The apartment is located in quiet neighborhood but is also very close to all necessary facilities ( Old town, beach, promenades, groceries shop, bank, cafes, restaurants, children playground, casino etc. ).

Easy checkin, and a warm welcome. Vlaho was great explaining all the activities and restaurants nearby, gave us some great tips for easy transportation and where to eat. Definitely recommend the place.

This was our first visit to Dubrovnik and we were stunned by the beauty of the old town and also the islands we visited. Toni’s apartment was the perfect base, away from the crowds in the old town but a very easy ten minute bus trip to the Pile Gate. The apartment was spotlessly clean and everything about the booking was easy and efficient including Toni arranging a cab for us from the airport. Toni’s father greeted us on arrival and his wife had prepared delicious apple strudel which was waiting for us along with a traditional Croatian drink when we arrived after 10pm from London. He gave us lots of information about the area and couldn’t have been more helpful and welcoming. I highly recommend Toni’s apartment - a wonderful welcoming place to stay. I hope to be back one day. Thank you!

We had a great stay at Toni's apartment. Upon our arrival, his dad greeted us and gave us the key to access the apartment. He also provided us with lots of information about things we can do, location of bus stop etc. There were fresh flowers, some wine, home made apple strudel and fresh fruit to welcome us.
The location is great, a quick bus ride to the Old Town. Nearby supermarket to purchase any necessaties. Apartment was clean and cozy, I would highly recommend it!

very welcoming when we checked in, gave us the info we needed to navigate the area. Stayed as a base to do other trips in the area. Also checked out the town and it was a short ride or 20 walk to beach areas and places to eat. 5 min walk to bus.

Lovely apartment for 2 adults
Spotlessly clean apartment. Had everything we needed and more.. Nice balcony with a lovely view. Comfy bed. Good shower.
Great communication, Toni was a lovely young man. Helpful. Lots of local info. We were made so welcome with home made cake from his mum, his dad 's home made liqueur, beautiful fresh flowers and a bowl of fresh fruit!
All very much appreciated.
We found the location ideal. Far enough from the town but a £2 bus ride away or a 20 minute walk. We had a wonderful time there!

Clean and Bright with a View
The property manager - Toni, went out of his way to make us feel comfortable. Upon arrival, we walked into a clean environment with lots of light and with an added bonus of home-made apple pastries from his Mom's recipe. The Manager also provided a list of suggested places to visit and quality restaurants.

Great host and location
Toni’s apartment is clean and is in a great location. Close to town with a Uber costing around 50kuna. We were greeted by Toni’s father Stepjo who was a total gentleman leaving us with a freshly baked apple strudel and homemade liquor. The apartment is small but very adequate!

We've been lucky to stay at Toni's place! The appartement is perfect, near the Old Dubrovnik. Toni spent time with us to share his love for his city and all the tips to discover it. We even had gifts from his Mom. Thanks a lot!

Beautiful wedding & family holiday in Dubrovnik
Thoroughly enjoyable stay in this lovely 2 bedroom apartment in a great location between Old Town and beaches. Toni met us on arrival and spent a good hour going through local maps giving valuable advice on all Dubrovnik places of interest to visit.There was fresh fruit & home made liquor s awaiting. Toni and his family couldn’t do enough for us during our stay changing linen and replacing fruit & making homemade cakes! The property was in an excellent location, 12 minutes walk from nearest beach and very near old town. Local buses were very useful. A very warm welcome was extended to us by the man of the hose. Both he and his wife were very kind. They had left fruit, home baking and local drink to welcome us. I would highly recommend this property if you want to see old town and beach.

Nice apartment & nice location
The property is located in a nice neighborhood, about 10 min from the old city by bus or 30 - 35 min if you prefer to walk. In summer I will suggest to take the bus with nice a/c. Apartment is nice and well equipped. One block away a small market but enough for basic stuffs. We enjoyed our staying!

Outstanding Accommodations!
Every detail of this apartment was thought out, clean and comfortable. Very well equipped and in a great neighborhood with a grocery store one block away and bar/restaurants just a few blocks more. My son and I enjoyed the 20 minute walk into the Old City each day with beautiful buildings and water views along the way. Our hosts were friendly and responsive. I would highly recommend and welcome the chance to return in the future. Bonus: parking!

