About this villa rental

Villa Fajan is a four bedroom villa with private pool located in Carvoeiro, just a short distance away from the town centre of Carvoeiro, the local beaches and a large supermarket. A restaurant, La Vera Italia, is within walking distance. The villa has air conditioning in the bedrooms and the living room, included in the rental rates.

Fully equipped kitchen with appliances including a dishwasher; electric hobs; oven; toaster; filter coffee maker; microwave; fridge freezer and juicer. Washing machine in exterior utility cupboard.

The living/dining room is complete with a wall mounted TV with cable channels; DVD player; CD player and dining table for 8 persons. Patio doors lead to the terrace where steps lead down to the pool area- these steps are protected by a child friendly gate.

Bedrooms one and two are on the ground floor of the villa. Bedroom one has 2 twin beds together and this room uses the shower room across the hallway. Bedroom two has a double bed (1.90 x 1.40 metres) and an en suite bathroom.

Bedrooms three and four are on the first floor of Vivenda Fajan. Bedroom three has twin beds and an en suite shower room. Bedroom four has a double bed (2.00 x 1.60 metres) and an en suite shower room. There is also a safe available.

Driveway parking for 2 vehicles and electric entry gates. Traditional charcoal BBQ and exterior dining tables. 8 sun loungers with pool towels provided. The swimming pool measures 9 x 4.5 metres with the deep end 1.80 metres in depth and the shallow end 0.90 metres.

Next to the poolside terrace is an exterior WC and a stone built-in table tennis table, situated under the shade of the banana tree.

Vivenda Fajan enjoys a good location a short distance away from the town of Carvoeiro, approximately 3 kms away. The local big Intermarche supermarket is just 2kms away and a Portuguese restaurant, Nuno's, is within walking distance. The nearest beaches are approx.3kms away, including Carvoeiro beach and Benagil beach.

Carvoeiro town centre has numerous bars, shops, restaurants and the renowned town square where you have a variety of options at your disposal, including Portuguese, seafood and international restaurants; a tapas bar; a lively and bustling cafe; an ice cream parlour and much more. Carvoeiro beach is one of the Algarve's finest resorts- set in a beautiful bay with golden sands and the famous and distinctive cliffs in the background.

Rates include a midweek maid cleaning service, bathroom towels (changed midweek) and bedroom linen (changed weekly).

In winter time is posible long term rentals (over 30 days). In this case, some expenses are not included in price, because depending on the duraction of the stay and number of people. Please contact us to arrange the best offer and other discounts.

We enjoyed a superbly equipped, spotlessly clean villa that left us truly impressed. All rooms had AC units, ensuring a refreshing ambiance. The villa surprised us with abundant food supplies, letting us leisurely enjoy breakfast and lunch without immediate supermarket trips. This considerate touch enhanced our mornings before exploring. With a car hired at the airport, getting around was effortless. A 3-minute drive led to the supermarket, Carvoeiro's charm was a short 6-7 minute drive, and a delightful local Italian restaurant a 1-2 minute drive away. The Chef's kitchen in Carvoeiro offered exceptional high-quality food. Undoubtedly, the standout feature was the generously sized, unheated pool. Perfect for relaxation, recreation, and cooling swims in the hot sun. I must commend our host Patricia for her outstanding attentiveness and rapid responsiveness. On account of our late arrival, we encountered some difficulty finding the villa and had to reach out to her at 1.30am. Her assistance was invaluable, and her understanding demeanor put us at ease. In summary, our stay at this villa was truly exceptional. The combination of its superb amenities, cleanliness, and the dedication of our host Patricia resulted in a fantastic experience. I wholeheartedly recommend this villa to anyone seeking a comfortable and enjoyable getaway.

Great villa holiday

We had a lovely stay at Villa Fajan. Patricia was amazing from booking to check out. She organised our taxi transfers from the airport and responded to our emails very quickly. The villa is beautiful and exact to description and photos. The pool was warm and well kept. The air conditioning was working and very cool. The dishwasher didn’t work but this was a very minor issue that didn’t spoil our stay. The villa isn’t close to much but it doesn’t promise it is. The supermarket is a 20 minute walk and you can get an Uber for around 3 euros. There is a restaurant 10 minutes down the road that is very friendly and cost effective. We went into Carvoeiro town many times which is beautiful and has lovely restaurants and bars. The villa is next to a lovely grape vine. The cleaner was friendly and visited three times during our stay. This was our first villa holiday and far more relaxing then any package holiday we have been too. We emailed Patricia during our stay with a few minor issues and they were addressed and sorted the same day. Our only con was that we had to come home.
