditioning as well!). There’s also plenty of room for the kids to gather around the coffee table with their games and toys.
Vista Verde East 5-137 has two dining tables where you can set up your Monopoly board or settle in for a night of rummy—or of course, sit down for a meal. Amply cushioned leather chairs surround the dining area’s stone-top table, which will encourage you to linger long after you’ve finished dessert. And the eat-in kitchen has a table of its own. We loved the area which was close to the beach, community pool, groceries, and main roads. The host was responsive to our issues. The washer and dryer were very convenient. We loved having two full baths with a private master bath. It was a bit difficult to get the parking pass because the suite number we were given was missing a digit so we went in circles for a while before figuring it out. The couches and beds were also pretty uncomfortable because they’re old and worn in.

Great location
Over all we loved the condo, but it does not sleep 6 people! The foldout couch has a piece of foam rubber they have bought and call it a mattress. No one could possibly sleep on that mattress, it is so broken down that the couch sags and is uncomfortable to sit on.

Great condo for families
We rented this condo for our Spring Break trip and found it be perfect for a family of 4. We frequent this area and were familiar with the area. Would definitely rent again.

Great area, lovely condo complex, driving or biking distance to the beaches, but also driving distance to the city of St. Pete.
The unit is close to the pool and hot tub. There are nice walking and bike trails that we enjoyed. The only glitch was that it was a hassle to get the temporary parking pass.
Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would return.

Great condo! Had everything we needed. Would definitely book again! Community security was somewhat over zealous with arming permits ( gave us a violation ticket even after we got the parking permit and had it displayed)

Paradise!
This condo was incredible! It was clean, stocked with "beginning supplies," and had all supplies for a full working kitchen! My family and I (6 adults) stayed here for a week, and couldn't have asked for a better stay. You are walking distance from the beach and can see the pool from the window. We didn't have enough pillows when we initially came, and as soon as we contacted the housekeeping email, we were brought pillows within a few hours. This is a "must place" to stay!

Comfortable and quiet
This property is nicely located on the golf course of the beautiful Bahía del Mar section of Isla de Sol. Using the lovely heated pool and taking walks on their walking paths were just what we wanted for a quiet and comfortable stay. Also great is the easy 21 minute drive to the arts and restaurants in the downtown area of St. Petersburg.

We had a great time in a beautiful property. Only disappointment was that we couldn't play golf on the course we were located on (to be fair we were told this beforehand). Also we had to pay a toll every time we wanted to go anywhere (not a big deal but a bit annoying) We were 2 couples so a double bed in second bedroom would have been better for us, but it was ideal for a family of 4. Very nice property with a short walk to the heated pool. I would highly recommend.
