Sunshine Haus is a Fredericksburg landmark that was built in 1938 by a prominent local doctor. It has been fully renovated to the era but with modern amenities. Sunshine Haus is close to downtown, yet it sits on a private 2.5 acre tract with a large pool and hot tub. If you prefer to stay inside, the house has 3000+ square feet, two wood burning fireplaces, a kitchen to die for, and televisions, toys and games for the kids.

House has all amenities: games, toys, full kitchen, Keurig Coffee Brewer, Xbox360 and more. Bathrooms are stocked with towels, shampoo, conditioner, and soap. There are also towels for the pool and hot tub. If there is something special you want, please just let us know.
