About this house rental
Amazing 2 bedrooms, 2 bathroom, with private backyard in a quiet neighborhood. This bright and fully remodeled home is tastefully decorated and well stocked. Conveniently located close walk to Publix and Walmart. Restaurants, cafeterias, spas, beauty salons, bars are around downtown area and only 10 min drive as well.
Perfect for families or a couples to get away from cold weather. Enjoy in Siesta key beach ( #1 beach in USA), Sarasota downtown ( very fast growing new town), University mall, outlets, local recreation like peddle boarding, kayaking in the mangroves, bating wave runners, loads of fishing, Myakka river State park take long walk or hiking and much more.
Public transportation is easily accessible from our home.
HOUSE RULES:
- There is absolutely NO smoking permitted in the house.
- Pets allowed with 150$ per pet, stay fee (max 30 lb). PLEASE INFORM IF YOU BRINGING ANY PET BEFORE BOOKING.
ATTENTION! ANY UNAUTHORIZED PET BROUGHT TO PROPERTY WITHOUT APPROVAL (PENALTY 500$).
- NO EVENTS, PARTIES and large gatherings.
-Quiet hours are from 10:00pm to 7:00am (Please be respectful of the neighbors).

I can't say enough about how wonderful this place is. It is the perfect home away from home. My husband and I are retired snowbirds and we travel with our small dog. This place has everything! Perfect location, quiet neighborhood, great private back yard and a terrific pool! Grocery stores are super close. The property was extremely clean and well kept. The host is very nice and prompt with responses. We can't wait to come back next year. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Property was pretty much as pictured --Interior looked better in pictures but still was very livable. THE HEATED POOL WAS GREAT. But after a few weeks the drains started to empty a bit slower, then about a month into the rental, the toilet began to get water leaking up from the base. The shower wouldn't drain, then came the backups. The 2nd plumber that came out indicated the pipes were old and corroded and needed to be hydro-cleaned (bib $'s) but it was several visits later that this was finally done along with replacing a large section of old cast iron piping. Every room (except the 2nd bedroom) had backup water in it. It took over a week to get drainsage problems fixed (and we had to stay in, missing vacation events, to watch plumbers and other strangers coming into the house.) Just when we thought it was over, then CAME THE SEWER FLIES. This made the house just untenable for us to stay any longer. The joy was gone!
During all these problems we did not see the owner or property manager on site once. Many calls/texts were not returned.
So we left early with nearly two weeks left on our rental. We were unable to get a refund from the owner for any unused time or inconvenience for the flooding and missing vacation events.
We felt abandoned by the people who should have helped.
Did I mention the pool was great? Other than that ------

Spent two weeks with our dog exploring the gulf coast from this location. 15 minutes to downtown Sarasota and 16 minutes to Siesta Key. Publix within walking distance. Heated pool was great this time of year. Appreciated having two sitting areas to read/watch tv. Kitchen was fairly well equipped. Bed was firm and bedding was comfy. Washer and dryer in the garage was very helpful.

My family and I stayed here for 5 days and the property was absolutely perfect. Heated pool was amazing and everything we needed was there. House was super clean and we had no issues whatsoever until we got home. The property owner requires you to leave a deposit or get insurance for any damages that might occur which is totally understandable. I purchased the insurance and thought everything was good until I received an email that a claim was filed for a broken umbrella. We never used an umbrella of any kind during our stay, seeing as we came from a cold weather state we wanted to soak up as much sun as possible. I immediately contacted the insurance company and reported the false claim and expressed how the property owner never contacted me once about anything being damaged. This really leaves a bad impression on this beautiful home. I definitely will not be back to this property which is a shame due to our overall wonderful experience.

We are very grateful to you for such a clean and comfortable house. We have been going to Sarasota for the third year and it was the cleanest and most comfortable house where we felt happy. Special thanks to owner for taking care of personal hygiene items such as shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and loofah. The house had everything we needed from utensils, which made our stay comfortable. Heated and clean pool was a super fun for us. Mattresses were comfortable, furniture is new. House remodeled with very nice style.

If your considering this rental, book it now! It is amazing! Nicely updated, furnished, and spacious for needed relaxation. Appliances are like new. Outdoor area landscaping is really nice, complete with a lime tree. Beds are comfortable. Had all the kitchen/cooking stuff we needed, to save us from eating out every meal. Close to a handful of grocery store options to stock the fridge/freezer. Ample towels, beach towels, beach chairs, wagon, coolers, and beach umbrellas provided!! Pool is great and heated! Teens spent many hours swimming. Communication with the owner was fantastic! Would definitely stay here again if ever in the area!!!

Amazing house
I went to Sarasota to celebrate my wife’s 40th birth. We were amazed with the house. Very, very cleaned, has everything that a family needs (even accessories to go to the beach like cart, beach chair, umbrela and cooler). The location was good and very quite. There are a Publix and Walmart with a walk distance. My daughters enjoyed the swimming pool. The property manager was very quick to answer my questions. I am used to rent homes for vacation (at least twice a year), and I can tell that is not easy ro find houses like this one, specially in this price range. Totally recommend it!

A splash into excellence
The place was so relaxing, clean, modern (HGTV status), up to date, cozy and comfortable. My family and I enjoyed our stay tremendously. The host provided everything a family could need and even things I didn't expect them to provide. We loved the environment and the accessibility to many things, especially the necessities for fun in the sun and on the beach.
We loved the pool, the outdoor furniture and the cleanliness of the home. Thank you for allowing us to stay and in the future we will rebook at the same location.

Perfect work-from-home stay in Sarasota
This property was just what we were looking for during a week of remote-school and work-from-home while enjoying the good weather and easy access to beautiful beaches in Sarasota. Everything inside and out was in good condition and the kitchen was nicely stocked with all the cooking equipment we needed and the beds and bedding were comfortable with extra pillows, blankets and towels for our family of 4. The pool was perfect temperature and perfect hang-out space for the whole family. The house was conveniently located to grocery and other shopping needs, Starbucks around the corner and Siesta Key beaches less than 20 min drive. It was easy to find and to get around. Great stay overall.

This was our second stay at this property. It is centrally located to many activities and attractions in Sarasota. The pool and lanai are great and the pool is comfortably heated. Our only disappointment is that it was already booked for next year.

Perfect home!
This home is nicely furnished and decorated. It’s beautifully landscaped with a private fenced in backyard and a lovely lanai and pool. The neighborhood is quiet but close to everything. The owner was very quick to respond to our questions. She even welcomed us with a nice bottle of wine and delicious fresh fruit. We would love to stay here again on our next trip to Sarasota!
