Welcome to our brand new first floor condo that is available for rental. We are still adding a few touches to the unit with pictures and few more rugs.
Sanibel Island is a beachcombers dream and a perfect destination for your next vacation. It offers sun drenched days, miles of white sandy beaches, warm calm breezes, and dazzling sunsets. This tropical escape located on the Gulf of Mexico offers you fun, sun and shelling in a relaxing atmosphere. The slow pace on the island will allow you to unwind and refresh in the tropical paradise. This condo is centrally located on the island and Sanibel Siesta is on the beach! Tiki bar located next to the Sanibel Resort which has a full service restaurant and bar.
Master King Bedroom with walk- in closet, flat screen TV, full bathroom with tile, glass enclosed shower and quartz double sink counter tops. Master bedroom has its own private lanai with outdoor love seat, side table and ceiling fan. Your beautiful view overlooks the lush tropical gardens and a small view of the Gulf of Mexico. The two twin bedroom has a large closet, flat screen TV. Full bathroom has a tub/shower combo with quartz counter top with single sink.
The fully stocked kitchen has quartz counter tops, stainless steel appliances and island bar seating to enjoy your favorite meal. The new stove has a air fryer too! The open concept of the condo has a dining room with seating for four and the living room has couch, chair, flat screen TV, games, for your relaxation after a fun filled day!
The second large screen lanai is off the dining and living room with views of the tropical gardens, pool and the walkway to the beach which is steps away!!
For your relaxation and enjoyment the lanai has ceiling fan, lounger with side table, bar chairs and table and chairs for four. The condo is fully equipped for your stay! We supply hair dryer, linens, beach chairs, beach towels, umbrella, beach cart, pool and beach toys.
The brand new heated pool is located within one minute walk from the condo, so grab a book, take dip, sunbath or take a nap under one of the shady palm huts. There are temporary restrooms until the new ones are built. The laundry facility is located by the pool. If you would like to have some additional fun, play a game of corn hole.
Walk across the street and golf at the beautiful 18-hole Beach View Country Club Discover some beautiful shells while strolling on the white sandy beach. Enjoy dining at restaurants within walking distance of the condo. Like shopping? You will enjoy shopping for unique arts, clothing and jewelry on Sanibel/Capitva Island. The condo was very nicely renovated after the storm. Would have preferred to be a little closer to the beach but only a short walk. Unfortunately you have a great view of the office trailer right outside of the rear Lani. Hopefully the trailer is a temporary situation due to hurricane.

We had a fantastic stay at this condo! We stayed for 7 nights and loved every minute of it. Two spacious, screened lanais provided us choices of sitting outside in the mornings and evenings which we did every day. The comfortable furnishings in the great room reminded us of home. The pool was a great place to cool off in the afternoons. The beach is steps away with the best shell collecting anywhere. We can't wait to return to this property!

Everything was very clean and exactly as described. We enjoyed our stay. Only one thing that could have made it better- more comfortable seating in the family room. Just so we could sit together and watch movies on rainy afternoons. But all and all in was a great place to stay! Great location, easy access to the beach and very clean. We loved our stay at Maria’s. Every thing was as described in the listing. The screened lanai was an added bonus because the no see um bugs were awful. The kitchen had everything needed for preparing meals, including Tupperware! We would definitely book with Maria again.

This condo has been completely redone after the hurricane. It is beautifully decorated and fully stocked with the items you need to make your stay comfortable. The location is perfect! Just a short walk down the condo’s path to the beach. When you’re done with the beach, the pool is right next to the condo. Loved staying here! Loves everything about our stay!

We very much enjoyed our stay. The unit is newly renovated and well appointed, with bright, cheerful decor and very well-equipped kitchen. Just a few steps to the beach, in a prime location, within short drive of some wonderful restaurants. The owners were quick to communicate with us, answer our questions and make us feel very welcome.

All check in and check out instructions were easy to follow, and the owner was very nice and responsive! This property was clean and a great location on Sanibel Island. We loved using the salt water pool. This unit specifically had a lot of beach and pool items (chairs, umbrella, etc) that we were able to use. The physical manual on the coffee table needs updated and doesn't match all of the information that was emailed, so I think that's why a previous guest mentioned they needed to vacuum etc. It was never communicated to us that that was expected. The condo was as per the listing. Some of the kitchen items (pots & pans, knives) could be replaced but all in all we had what was needed. The keys were hard to use and lock box was difficult to open.
When reporting an issue with the garbage disposal I was contacted back quickly with resolution.

