Great views from oversized very private patio. COMPLETELY RECENTLY REMODELED UNIT - FRESH & CLEAN!!! New floors, cabinetry, countertops, touchless kitchen faucet, spa-like shower/bath/toilets, lighting, including back lite mirrors in both baths.. 58" HD Flat Screen SMART TV in living area, flat screen in master bedroom and guest bedroom. Wireless High Speed available. Leather sectional couch and large leather ottoman. New beds in both bedrooms. Very private, tastefully decorated & fully furnished 2BR/2BA condo with and panoramic views of Red Rock and Four Peaks mountains. Sleeping accommodations include one king bed and one queen bed. Extra large private patio (full patio set including umbrella) facing desert and mountains. Pebble Tec Pool heated at 86 degrees from October throughout the winter, sauna and workout facility next to our condo building. New high efficiency washer and dryer in laundry room adjacent to kitchen.

Condo is equipped with central air-conditioning and heating.

We had a wonderful stay at this property for one week in May. The unit was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The location was great and very near to stores, restaurants, etc. We would definitely stay again.

Comfortable beds and furnishings with everything we needed. The two separate & private “suites” were perfect for us two couples. Peaceful view of the desert on the patio with our morning coffee etc. Very responsive host when needed. Everything we needed or wanted within a short drive or walk.

The condo was very nicely located and convenient to all services and restaurants. Short couple minute drive to the fountain. The condo was very clean and nicely decorated. A beautiful pool and great view of the mountains. The appliances were all like new and well maintained. A beautiful view from the patio. Only downside but not an issue for mobile folks is the 20 steps to the location. I would stay there again in a heart beat!

Rented for a week and change and would definitely stay there again, especially in the summer months when the condominium complex is mostly empty.

Very nicely renovated condo with a lot of room and nicely stocked. The only reason I didn’t rate a five for as listed is there is no mention of the 20 step flight of stairs needed to reach the condo. For a 85 and 78 year old it was a little difficult to carry luggage, groceries, etc up and down the stairs and probably not the most safe thing to do. But Tim was extremely nice to work with, the views were great, and overall we loved the condo!!

This was a great property for our family. The condo is well furnished and clean - the split floor plan is perfect. They enjoyed the pool on the premises and all the area attractions - close to restaurants and the parks. Thank you, Tim, for being such a great host.

The property was as listed and the communication was great. My mom had her own suite and my husband and I had our own. The property had everything we needed for our stay. The entire condo area was very clean and well kept. Fountain Hills is a nice area. We very much enjoyed our stay.

We loved the view off the patio and we spent every morning and evening out there enjoying the quiet and the view. The unit was very spacious and tastefully decorated. My only complaint was the host would not take (or make) a phone call to me. We initially had trouble setting up the TV and texted the host with questions and he responded. His response wasn’t clear to me so I called him. He ignored my call. I texted him again to ask if he could give me a quick call to answer a question and he never called me. If you’re ok with reaching him by text only, then its fine. Otherwise, maybe not.

My stay here with my friend was perfect. We were very comfortable in the condo. The owner adequately prepped us for the stairs to the condo so we weren’t concerned about that. Our stay was very quite and serene and we absolutely loved it!

We had a wonderful time in Fountain Hills. A quiet but beautiful little town. The condo was extremely clean and was equipped with absolutely everything we needed. The heated pool and hot tub were great and we found all of the owners and renters extremely welcoming and friendly. Great view from our deck and a nice bonus space. Very nice having a Target 5 minutes away. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks Tim!
