Exceptional

Everything looks exactly as in the destription/photos. The owner (Richard) is very helpful, speaks great English. There is a bus depot nearby, from which you can quickly reach the center (bus H7 and tram 2). There are 2 parking spaces in front of the property gate, the neighbors are nice, they don't cause any problems. Nice, well-kept rooms. Perfect for a family like ours (6 people). Budapest is beautiful, if there is a chance, we will definitely come back here!

property was spacious . and had air conditioning Close to the Venue where we had to be.

wasn’t very clean. we did not have soap in the bathroom nor shower gel. we had to buy our own.the fridge was full of ice.the shower cabinet need some serious lime scale remover . and the whole house had a odd smell.

Very nice stay to welcome the New Year

The host is very helpful. He welcomed us in the apartment and provided some tips and even left a wine for us. He even offered us a ride going to the city centre with his family. The whole apartment is very cozy and the rooms are clean and nice.

Quite far from the nearest train stop but it is just fine.

Definitely recommend

Everything was absolutely perfect. Apartment was well equipped, comfortable, clean and on the quiet location. Very specious bathroom. There is a free parking spot in front of the house. Host (Richard) was very polite, helpful and welcome us very friendly. We recommend.

The place is really nice, in a quiet suburb of Budapest, convenient transport few blocks away.One of the most important things for people traveling by car is that there is a parking spot in front of the house.
