Perfect size for family and friends. We lived in the back yard. Loved everything about the place. The owner -Dennis - was a huge help to me when I had some minor car issues. He was a true blessing and advised me where to go to get the help I needed. Shout out to neighbor -Mat- who was also a tremendous help. We had a wonderful time and hope to go again.

We have stayed in many rentals on Padre Island over the past 20 years and this was by far our favorite. Our host was fantastic to talk with and made sure we had everything we needed. She even had her pool manager stop by to show us how to properly work the hot tub. We are a family of 4 that vacationed with my in‐ laws as we have a few other times over the years and we were all very comfortable. The house is great but having that private pool and hot tub is just beyond compare. We will definitely be back next year...or maybe this fall if we can squeeze in the time. Our one tiny recommendation would be to upgrade to a Keurig...we make the most of our vacations with late nights and early mornings so coffee is essential (but we survived). Thanks for a magical week!

Do not rent this place. The pictures make the place look way better than what you get. When we arrived, the hot tub was half full and not working. No instructions. Called and left a message regarding the hot tub on Monday, it not until Thursday the pool guy came out to fix it. Place was dirty, there was 15 towels in the dryer that I had to fold. Pretty sure that is why there is a cleaning fee to take care of that. Additionally, light bulbs were out and we could not take out the trash due to all bins full. You will spend a ton of money on this place and will be disappointed!

The pool was Awesome. The hot tub did not seem to have a working heater so it stayed the same temp as pool but it was still nice. The house was great and accomodated the family with room to spare. The owners are fantastic about responding super quick to any issues you might have. Overall a great property!

The is our second stay here. We arrived at the house, got settled in, put on our swimsuits and did not put street clothes on again until it was time to leave! The pool, spa, and covered patio are amazing! Aside from showering and sleeping we were in the backyard the entire time. 6 adults and we all had an awesome time. This was like borrowing a house from a friend! Everything was well stocked with kitchen essentials and plenty of towels. The owner called and walked me through everything after we arrived . The location of the house is in a tight housing development on a main road. The house was somewhat run down and not very clean. The kitchen was the worst. The photos here do not give a true representation of the house. My husband booked this for me for Xmas and my birthday so I tried really hard to overlook the uncleanliness but after a few days decided to email the owner who did give us 2 nights refund. I did not feel it was enough so I asked for one more night + the cleaning fee to be refunded and got no response from her. I am not going to list the details in the house because its a new year. The owner did offer to send kitchen supplies and dinner.

We spent a week working on-board the NAS and Depot. The house was perfect for us. One story with plenty of room to spread out. The pool and hot tub looked great but it was just too cold during our stay to enjoy. Will book this again on our next trip if possible.

Home is great, although we were warned at day of check from the property manager, at 9pm the neighbors will be on us for any noise. 2 Aunts (stopped by), 74-75 yr old and cousin 70, along with the two of us 42-46 women laughing and cackling outside, by 8:30 she was already knocking on our door to let us know 9 pm is coming. If we were typical vacationers, I couldn't imagine not being able to enjoy the pool and outdoors. Again, great home as long as you stay in or if outside be extremely careful of any additional vacation fun.

My wife and I along with another couple wanted to get away for a long weekend just to relax and veg. This was the perfect location! The pool, spa, and very large covered patio were exactly what we were looking for! Kristi, the owner, had outstanding communication and was always available to help from the moment we made our reservation. Upon arrival the house was very clean and well stocked. There were plenty of dishes, glasses, silverware, and kitchen utensils as well as a large refrigerator with an ice maker. The beds were very comfortable. After having spent the day by the pool followed by a relaxing soak in the heated spa before bedtime we slept like babies. The next time we are looking for a relaxing do nothing vacation, this will be the first place we look at! Thanks Kristi for being an awesome hostess!

The house is just a hop, skip, jump away from the beach, but you can certainly retreat to the backyard to soak in more rays in the pool or hot tub. The house had pretty much everything we needed and Kristi was great in communicating with us throughout our stay. We'll definitely bookmark this as a destination for future stays.
