Very nice like new property. Short, level walk to Wildhorse Gondola or Shuttle (if wind hold). Equipment closet very nice extra. Outdoor hot tubs are short walk. Great Master, but 2nd bedroom mattresses could have been better. Especially for an adult. Thanks!

The condo was as described and the management team was wonderful to work with! This unit's location on the 3rd floor allowed for a quiet and peaceful stay. The kitchen was well-equipped with updated appliances, making it convenient for meal prep and baking. The living area and bedrooms were comfortable and spacious. The kids enjoyed the huge selection of board games and my husband appreciated the desk area to work remotely from. We used the condo's ductless air system for the warmer days and it remained cool and comfortable. Our family utilized the pool, hot tubs, and workout facility which were just a few steps away. Our kids favorite thing to do in the evening was to make s'mores by the pool's fire pit! The condo is close to the mountain, trails, river, tennis/pickleball courts, restaurants and stores. This location was convenient and close to everything we needed. We look forwarded to staying here again.

Just as described. Sky Run management did an excellent job communicating before and during our stay. Kitchen was large, clean, and well stocked. Bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious with plenty of linens. Lots of fun board games. Short walk to activity center and Wildhorse Gondola. Quiet location on the 3rd floor. Only complaint from 2 of 3 of my adult sons was that the twin beds were uncomfortable. Probably wouldn’t matter to younger kids. Highly recommend!!

This property was perfect for us. Great access to lower gondola for easy, quick skiing access. The condo was clean and comfortably housed our family of 2 adults and 4 kids. Common areas were nice and spacious leading to games and movie time. Shared outdoor pool and hot tub were very nice and relaxing. Highly recommended and we'd love to stay again!

We selected this place because it was walking distance to the pickleball facility. It was nicely appointed. The hot tubs and swimming pool looked great but we did not have time to use. There is a lot of construction nearby as they are building across the street.

Comfy space with all your basic needs, including coffee and cooking items. Walk 5 minutes to the Trailhead Lodge and hop on their Wildhorse lifts up to gondola square. No need to find parking or take any bus - location is great! Negatives of the apartment are that it's on the third floor with no elevator access. But there is a lot of cooking space for a small apartment and we were able to enjoy several meals in throughout our ski week. Check in instructions say that you have parking space number 8, but with all the snow and ice, we could never tell which parking space was ours. But if you're here to ski, consider this place. It's hard to be the location and price!

GREAT CONDO!
Family of 4 stayed here for spring break ski vacation. Condo as pictured. Very clean. Well outfitted kitchen had everything we needed to make dinners. The management company was very responsive when we had questions or concerns. Walking distance to Wildhorse Gondola. No need for a car. The shuttle was easy to use. Lots of games for great family time in evenings after skiing and dinner. Great pool and hot tubs!

Loved this place
We really enjoyed our stay. I love that the kitchen is open to the living room so the cook can talk to the family while cooking. The gondola (which shows up on very few maps) is private and takes you to the bottom of the mountain area. It was about a block away.
The 3 hot tubs were great and were not busy at all.

Great Location and Amenities
Overall I was pleased with our experience. Booking was easy, and the property manager was very responsive to questions. The condo was fine and well appointed. Beds comfortable and kitchen had everything we needed. Only negative to us was air circulation and heat. Even with all the baseboard heating dialed down, it still got really warm inside. We frequently opened the patio door even though it was well below freezing and snowing outside to get some cool /fresh air in. Also lack of elevator made carrying the loaded ice chest and groceries to the third floor a challenge, esp if one is injured (hurt my knee skiing) or elderly.
Its the amenities that really set this apart - location is very convenient with private gondola access to the base. Private ski equipment and boot storage immediately adjacent to the lift to the base. Access to Trailhead Lodge (across the street) with private heated pool, three hot tubs, fire pit, work out facility and locker rooms. We all really enjoyed these aspects very much. Overall pleased.

Family long wkend stay
Property manager was super easy to get in touch with via text. The place was super clean and comfy. Fully equipped kitchen so kids and I even got to make some banana bread during our stay. Loved the pool and hot tub as well.

Perfect spot!
Great condo for our family!! This top floor, quiet, condo offered a comfortable, clean, and nicely furnished mountain retreat for the week. Perfectly located for easy access to Steamboat village and the downtown. Box fans worked great to pull out the warm air by day and push in the refreshing cool mountain air at night. Great outdoor pool and multiple hot tubs to relax in after full days of hiking and outdoor activity. We could appreciate the mountain accessibility come winter with a chair lift within walking distance of the condo~ would love to come back and ski!

Family 4th of July Trip
The property was clean and well kept. The kitchen was fully stocked and had everything we needed. The unit had a huge selection of games and movies to choose from! The pool and hot tubs were a nice surprise. The kids enjoyed the time they spent there. The unit had no air conditioning but had a box fan for each room and ceiling fans in each of the bedrooms. The evenings cooled down significantly and the fans did the trick. There was construction going on but we didn't find it an issue. We could see the mountains from the deck which was an added bonus!

