Good value

The staff was really friendly, they took care of our luggage during our 4 days hikes to ushguli. They gave us a better room that was available. Breakfast was good.

Only one person spoke really good English. But was not a big deal.

Staff was excellent and took care of us. Very responsive and helpful. Breakfast was okay. Restaurant looked very good. Modern interior.

If you get a room on second floor pray God people right above your room respects your rights to get decent rest after long day hiking. There is no sound insulation. People in the room above ours every night (3 nights) at 11pm started to move furniture, stomped like bears, talked loudly etc. It went on and on about 5h hours till 4-5am.

Such a great view and a good experience.

It was affordable and the people were very friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable. A fan could be off some help in summer. Nights were very pleasant though. In summary, loved our stay in beautiful Mestia!

Location is good, many cafes with tasty local food nearby Bed was comfy and the view from the room was stunning Breakfast was quite good (if you're the first to come there is a variety of food, if no then the choice is looking muted and they refresh it not fast)

Staff was not at the place almost all of the time, wi-fi crashed during the rain and was not restored. There was no conditioner in any room (seems that it's like that in all hotels there), no slippers, toothbrush and toothpaste as promised. In the mornings there was a strong smell of food they were preparing for breakfast, TV was not working

Fantastic view, cool guy at reception, tasty breakfast.

Our number was equipped with kettle, but no cups and tea. Also there is no default toothpaste and toothbrush.

A nice family run hotel

The staff were all very friendly and welcoming. They helped us up and down the stairs with our heavy luggage when we arrived and left. The room was very spacious.

There were cigarette butts in the bin in our room. The tv in our room did not work at all. The breakfast was nothing like what the photos depict. We ate dinner at the hotel restaurant one night and the music was so ridiculously loud that we could not hear each other talking to each other across the table.

Terrible customer service experience. Wouldn’t recommend.

We had a terrible customer service experience in this hotel. The staff (a teenager) was extremely unprofessional and very rude. He made a mistake quoting us a tour which ended up being almost double, and then blamed us for not understating him. It was a very unpleasant experience, and we never saw an adult around. We were hoping to stay there again on our return from the Mestia-Ushguli trek but decided to cancel. There are many better options were you will be treated with respect around Mestia.

Great location. Very large rooms. Nice people.

New hotel but maybe not the best construction. Wooden floors so every time someone walked in the room above you heard it. Also could hear anyone talking anywhere near the room. Restaurant overall was a poor experirnce

Comfy beds but lacking in staff

Good location, comfy beds, beautiful view from the balcony and shower was great

No sign of breakfast in the morning and no one around to ask. WiFi was sketchy at times and no mugs in my room despite there being a kettle and tea/coffee.

No AC in the rooms. so we had to choose either we die from heat or from the bugs invading the room should we think about opening the windows.
