About this cottage rental
Lee House Cottage is a wonderful retreat in a heart warming part of Cheddleton in Staffordshire. Hosting eight bedrooms; a family room with en-suite, three doubles, a single with adult bunks and a twin along with a family bathroom, this property can sleep up to nineteen people. Inside you will also find two wet rooms, utility, open plan kitchen/diner and sitting room with wood burner. To the outside is ample off road parking and an enclosed lawned garden with hot tub and an annexe. Situated in a lovingly area and close to local attractions, Lee House Cottage is a fantastic property in a rural part of England.
Amenities: Aga cooker, additional electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge and dishwasher in the main kitchen. Large fridge/freezer in the utility room.

WiFi throughout the property. TVs with Freeview in sitting rooms and dining area, Bluray DVD, surround sound, selection of books and DVDs. Fuel, power and a starter pack for fire are included in the rent. Additional logs can be purchased from the owner. Bed linen and towels included in rent. 2 x travel cots and 2 x highchairs available on request. Lockable bike storage by request. Ample off-road car parking. Lawned garden with furniture, table tennis table, hot tub with Bluetooth speakers. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 2 miles. The property has level access inside and out with one small step into Ostlers Cottage for which a ramp is available. Please contact the owners if you have any specific requirements for accessibility. NOTE The approach to the property passes through pastureland used by a local dairy farm and you may occasionally be required to wait while the cows are moved. NOTE This property does not accept Stag parties. Hen parties may be arranged by request, please.

The town has a cobbled market place and many examples of Victorian architecture.
