About this house rental

In a vineyard farm Côtes de Provence 13 hectares in activity located at the foot of the Massif des Maures, cottage of 80 m2 without vis-à-vis the 1st floor of the house owner.
We will welcome you to "Gîtes du Jasson", in the heart of our vineyard farm of 13 hectares in the quiet and the countryside, 5 km from the medieval village of Arcs sur Argens.
Located between the Mediterranean Sea (about ½ hour), St Tropez and the Gorges du Verdon (about ¾ hour), our cottage will bring you peace and quiet overlooking the vineyards and the Massif des Maures.
Two donkeys on the property, Estéban and Lana, will delight young and old who want to meet them in their park.
Accommodation for horses nearby (less than 2 km).
Many tourist activities (Thoronet abbey), cultural, and sports (horse riding, canoeing, kayaking, tree climbing course, golf, ...) nearby.
Living room of 40 m2 very bright facing south with sitting area (fireplace with insert, sofa, armchairs, TV and DVD player), dining room and kitchen (gas hob and ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher and microwave). wave). Two bedrooms of 12 m2 (one with 1 double bed and one with 2 single beds). Bathroom with bath, separate toilet.

On-site pool of 12 x 5 m fenced that you will share with the owners.

Had a very nice stay in Les Arcs. Beautiful surroundings. Great pool and friendly and helpful owners on hand to help out. Only minor issues were - Nights were quite warm, so could have done with another fan plus the bed was a little creaky.

Belles vacances dans un gîte très agréable

Tous les critères présents dans l'annonce qui nous avaient permis de choisir ce gîte, ont été retrouvés lors de notre séjour que je peux qualifier de très agréable. Nous avons aimé le calme de cette propriété qui nous a permis de faire d'appréciables grasses matinées. Notre chien Darcos a pu faire ses promenades en toute tranquillité sur l'exploitation entièrement clôturées. La piscine est de belle taille, avec des espaces ombragés durant toute la journée. L'intérieur ainsi que l'équipement très complet du gîte permet de se sentir comme à la maison et ceci n'est pas une vaine expression. Et le meilleur pour finir, l'accueil des propriétaires Florence et Patrice a été extraordinaire (nous sommes des habitués des gîtes) pour leur grande convivialité; toujours à satisfaire nos demandes ou besoins. Bref, ils aiment recevoir. Nous recommandons vivement ce gîte pour les amoureux du calme, de la nature tout en étant à proximité des commerces et des sites touristiques. Nous espérons revenir très rapidement si les disponibilités du gîte le permettent.

L'environnement extrêmement agréable. Les propriétaires très accueillants. Tout est bien : les animaux, le vignoble, et puis plein de randonnées, Arcs est un joli village, la mer n'est pas loin. La maison est confortable. L'internet marche bien. Nous allons revenir.

Relaxing gite in the country

We had a lovely 2 week stay in this property. It was exactly as described and has everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Florence and her family were excellent hosts who live in the other half of the property, so were always on hand to provide tourist information or any other help required. They were very kind to provide some of the vineyard wine on arrival and allowed us to pick as many grapes and figs as we could eat! We were also lucky enough to be there during the grape harvest, so were able to see this in action. The swimming pool was great to cool off in the afternoon and, although shared with the owners, is effectively a private pool. There are two other gites within the vineyard, but they have their own pool and play area, so again you will hardly notice them. There is a large supermarket (Hyper U) about 5 mins drive away and the nearest motorway junction is 10 mins drive so it is easy to get to the coast at Frejus and further afield. There are many different tourist attractions in the region, but obviously you will need a car to get about. All in all, we had a great holiday in this very traditional French gite. Many thanks to Florence and her family for being such delightful hosts.

Un grand merci pour ce superbe séjour chez vous. Nous avons apprécié la maison, la piscine et l'accueil chaleureux de nos hôtes. La description et la vidéo sont la parfaite illustration de la maison qui est spacieuse et parfaitement équipée pour une famille de 4 personnes. Quel plaisir d'ouvrir les volets le matin sur la vigne et la forêt. L'endroit est calme comme nous les aimons et situé à proximité du village et de ses commodités. Merci pour les conseils et activités. Nous espérons pouvoir revenir dés l'année prochaine chez vous. Cordialement.