Condo was smaller and dated. The master bathroom area with the toilet and shower was tiny. I can see where a larger person would have trouble getting in/out of the room. The double sink area was nice. Walk-in closet with a supply closet off of it. Owner states to only use bath towels in the bath area and beach towels only at the pool and beach. I can usually tell the difference between the two types, but, in this case, I couldn't and things were not labeled. Glad we brought our own. The master bed was uncomfortable and wobbly. Pillows were flat and could definitely use updating. If you are used to sleeping with 2 pillows, bring your own. The master lanai was spacious, had a view of the street, and was a collection point for beach accessories. The owner does supply umbrella and chairs and a cart. A few toys were spotted, along with tubes and pool noodles. There were 2 good umbrellas, but someone should take out all the broken stuff. The second bedroom beds were also uncomfortable and wobbly. The 2nd bathroom seemed nice and is bigger than the master. The dining room and living room are dated but decorated simply. The receiver for the tv needed to constantly be reset.. The kitchen has most of what you need. The main lanai was also spacious, with a view of the main parking lot. The parking space for the condo is in a tight corner spot for our truck. Not impossible, but tight. The walk to the beach is easy and there are several paths you can take. The stations to rinse yourself and stuff after the beach are not within the immediate area of the condo or the main path to the condo. There was road construction going on in the immediate area and all the asphalt trucks parked on the property. The office on site is only concerned about the parking space registration. Everything else relating to this condo is a completely separate property manager who is not on site. We could hear all of our neighbors. Several families would play loud music on their balconies. Several were yelling at their kids. We could hear every time someone actually urinated. Not just the flushing of the toilet. Understandably, the owner would like guests to clean up after themselves, to include vacuuming. This is impossible with the supplied vacuum since it is missing a wheel. We also discovered the kitchen sink leaked into a bucket underneath. This is also where additional cleaning supplies are kept. Overall, we were very disappointed.

Three senior ladies came looking for relaxation, beach time and exploring the island. The condo was on the quiet end of the property with a short walk to the beach and pool. The condo was stocked with everything we needed, check in was a breeze, all instructions we received we were able to unpack and start our vacation. Arrived to freezing cold unit. Called number of “maintenance” person and left message. Never got return phone call. Went to the store and bought batteries for thermostat to solve problem. Sent owner an email, also never got a response. Toilet in hall bath would keep running if you didn’t lift lid to fix. Never did get TV in living area to work.

Beautiful condo with spacious living/dining room and two covered patios. Beds very comfortable and well stocked with everything from beach towels to beach chairs to kitchen appliances. Steps from the pool and a very short walk to the beach. Short walk/ride to Periwinkle with tons of great shops and restaurants; great location on island. Bike rentals available from the complex. Host was very helpful and responsive. Be sure to check out the tiki bar next door - awesome frozen cocktails!

Perfect for our family of four
Unit 201 had everything we needed for a perfect week long stay on Sanibel. Our two teenagers appreciated having separate twin beds and their own bathroom, and my husband and I enjoyed starting our day with coffee on the screened in lanai. The condo was stocked with beach chairs and towels, along with a handy cart for taking everything down (though the walk to the beach was really short, and we could hear the ocean from the lanai). Everything was clean and comfortable, and the condo was nice and quiet at night. We rented bikes for the week and only used our rental car once to go into Fort Myers...Loved how proximate the condo was via bike to Sanibel shops and restaurants. A wonderful stay overall - thank you!

We spend a very nice week in this property. Location is great, near east end of island. Good shelling on neighboring beach, good selection of beach toys. The only reason that communication was rated at less than 5 stars is that the VRBO messaging app goofed up and delayed some essential communication near beginning of stay. Not the owner's fault. VRBO - fix this.

This was out 26 year anniversary trip. We had a great time and loved the condo. It was mostly as indicated. It was clean and condo grounds were beautiful. Close to the beach!

Additionally, it was like an Easter egg hunt looking for all the towels, linens, etc. Recommend the owner label some of the closets and/or provide some written instructions upon check-in.