Nice place to stay but view is gone with construction
The property was really nice. The unit was clean and looked nice. The kitchen had everything a family needs. A nice surprise was the games in the unit. Only two downsides was construction now takes away the view and the is no air conditioning for the hot summer days. The unit did have box fans which helped a little bit.

Newer and comfortable (lots of construction)
When I booked the unit I specifically looked for a place that had views and serenity so I could enjoy some time on the balcony and when we looked out the windows. Their was no view but rather a view of the building currently under construction and the roofs going on. This was a huge disappointment. We couldn’t enjoy the view that the pictures showed on the posting. We figured the pictures listed were atleast 4-5 years old. Very misleading. This needs to be updated to show the current views.
In addition, I had to email the property management company to bring the necessary bathroom towels for the number of guests we had staying there as it wasn’t adequately stocked as well as sheets for the pull out couch. The management company was wonderful to deal with and they responded immediately to my requests.
Very thankful for that. The pool and hot tubs were a wonderful place to relax and a very short walk across the street to the Trailhead Lodge. All in all a comfortable place to stay.

Great Location
Pictures were accurate to what you would expect and the unit was clean upon arrival. The only issue we had, which is no fault of the owner or skyrun, was that with fresh snow there is no way of knowing which numbered parking spot is reserved for the unit. The owners of the spot we parked in, due to all being full (i.e. our spot was also occupied), was nice enough to leave a note on our vehicle indicating which spot we were in so we could move over. Was nice they were understanding.

Wonderful stay!
Our family thoroughly enjoyed our recent stay in Steamboat. The condo is perfectly located with beautiful views of the mountains, and a short distance away from everything downtown and the surrounding area has to offer. We were there in the summer, but the location is near the gondolas and perfectly situated for skiing. The property and unit are clean and well maintained. The rooms are spacious with lots of storage. The kitchen has newer appliances and all the comforts of home. We will definitely be back!

Wonderful accommodations at First Tracks. It had everything we needed including comfortable beds, towel/linens, and dish ware. There was a nice supply of games for us to play during some downtime also. We would definitely stay again and Megan at SkyRun was awesome and responsive!

Communication
I got in late the first night and had no instructions on how to get into the property. I couldn’t get a hold of anybody. We ended up staying at the Holiday Inn. In the morning the property management company contacted me gave me instructions to enter and refunded me 1 night. Also gave me a free meal for my trouble. The instructions should be in the VRBO confirmation. I assumed that is how it worked. The whole mess could have been avoided had the instructions not been sent separately. I never did receive the other email. Lesson learned. I will always call and speak with someone before arrival.

Perfect location
This is a perfect place for my family to get away. Lots of sleeping options in the 2nd room. Great location and close to everything. We enjoy it in the summer as well as the winter. The place is clean and well stocked with a full kitchen. Top floor means no noise above you. Feels like home.

Weekend Girls Trip
What a cute condo! Loved that one of the rooms had 4 beds. Fit 6 girls with room to spare. Kitchen had everything even tho we didn’t cook. The pool appeared to be closed and only one hot tub was operating but the temperature wasn’t very hot. Other than that the location is perfect. Close to everything. Thank you for our stay! Will definitely book again next time we are in Steamboat Springs!

Cute, comfortable, clean condo with great mtn access
We stayed here with another couple and loved short walk to the free gondola, getting us to the village and base in no time. (rarely was there a line at the little gondola). Spacious kitchen and living area and master! Fantastic hot tubs/pool across the road at the Trailhead Lodge too. Wished that the second BR had a queen, not twins, as not ideal for a couple but otherwise we enjoyed it and it will be great for bringing our kids another time. Tyler in the office was super responsive to any request as well!

Great condo!
Wonderful condo that is a short walk and gondola ride to the main base area. We were a group of 6 adults and teenagers and the condo never felt crowded. It is well supplied and great to come back to after a full day of skiing. We stored our skis on the mountain overnight as there is no ski storage in the building. Also, the pool and hot tub are across the parking lot in a different building so we did not use either of those. Our group had many questions prior to and on arrival- all questions were answered fully and quickly, even on Christmas Day. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Steamboat and would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Clean well kept property
We have stayed at first tracks twice now. This unit is great because it is quiet (3rd floor). It is especially well appointed with all the necesseities in the kitchen plus extras like sugar, salt, pepper, plastic wrap, baggies. The only thing that wasnt there was a juice pitcher. Made do with a pot for mixing juice each morning. We love having access to the pool and hot tubs at the trailhead lodge. Beautiful property. The gondola to the cillafe makes skiing easy each morning.
The double bed bunks were nice for my kids. Also the memory foam topper for the oull out bed made it actually wuite comfortable. It is difficult to find a place that sleeps 7 people. We would stay here again for sure. Thank you for providing a condo that is so comfortable!

Place was perfect for our stay! Very clean and well organized. The owner has thought of it all! From all the kitchen essentials to games and books and bedding linens. We had everything we needed. Our stay was fantastic! Very comfortable King size bed in master room with spacious bathroom. Bunk beds in 2nd bedroom were great for the kids. The access to the slopes was the icing on the cake! A short 2 min walk to the gondola took you right to the base of the mountain. Never any wait and so very convenient.
