Located at the desirable south end of Wrightsville Beach on a quiet cul-de-sac, this 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom, single family cottage is the perfect blend of seclusion and convenience. “Fritz” is just a short walk to the nearest beach access and is practically next door to the Crystal Pier and famous Oceanic Restaurant. Enjoy a sunset dinner on the pier or drop by SunDays Coffee Shop for an early morning cup of joe before combing the beach for amazing shells.

The open floor plan warmly welcomes you into this charming home. Two large sliding glass doors open to the front deck and fill the space with natural light. Cuddle up with your loved ones on the sofa for a movie night or unwind in a cozy armchair with your favorite book. The house has Roku TV’s so that you can stream all your favorite shows conveniently, just like you do at home! The dining table overlooks the living room and offers seating for six people. The house is in a decent location, beds are adequate and there was enough space for our family, BUT we found an enormous dead roach upon entering the place, literally inside the entrance. Then we noticed the bathrooms hadn't really been cleaned because there were hairs in the bathtubs and under the toilet seat. When we called the rental company, they apologized and sent a cleaning team out the next morning and said they'd spray for bugs. The cleaners came and the bathrooms looked much better. The second night, we found another enormous roach, dead by a chair downstairs. The kids were scared to sleep down there because they thought bugs would walk on them at night. I called again but was told it's just "part of being down there and at least they were dead". Seriously. If you spray for bugs and find them inside after several months of service, please understand that you need an exterminator, not just pest management. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

We rented Fritz to have a family vacation at Wrightsville Beach, NC. The location was very convenient as it was just one block from the beach and close to pier. The bedroom set up was ideal with a lower level for the kids with their own bathroom. The upper level for the adults. The house was well maintained and very accommodating. If we have the opportunity we would rent the cottage again.

We had a very nice stay at the Fritz. The house is very well situated - close to beach access and to the sound. There were 7 adults and one child. The house isn't large, however it fit our needs and didn't feel too crowded. The kitchen was well equipped and the house was clean. We had one maintenance issue with a drain in the lower level bathroom. They came out right away and fixed it.

My adult kids and I were there for the Ironman 70.3. This is a spacious, well-appointed, clean house in the perfect location. It's right next to the swim start and the bike drop off was within walking distance. We enjoyed strolling on the beach and had a wonderful dinner at the nearby Oceanic. A number of other shops and restaurants were within walking distance. We'll be back and suggest you try it out as well.

My suggestion to Bryant Realty would be to have window units on hand to install in a situation like this especially considering how much they fail at the beach , as a landlord for a living this IS what I do for my own properties.

We have been renting on Wrightsville Beach for almost 20 years and this was one of our favorite houses so far. The location is great - a very nice quiet street and beach access just a short walk through the public parking lot and across the street. The house was clean and well equipped and the beds were comfortable. We were there with our three young adult children and their significant others and the four bedrooms worked perfectly. The outside shower was used by many. This part of the island is very nice and quiet, but with the bonus of the surf shop just a couple of blocks away. Our sons rented boards and the kids spent some time in the coffee shop/bar upstairs. We were coming from Maryland and we had left very early to get down to the beach to avoid traffic. It was a nice bonus to get a call for early check-in, so we were in the house by 3:15. The only negative of the whole trip was I had paid extra to have the beds made up and that hadn't happened. Apparently this hasn't been done since Covid, so not sure why it was an option during booking - but my money was promptly refunded, so not a big deal. All in all an excellent stay.

We should have told the rental authorities that the dishwasher was not working well, but if renters don't report that there's no way they would know. The house was nice, though it could use some updates (new white comforters would make a world of difference!). The location was excellent with convenient beach access. What we found very disappointing was the complete lack of amenities. The rental company did send out emails ahead of time letting us know that we should bring our own toilet paper, paper towels, etc., but given that we were all arriving from California and did not have a car to go grocery shopping, this wasn’t possible. The fact that they can’t even provide a single roll of paper towels is ridiculous. Just build it into the cost per night and your guests will be MUCH happier! Also, the air conditioning does not seem to work downstairs, so the couple staying down there was extremely uncomfortable the whole time. All in all, I would say the home itself is perfectly fine - it’s the management company that needs to re-evaluate their service standards. They were also incredibly rude during the booking process, Krystal specifically. If I were the owners of this house, I would look into another management company.

Labor day birthday weekend with family
The property was cleaner than we anticipated. It's right across the street from the beach but quiet. We rarely heard street traffic and it was a holiday weekend. We had 8 adults one kid and 3 infants and the rooms allowed for pack n plays for the infants. The outside shower was great for rinsing off after the beach so you dont get sand everywhere. Because of the pandemic we cooked all of our meals and found the kitchen to have the pots and pans we needed. Overall it was a great stay and we hated to leave.
