In the heart of nature with a panoramic view of the bay of Cavalaire, the Bastide de CYFRAN welcomes you all year round in an exceptionally mild and sunny climate and offers you to spend quality holidays with unlimited sea and happiness in all season.
Ideally located, far from noise and traffic, 2 km from the sea and the city center with a seasonal shuttle, the Bastide was completely renovated in 2018.
It is spread over a large landscaped 2100m2 plot with a beautiful swimming pool (heated in low season) incorporating massage jets, a furnished terrace, a pool house with bar area, a relaxation lounge and a ping-pong area. Upstairs a large shaded terrace hosts the dining area with a large barbecue and a seating area.
The Bastide has a living area of 210 m2 which can accommodate 8 adults and 4 children.
Comfortable, tastefully decorated and perfectly equipped, it comprises on the garden level 3 bedrooms each with a private shower room and WC, a utility room with washing machine and dryer.
The 1st floor includes the Living area comprising a beautiful fitted kitchen, a living room opening onto the dining terrace with sea view, a dining room as well as a double bedroom with bathroom and guest WC.
The top floor overlooks a beautiful terrace and is entirely dedicated to children with a beautiful dormitory area with 4 beds, a TV corner, a bathroom with WC and cupboards.
The Parking space can accommodate up to 4 vehicles.
Cavalaire is located in the most southern bay of the Var coast, bordered by the green Massif des Maures, the resort offers 4 km of sandy beaches, particularly renowned for the quality of its bathing water, its marina , its Provence market, its traditional Provençal festivals and its summer events.
Nestled in the heart of the bay and protected by the Lardier and Cavalaire capes, the Cavalaire beaches are exceptional and consist of 4 public beaches and 9 private beaches. They all offer you fine and soft sand and crystal clear waters.
A paradise for sailing enthusiasts, its modern harbor, with a capacity of 1,230 berths, is protected and easy to access.
In the summer, at nightfall, the streets and the café terraces come alive. From one place to another, concerts and outdoor shows are organized.

Alles war perfekt vom Checkin, Betreuung vorort und bis zur unvermeitlichen Abreise. On a passé une semaine très sympa pendant les vacances de la Toussaint. La maison est très agréable à vivre avec une salle de bain pour chaque chambre. On ne se lasse pas de la vue ! Des superbes balades à proximité : Cap Lardier; Hameau du Dattier; le sommet du drapeau à Rayol... A refaire!

Demeure à la hauteur d un séjour remarquable au sein du Var

Magnifique propriété nichée dans les hauteurs de Cavalaire, offrant une belle vue sur la mer, ceinturée d une végétation luxuriante. Au delà de l emplacement privilégié, nous avons profité des magnifiques sites et des activités à proximité de la Bastide. Les soirées partagés au bord de la piscine suivi de BBQ en terrasse ont participé à cette magnifique parenthèse. Je souhaite souligné votre gentillesse et votre disponibilité pour rendre notre séjour des plus agréables. Merci à Carole, Isabelle et à toi le paysagiste pisciniste passionnée et fou de ta region avec qui j ai eu le plaisir de partager des cafés au levé du soleil.

Wunderschönes Objekt in toller Lage

Wir haben mit 12 Personen (8 EW und 4 Ki) das Haus in den Herbstferien gemietet. Das Haus ist toll ausgestattet, vor allem die Küche lässt keine Wünsche offen. Wir haben dort jeden Tag für uns alle gekocht. Sogar die Gasflaschen für den sehr guten Grill wurden für uns befüllt, was wirklich nicht selbstverständlich ist. Vier Zimmer verfügen über ein eigenes Badezimmer und bei dem an den Wohnbereich angrenzenden Zimmer liegen Bad und WC getrennt voneinander gegenüber. Das Kinderzimmer befindet sich in der obersten Etage und ist mit eigenem Balkon ausgestattet. Es verfügt über vier Einzelbetten. Der Pool ist beheizt. Als wir Probleme mit dem Schließmechanismus hatten, beauftragte die Eigentümerin unverzüglich die Reparatur. Das Haus liegt am Hang und man hat vom Balkon und fast allen Zimmern eine tolle Aussicht auf das Mittelmeer. Wir empfanden die Lage als sehr ruhig, allerdings waren auf Grund der späten Jahreszeit viele Häuser nicht bewohnt. Eine Herausforderung stellte für unser Familienauto die Auffahrt da. Auf Grund der Hanglage muss man einen ziemlich steilen Weg meistern, allerdings gibt es auf halber Höhe zwei Parkmöglichkeiten. Zum Ort fährt man wirklich nur einige Minuten. Dort gibt es zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Es war wirklich ein rundum gelungener Urlaub in einem großartigen Domizil.

This is really a perfect Villa. It is big enough for up to 12 people. We have been there with 8 and threfore had a lot of space. You have a beautiful view on the ocean and it is a very quiet place, no traffic. Heated Pool, also big enough. Parking with up to 4 cars is no problem. Of course you will need a car to go shopping or if you want to visit one of the beaches but it is only a fiew minutes drive. Very helpful housekeeper and Pool Man. Very good communication with the owner. Nice furniture. Big Grill. Poolhouse. Want to come back next year.

Mit 11 Personen haben wir einen super Urlaub in der Villa verbracht. Die Villa ist sehr ruhig gelegen, am Rande von Cavallaire. In der Villa ist alles da, was man für einen perfekten Urlaub benötigt. Die Ausstattung lässt nichts zu Wünschen übrig, jedes Zimmer hat ein separates Bad/ WC, jedes Zimmer eine Klimaanlage. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet. Sehr schöner Balkon mit tollem Blick auf die Bucht von Cavallaire. Alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Auch die Außenanlage alles gepflegt und sehr schön. Toller Pool mit ausreichend Liegemöglichkeiten. Der Pool wird 1 Mal in der Woche komplett gereinigt. Perfekte Urlaubslocation. Das Haus ist ca. 3 Km weg vom Stand. In ca. 600 Metern Entfernung ist ein Campingplatz mit einem kleinen Laden und Backshop. Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern und der Hausverwaltung vor Ort unkompliziert und sehr freundlich. Fazit: absolut empfehlenswert Nous avons passés un très bon sejour dans la villa avec 11 personnes. La villa est dans un quartier calme à Cavallaire. Tout y est pour les vacances parfaites. L'équipement ne laisse rien à désirer, chaque chambre a une salle de bain séparée/ toilette, chaque chambre dispose de la climatisation. La cuisine est entièrement équipée. Très beau balcon avec une vue magnifique sur la baie de Cavallaire. Tout était très propre et bien entretenu. L'espace extérieur était bien entretenu et très agréable. Grande piscine avec assez de chaises de plage. La piscine était nettoyée une fois par semaine. Un lieu de vacances parfait. La maison se trouve à environ 3 km de la plage et à environ 600 mètres d'un camping avec un petit magasin et une boulangerie. Le contact avec les propriétaires et la gestion immobilière sur place simple et très amical. Conclusion: à recommander absolument