Sehr geräumige Wohnung und sehr aufmerksame Vermieter

Das Haus befindet sich etwas abseits von Les Arcs inmitten von Weinfeldern. Es ist sauber und gut eingerichtet. Die Vermieter Florence und Patrice wohnen im selben Haus auf der Rückseite und sind immer ansprechbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Bei der Ankunft standen 3 Flaschen Wein aus eigener Produktion für uns bereit, weiterhin kann man wenn man möchte den leckeren Wein von dort beziehen. Der Pool befindet sich neben dem Haus und wird vom Vermieter mit genutzt, was uns aber nicht gestört hat. Einziger Schwachpunkt ist die Nähe zur Autobahn. Für Gäste die Ruhe gewöhnt sind empfiehlt sich zum Schlafen Oropax. Es hat uns alles in allem sehr gut gefallen und wir können das Haus auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!

Nous avons passé une très belle semaine au Jasson : - Accueil très chaleureux des propriétaires que nous remercions au passage, - Emplacement très agréable, avec notamment la terrasse, au calme et bien exposée, qui offre une très belle vue dominante sur les vignes de la propriété. - La proximité tant de la mer Méditerranée que de sites naturels remarquables comme les gorges du Verdon et bien d'autres... Superbe séjour

Superbe séjour

Nous avons reçus un accueil fabuleux dans un cadre reposant. Le logement est spacieux, très bien équipé avec une cuisine fonctionnelle (selon madame...!!), confortable et propre. La météo était de la partie, nous avons donc profité pleinement de la piscine accompagnés de Caroline et Nicolas, les enfants des propriétaires qui ont été charmants avec notre fille. Florence et Patrice ont été de très bons conseils, nous avons dégusté leurs vins, très plaisants et nous ont aiguillé vers de petits resto très sympa (le cabanon notamment). La visite de la région est magnifique. Tout était réunis pour que nous passions un bon séjour et ce fut le cas. Nous recommandons donc vivement cette adresse et remercions de nouveau Florence et Patrice pour leur gentillesse. A très bientôt certainement.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Tout y est. Confort, équipement, propreté. Les maisons sont très spacieuses et très agréable. On a manqué de rien. Les propriétaires ainsi que leurs enfants sont très avenants et très chaleureux. Les enfants ont envie de revenir pour revoir Nicolas et Caroline. Les parents pour revoir Florence et Patrice ! Nous avons eu de très bon conseils de visites. Quant à la piscine, superbe. La région est magnifique. Un séjour ne suffit pas pour tout visiter. Il y en a pour tous les goûts (mer, rivière,forêt...). On s'est senti bien et reposé. A refaire

Les propriétaires sont très accueillants. Ils sont très patients avec les enfants. Nous avons bien profité de la piscine. Nous avons passé de bons moments. Agréable vue de la terrasse. Toute la famille est très contente de son séjour. Merci à vous. Les garçons ne parlent encore souvent de Nicolas et Caroline.

Tout y est pour passer de merveilleuses vacances. La famille des propriétaires est des plus acceuillante et de bons conseils. Nous arrivions de Belgique et le plan fourni nous a permis de trouver la location sans aucun problème. . Le gîte est totalement complet et bien entretenu. Rien n'y manque. On s'y sent comme chez soi avec en plus le soleil, le calme, les vignes à perte de vue. La superbe piscine est la bienvenue pour un petit plongeon plus que rafraichissant. Rien que du positif et c'est sûr, nous y retournerons dès que possible.

Les propriétaires sont toujours disponibles pour nous renseigner sur les itinéraires , les activités et les excursions.L'aménagement et l'équipement du gite sont tout à fait agréables . La vue sur les vignes et le calme sont très appréciables .Nous avons effectué un excellent séjour trop court et nous sommes prêts à revenir dans ce lieu où nous nous sommes sentis comme chez nous grâce à la gentillesse de nos hôtes .
