Amazing views of the continental divide, Lake Dillon, and mountain meadows from our comfortable condominium. After a day on the slopes, the trails, or the lake, come back to a relaxing retreat. The condo is situated on the Lake Dillon green space, just steps away from the Summit county bike path or beautiful walks along the shores of Lake Dillon. If skiing is your objective, we have easy access to I-70 and Highway 9. Breckenridge, Copper Mountain, and Keystone are just 10 minutes away, A-basin and Loveland 15 min, and world-class Vail is 25 minutes.
The master bedroom has a generous Westin Heavenly king bed, television, dresser, loveseat and an attached bath. Large walk-in closet and a pack-n-play with space for an infant in the room. The 2nd guest bedroom is also nicely furnished with a Westin Heavenly queen bed, dresser and television. The second bath is smartly designed to have lock-off access directly from the guest bedroom or the main living area.
The condo's kitchen is generously equipped with everything you’ll need to make family meals to enjoy at the breakfast bar or dining room table for 6. There is also a microwave, dishwasher, and disposal. The kitchen is well accessorized with many tools for nearly any culinary endeavor. The living room is strategically laid out to maximize mountain views, or watch the flat screen television. If you need additional sleeping space there is a comfortable pull-out sofa in the living room that will sleep an additional two people. For you to have the best vacation experience we don’t recommend this as a long-term sleeping situation for two adults, best suited for teens or kids.
Summit County is known as ''Colorado's Playground'' and Frisco is in the center of it all. Ski seven different ski areas, golf on 99 championship holes, fly fish the blue ribbon Blue River, go for a ride on over 50 miles of paved bike path, shop the designer outlets, hike hundreds of miles of trails, or just relax in the beautiful mountain setting. If you want to experience all that Summit County has to offer, Frisco and Mountain Meadows is a great location to use as your home base. Our Frisco condo is comfortable, affordable and beautiful. We had a great stay in this property for our first trip to Frisco. Prior reviews on the property location, condition and amenities are accurate. A few things I didn’t see in the prior reviews is that you can only see the lake from the balcony, and it is not an expansive lake view, really just a small piece of it. Also, there is considerable traffic noise when the windows are open (obviously less in the middle of the night). Otherwise, a great deal for the price.

This condo is beautiful and comfortable. Well decorated. The view from the porch is awesome. You get both the lake and the mountains. And I even got to see a moose swim from the shoreline to one of the small islands and back. The neighborhood is nice and quiet as is the condo development. Wi-Fi excellent for streaming. Well supplied. Easy to communicate with owner. Everything is in excellent condition.

The condo is clean, spacious, and exactly as advertised. The kitchen is well stocked with the necessary supplies to cook. The bedding is comfortable. The location has a spectacular view from the living and dining room, as well as the patio. It’s located within walking distance of groceries, dining, downtown shopping, and hiking/biking trails. The bathrooms were clean and the water pressure was great. The owners are very clear with their instructions. Parking is easy. My partner and I enjoyed our stay, and if you have children whether little or adults, it’s a great spot during all seasons. There are two private ways in and out of the condo (great for adults or older kids). Close to the highway but no road noise at night. Wake to the sound of beautiful birds and enjoy your time in Frisco.

Unit had serious heating issue. Even with the heaters off unit was overly warm.
Broken sink handle, slow drains, very old carpet, horrible pillows, no sauce pans, dull knives, many of the spoons have been though the garbage disposal and have sharp edges.
The place really could use some upgrading, renewal, etc. the decor and appliances were okay, but if the owners tried to stay here for a week they would find it needs a refresh.
Good things to say is it had a great view. Was quiet and very easy access to grocery, restaurants, downtown, and highways. We stayed next door at Timbercove last year and loved it, but was not available this year. l chose this place because of the the easy access to so much. Wouldn’t stay here again though.

The location near the shuttle was ideal. We skied Copper, but this location would be great for Breck or Keystone. Everything was easily accessible.

Very nice well sized two bedroom condo in Frisco. Close to everything, well sized, clean and great for a family of four (or larger). Great views as well. Definitely five stars.

This condo was perfect for us. Very comfortable, well stocked with kitchen ware, bathroom supplies, and even board games and folding chairs! It is centrally located, and the views of the lake are WONDERFUL. We walked around Lake Dillon daily, so beautiful. The entire surrounding area is very peaceful.
The owners were quick to respond and obviously wanted to make sure we were comfortable, which I really appreciated. The complex itself was very quiet, we only had one brief incident of noise.
There's no air conditioning and it was warm, so if you're from the south (we're from Texas) and used to that, it might be a good idea to avoid July. We had the windows open and the owner provided floor fans, but the condos there do warm up during the day.
I definitely want to stay here again!

Great location in Frisco for us to ski at Copper Mtn and A-Basin. Slept well due to comfy beds. Nice and clean, quiet appliances. The only negative in my opinion, is the layout of the unit. When you walk in the front door, you are in a bedroom. A better layout would be to enter through a laundry room or a mud room. Owners very responsive to all my communications.

The condo was great for our family of 4. Two bedrooms and a fold out couch that was comfy enough for my 22 year old son. Also, easy access to both Copper Mountain or Breckenridge.

Excellent! Well, at folks over 75, it would have been nice to have an elevator. But, one of us was capable of making 7 trips up to the third floor to move in. Loved the location, views, and the owners are A-1!!

If you are looking for a bit of everything CO has to offer in one spot, I think you need to visit Frisco. If only they could have called in the snow gods for us! An easy 5 star. Loved our stay at this condo -- it worked great for our family with two college-age young adults. The location was super convenient to Copper Mountain and we also enjoyed hiking/snowshoeing around the lake area. The Escape Room in Frisco is very fun. My husband had to leave early so he took the shuttle to the airport right from the Grand Hotel which is just a few steps from the condo. View from the condo deck is breathtaking!
