This luxury villa is divided into 3 adjacent charming houses for 6-8 guests, set at an ample garden with swimming pool, on a slope with panoramic views to the sea, the island of Antiparos and the sunset. The Villa is located about 6,5km. from the main town of Parikia and very close to the kite-surfing centers at Pounda and various beaches (2,5km.)
Agnanti House & Liogerma House are 150m² with 2 bedrooms and the more luxurious Panorama House is 260m² with 3 bedrooms. The houses can be rented separately or as a whole and they all enjoy ample terraces and access to the swimming pool area, which is also available for social events hosting (weddings etc.)
The houses are tastefully furnished and equipped in every detail. All you need to do is bring your personal belongings and you will immediately feel like home!
Located in a countryside area, about 7km from the island's capital & main port of Parikia and 1,5km. from the nearest beach and the kitesurfing centers of Pounda, this stylish villa is set in a 4000m² (about 1 acre) property with a green garden and a swimming pool area. The whole property is fenced and closes with an automatic garden gate (door controls are provided), making it a very safe place for children. From the apartments & the garden, you have undisturbed views to the Aegean Sea, the island of Antiparos and wonderful sunsets.

The west-facing property of the villa, looks out to the island of Antiparos and its neighbouring islets. From the nearby small port of Pounda, there are regular ferry connections to Antiparos all year round.
In a few minutes' drive, you get to some of the most beautiful beaches of the island and various restaurants. Nearby activities include 2 internationally known kitesurfing centers at the beach of Pounda, water-skiing at Farangas beach, scuba diving & yoga at Alyki village and various footpaths for self-guided hiking starting from the nearby Ageria village.
