4 bedrooms and 3 brand new baths - Brand new large bright chef's kitchen, top end appliances perfect for entertaining . Sub zero fridge, sub zero wine fridge, Miele dish washer, wolf professional 6 burner range, wolf microwave, Nespresso coffee maker, and drip coffee maker. Kitchen has Caesar stone counters and Carrera marble backsplash, white cabinets, cathedral ceiling with 2 skylights and sliding door that leads out the deck where there is Gloster 8 seat dining table, DCS 8 burner stainless steel BBQ hot tub and backyard where there is a heated pool and gardens Kitchen is equipped with everything and more...
Our home is equipped with Central A/C, fireplace, Apple TV, 4 flat screen TVs, ( living room, Den, master bedroom, and kitchen), Sonos sound system throughout the house and outside by the pool and hot tub, Sony PS3, DVD, CD etc. iPad mini available for Sonos with music collection. DVD movie collection. Internet and phone included. Washer Dryer on first floor, All high end cotton linens included, Designer decorated -furniture from Design Within Reach, Restoration Hardware, Crate and Barrel etc.
Master has brand new Ritz Carlton Mattress and new ensuite bath with free standing tub, separate shower, double sinks, Carrara marble, waterworks fixtures, Toto toilette, Second Bedroom with two twin beds upstairs also has brand new ensuite bath. 2 bedrooms downstairs have queen beds.
The house is open, light and airy 2 skylights in the kitchen, 1 in the stairway, 1 in the master bath, Windows and three sets of sliding glass doors all around.
Start your evening with fabulous sunsets on private beach. Walk down with glasses of wine. On cool summer nights you can swim in the heated pool or the hot tub and look at the stars, or sit by the pool and warm yourself by the fire pit and for extra heat you can use the gas heat lamp.
Child friendly perfect for families, *Protect a child pool fence available*, huge yard with pool, deck, and flower garden on one side and large grassy area on the other side with hammock and seating area. Everything you need for recreation - there are bikes (5) , helmets, kayaks (3 - 2 single and 1 double), stand up paddle boards (3), surf boards (3), boogie boards (2) , life jackets, and beach chairs, beach umbrella, pool floats (rafts).
PelotonPlus, yoga mats, halfmoon balance ball, medicine ball, few small dumb bells.
Heated Pool, Hot Tub, Outdoor shower, DCS 8 burner stainless steel gas BBQ, Teak furniture, lounge chairs, 16 chairs, 2 tables one on the deck and table and on the far end of the brick patio. Other side of yard has grassy area with hammock and teak benches. We also will include the gardener and trash pick up.
Solar roof panels with 2 Tesla battery walls to cover for any minor power outages
Just bring your toothbrush everything else is all set for you.
