Great place to stay.

This home was nice to be in….I felt safe whenever I was alone & I like the alarm system which tells you everytime a door is open. I hope to book again.

Stayed at this property while visiting the area for a youth hockey tournament. Served us well. Had everything we needed and our stay was super comfortable. Matthew was always in contact and excellent to work with. No complaints here!

Nice house, excellent communication with host. On google maps it looks far from campus but it really isn't that bad.

This property is clean, roomy & very comfortable. Great location in South Bend just a couple minutes to the Notre Dame campus. Tons of shopping & restaurants a short drive away. The owner is extremely responsive to any questions. We had no concers at all during our week long stay. Kitchen is well stocked with everything needed to cook & clean up. Nice appliances, everything works well. It has 3 good size, comfortable bedrooms. This house is spacious & has a great open concept. There are a ton of outlets for all your electronic devices. TV has a good selection of channels to select from. The driveway is in the back of the house off of the alley. It can be a tight sqeeze if you have a large vehicle. The security system is simple to use. It made us feel more secure as we're 2 women staying alone. All in all this a great property. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

First time with VRBO; would definitely use it again,

The house is just like the pictures and there is actually a driveway behind the house that can park 2 cars. We spent a very short amount of time there just stopping to sleep, but the beds were comfortable. There is plenty of closet space and a dresser in each of the 3 bedrooms. It's in a nice, quiet location, convenient to Notre Dame.

Worked well for us for a quick trip.

We rented this house for a mini-reunion and it fit our needs very well. Grown adults need their own bedrooms, after all, and the three comfortable beds were among the major strengths--we all reported a good night's sleep! We spent hours on the comfortable sofa reminiscing in between snacks and cocktails. It was perfectly situated between downtown, ND, and our other SB haunts. Nice quiet neighborhood. Couple of things to be aware of that may be opportunities to make a great place even better. Some are "hardwired" and some are fixable... Heavily reliant on overhead LED/fluorescent lighting. Some side tables with lamps would help soften this. Don't judge this book by its exterior cover--nice interior awaits, but there is not yet a ton of curb appeal (planters or shrubbery could help here). Shower water pressure is on the low side, but it was just fine in the bathroom and kitchen sink, so maybe there's a simple tweak here. Cleaning crew put the bath towels away while they were still damp, so we had to run them through the dryer once more. They were on the smaller side but very absorbent. If you like fluffy towels, well... Ample outlets and extension cords to support charging devices from anywhere/everywhere. Lots of parking. Felt totally safe thanks to their security system. Last and most importantly, Matthew was EXTREMELY responsive, warm, and very helpful as questions arose. Can't emphasize that enough. We all appreciated this property--as noted above, it was the perfect home base for our trip!

This place is great. It’s super close to Norte Dame and downtown. Totally enjoyed our stay. We will definitely be looking for this one when we come back. Owner is great communicator also.

Great place for my family to stay for ND graduation weekend 2022!

Spacious and clean! This house was perfect for a small trip for our family. It was big enough to offer plenty of room for a small reunion of family members. Perfect location to see the sights of Norte Dame. I would recommend to others visiting the area.

Military stay in South Bend this was a great place to stay, holes Matthew was so nice to give us a military discount as we were attending a military funeral for a fallen soldier, the place is very clean and I highly recommend and I will definitely look him up the next time I come to town.

So spacious and comfortable. Easy walk to ND campus (and close to Trader Joe's!). Would definitely like to stay again.

Well went through a lil stress about the rental as far as booking miscommunication, but after the owner contacted me and was willing to listen and we talked about things I felt better and he was as reasonable as he could be we we're all good and the property is in a good quiet area and very nice and spacious didn't want to leave I would most definitely not only recommend the property the owner was great and gets back with you I can say I'm satisfied with my stay and will this will be my number 1 booking every time I'm looking
