We chose to come back to this property after a stay here— 3 years ago. The owners are so helpful and friendly and have built such a beautiful house in a great location in Sayulita. Close enough to walk everywhere but far enough away to not hear the late night music downtown in the plaza area. We stayed three weeks this trip and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We will be back! Very clean, comfy bed, really nice deck, and fair price. Close to town, but out of the noise and bustle. We would definitely recommend and will use again.

We had a wonderful experience at your property. Hot water a very comfortable bed and amenities. Enjoyed the balcony, beach chairs and umbrella. Hopefully the cat “Lolita”, which I’m sure was a stray or someone else’s, is loved by next guest as much as by us. Reminded us of our little kitty at home. A great property and fairly priced.

Everything was as pictured and very clean upon arrival. Excellent stay! Owner was there to meet me when I got there. Perfect location if you want to be very close to town without any late night noise!

Both my husband and I were very happy with this choice, the studio unit is well equipped, clean, private and conveniently located. Only a two and half block walk from the beach and down town. We would certainly recommend it to anyone who wants to spend some quality time in Sayulita.

We couldn't have asked for more. Close to town but away from the beach and late night areas. All amenities supplied, including the friendly grey cat. Only a little suggestion...put #17 with your address on Homeaway site...we went to the other side of Calle Hero because of Google maps locating your place. Casa Sarita was beautiful, clean, everything worked like it should. The location was great! The porch was outstanding.

The property is such a nice escape from the hustle and bustle of city life! It was walking distance to everything, the shops, food, the beach. The place was very clean and had everything you will need to just relax! Mary was a so easy to communicate with from the beginning to the very end! We hope to come back and stay again very soon!

Great location, less than 5 mins from everything. Very well designed - the brick ceiling and stone sinks and shower were awesome. The casita looks even better in person. And there’s a hammock! Definitely coming back.

Casa sarita was wonderful! It was clean and beautiful. My husband and I enjoyed our stay very much. We plan on coming back to sayulita and this place will be where we stay again! It was perfect for two and very peaceful. My favorite part was honestly the hammock on the front porch! It let me soak in the beautiful scenery and sounds.

We had a great 1 month stay at Casa Sarita - accommodations ideal for a couple, owners and staff really helpful. Property is very close to centre of town and 5 minute walk to main or Los Muertos beaches. Hope to stay there next year.

My husband and I stayed here for a week and were very pleased with the villa. The owners were there to greet us upon arrival and were very friendly. The unit has a gated entrance and a large deck with hammock was great for morning coffee. It was a short walk to the center of town and to the beach. They provided beach chairs and umbrellas which was great so you don't have to pay on the beach. We would definitely stay here again!

The property was as described. It was very clean with all the basics for a long weekend. We liked the location - just a short walk from town. We would stay there again in sayulita!

We enjoyed our stay at Casa Sarita. The owners were easy to deal with and very accommodating. CS is close to town and the beach and far enough off of the main street to be quiet and not dusty. The view is of the local neighborhood, hills and jungle. We stayed in suite A. It was spacious, clean, and we'll equipped.

My wife and I spent 6 nights at Casa Sarita. The owners were easy to communicate with. The apartment is well built, very nicely furnished and in a great location. Could not have been better. If we go back to Sayulita we would stay here again.

Our two months in Casa Sarita Apartment A was a total delight. Two and a half blocks from downtown and the beach made it easy to walk everywhere to do all we wanted to do. We walked everywhere from our 'home' in Sayulita. We walked to the remote, pristine Carricitos Beach and through the rain forested ridges to the town of San Pancho. We rode buses to Bucerías and Puerto Vallarta. Casa Sarita was the perfect home base. The studio apartment was completely comfortable with all the amenities. We had wifi, cable TV, air conditioning, an excellent kitchen, and a beautiful bathroom with two sinks and shower. The water pressure throughout the studio was strong and reliable. We ate at restaurants and made just as many meals at the studio. The housekeeper kept the place immaculate, cleaning everything, replacing bedding, sweeping and washing the floor, to making sure we had common supplies. The porch was relaxing and cool with great views. Cooling ocean breezes kept us comfortable on the palapa-like porch even on the hottest afternoons. We were lucky to have the place for two months. I recommend this studio apartment to everyone. Sayulita is built in the hills, if you are okay waking up and down hills, you will do well. We are in our late 60’s and had no problem negotiating the hills. It is also easy to rent a golf cart at many rental places in Sayulita. The landlords and housekeeper were both pleasant and personable, they were accessible and made us feel welcome and asked if we needed anything. If you want to rent a worry-free place in Sayulita, where you can concentrate on having a good time, Casa Sarita may well be your best bet.

This was an amazing property. It was clean and had a great proximity to everything we wanted to do. The hosts were super friendly and always available for any questions. We would definitely go back!

Casa Sarita was absolutely great. We were located a block from the center and were still away from the busy streets. Walking to the beach took 5mn and we even got a cleaner come to clean at the middle of our stay. 100% recommend!

Our stay could have not been any better. The owners were so friendly and the place was spotless when we arrived. (I am usually very picky). We will return!

Perfect villa close to everything!!

My partner and I had an amazing stay at Casa Sarita. The location was perfect, a short walk from the plaza and beach. It was far enough to make it feel quiet and private. We were pleasantly surprised that a beach umbrella and two beach chairs were available to us, as well as a washer and dryer. We loved our balcony and hammock, and the huge windows allowed us to cool down inside, while still enjoying the view. Maria was quick to respond to any questions we had and we felt very safe. We loved our casa so much that we ended up extending our stay to 7 nights instead of 5!

Had a wonderful stay at Casa Sarita. Perfectly located away from the hustle of the town square yet easy walking access to everything. Very clean and comfortable with cleaning service included during your stay. I would definitely come back and stay here! A home away from home
