NOTICE: Due to Wyndham's change in guest policies, some dates are blacked out for guests without an owner present. Because of this, we may not be able to put your name on the reservation until the morning of check in. If this is the case, we will forward the email confirmation by 9am central time to your email and text you the confirmation number the morning of check in. This will apply to holidays, spring break, and summer reservations.

The Wyndham Bonnet Creek is a timeshare resort inside the Disney Gates. It has 1, 2, 3, and 4 bedroom condos. This listing is for a 3 bedroom deluxe. It has a king in the master bedroom, 2 double beds in the 2nd bedroom, another king in the 3rd bedroom and a sofa sleeper in the living room. There are 2 full bathrooms.

Each condo has a full compliment of dishes, pots, pans, cooking utensils, flatware, hot pads, a microwave, coffee pot, blender, mixer, toaster, range/oven, and dishwasher. It also includes plastic trash bags, dish soap, dishwasher soap, 2 packets of laundry detergent, small bottles of shampoo and conditioner, a tiny set of salt and pepper shakers, 2 packets of creamer, sugar, and sweetener, plus a package of microwave popcorn, lemonade mix, tea bags, and 2 pkg of coffee. There are also coffee filters, a broom, and a dust pan. There is a stereo plus DVD player in the living room.

There is a hairdryer in each bathroom and a washer and dryer in the unit.

NOTE ABOUT RESERVATIONS: This is a Wyndham timeshare resort. It is often sold out for dates requested. I do, however, make extra reservations and hold them until rented. That may mean that even though the calendar says it is available, it may not be available for the exact dates you requested. For example, you may request 5 nights on July 22. But I may only have a 7 night reservation on July 21. I can t change that to the 5 nights without losing it altogether. So even though the calendar says it is open, it may require a reservation for a different number of nights. Also, I cannot rent 5 nights to you, and then the other 2 nights to someone else. Reservations don t work like that. I still have to pay for the full 7 nights. I will let you know if your reservation for the exact dates is available. If not, I will give you alternatives if they are available.

Although Bonnet Creek is a Wyndham timeshare resort, you do NOT have to do a timeshare presentation.

The resort has 5 pools, 2 water slides, 2 lazy rivers, ping pong, shuffleboard, beach volleyball, a playground, and outdoor chess board. There are also "porch" swings located around the lake plus several gas grills that are free to use.

Parking is in front of each building, plus there are 2 parking garages. Parking is included in the rental amount.

All taxes and fees are included in the rental amount except the shuttle to the Disney parks, Universal Studios, and Sea World. The Disney shuttle is currently $8/person/round trip. The Universal/Sea World shuttle is currently $15/person/round trip. Those are optional.

Our cancellation policy states:

CANCELLATION INSURANCE is available for an additional fee. The fees vary, based upon the number of nights. Cancellation insurance may be purchased up to 16 days before check in. This will allow the guest a 100% refund up to and including the day of check in. Otherwise the cancellation policy is as stated: 100% refund up to 60 days before check in; 50% refund 30 to 60 days before check in. No refund less than 30 days to check in. Ask for a rate quote for cancellation insurance.

We were at the Wyndham for 7 days and only left one day to spend at Epcot. The other days we sat by the pool. There are 6 pools and 2 lazy rivers.The property is only so close to the parks. We had a 3 bedroom deluxe condo in tower 3 and it had everything we needed (full kitchen, washer & dryer, etc) The condo is only 5-10 minutes away from restaurants and grocery stores. We chose not to eat at the resort it was expensive and there’s were so many options close by. Our room looked like it has recently been updated with new living room furniture. The decor is really old. We could watch fireworks from EPCOT, Magic Kingdom and Hollywood studios every night from our room it was amazing. I can’t wait to go back

Our large family enjoyed the 3BR villa. Lots of room to spread out. Unit very clean, seemed recently updated? Resort amenities excellent. Kids loved the pools and lazy River. Restaurants OK, nothing special. Fine dining at deep blu, next door at Grand Wyndham was excellent. Proximity to Disney was excellent. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

We loved our stay at club Wyndham. The three-bedroom condo was spacious and very clean. The property is beautiful with lots of activities. Additionally, it’s proximity to Disney World or any other theme park is wonderful and convenient.

This place was the BEST!!! I was so so sad we did not plan a rest day in with our park days. We LOVED Bonnet Creek. We really did not look around much until the last night of our stay and we will definitely be back just to enjoy the resort!!! ( I wish we looked around when we got there the first night but it was so late - BEST resort EVER 100% hands down

Enjoyed the location of the resort in relation to where the parks are located. There was lots of activities for everyone to partake on the grounds and a number of places to eat. There were plenty of pools, splash pads and lazy rivers. Our view was of the resort and out across Disney resorts. Rest of family had a great view of Epcot and Magic Kingdom fireworks.

This resort is A+. Condo is spacious and more than enough for a family. Full kitchen and grill tools to use outside grills. So much to do! Dining at multiple places, pools, water slides, lazy river, mini golf, playground equipment. It’s great to take a day and relax between running around Disney parks. My third stay and would stay again!