Excellent way to visit Dubrovnik!
Our visit to Dubrovnik couldn’t have been better! Our host offered to meet us at the airport and after a long flight from the states he was a welcome and friendly face. Toni told us all about the city, showed us the landmarks and gave us tips on every aspect of our stay...do’s & don’ts.
The apartment was located away from the tourist bustle, had a great view and a balcony all as advertised. Comfy bed, well outfitted kitchen and walking distance to groceries and an ATM. A 2k walk gets you to Pile Gate. Couldn’t have been more perfect. Did I mention that Toni’s mom baked an amazing apple pie for our arrival and his dad provided rose pedal liquor and a bottle of sherry for our departure! Delightful and thoughtful hosts! We had an amazing stay! Thank you!

Lovely Property
A nice find within walking distance to the old city of Dubrovnik. The accommodation is clean, and comfortable, and very hospitable host. Would highly recommend staying. It is also easy to catch an Uber from here, but if you rented a car they have a spot for you. Welcome drink and fruit were provided. A nice place to relax from sightseeing. It felt just like a home away from home.

Warm, wonderful hosts. A beautiful, cozy apartment with a fabulous view.
Wonderful place to stay with hosts, Toni and Vlaha, that went above and beyond any reasonable expectations. Toni enthusiastically greeted us upon arrival and thoughtfully provided us with fresh fruit and pastries, treats for our two-year old daughter and Rozulin, a homemade liqueur made with rose petals that was out of this world. Later in our stay they gave us fresh peppers from their garden!
Toni introduced us to the apartment, provided all the pertinent information and made some great suggestions regarding things to do and places to eat. He responded to any questions we had immediately and always responded immediately to our further questions
The apartment itself was just right for the three of us to stay a week. The apartment was warm and cozy and beautifully decorated. It was stocked with everything we needed to cook a meal and eat in, which we often did with our small child. The view from the balcony was truly amazing and it overlooked a splendid garden. We utilized the washer and the clothes line to freshen our clothes without difficulty. This place has it all!
If location is everything, then Apartment Rosario is everything. The grocery store is a two minute walk and, crucial for daughter, there is a playground right next to the store. The Lapad promenade and Sunset Beach is an easy walk and both it, and Old Town are just a few stops away on the Bus Number 4. And, if you are a runner/walker, there are plenty of hills and some very nice places to run.
A great combination of everything you need for a fabulous stay.

Excellent correspondence with Toni from the first email. We arrived early to the apartment and was greeted by Toni's brother who was very helpful in giving us information about the apartment, the neighbourhood, the City and transportation.The apartment was spotless, bright and comfortable and what a view - and Toni's family left us a bowl of fresh fruit and homemade liquor which was delicious. The apartment is in an excellent location with easy walking distance to the Old City, Sunset Beach, local grocery stores, cafes, bakeries,pubs, restaurants and public transport. I would highly recommend this apartment and hope to be back one day. Thank you so much.

Outstanding property and hosts
From the moment we arrived, we felt like welcomed guests. Toni and his parents were wonderful to us. Toni sat with us when we first checked in to go over the map of the area and to give us tips of must see places. He welcomed us with home made wine and a dessert. The apartment was very clean and like new. It is close enough to walk to the old town or you can take an Uber there. There is a grocery store and several restaurants close by as well. During our stay, Toni's mother baked us another dessert and when we checked out, Tony gave us a special bottle of dessert wine. We highly recommend this property and its owners!

Great Apartment and fantastic Hosts
This is a lovely modern apartment with nice finishing touches. The welcome, complete with home made apple slice and rose liqueur was great. Toni is very prompt with communications and gave us some great tips about where to go, where to eat and the best times to visit things, and which transports to use. The apartment was great for the 2 of us and would be comfortable for the 3 it is designed for. About 25 mins walk to Old Town but only 15 mins walk from the modern harbour port. All in all we loved it and will book again on our return trip as Dubrovnik just can't be done in one visit.
