My wife, daughter (18) and son (20) at USAFA, had a wonderful visit. Communication was amazing upon checkin and throughout. The location was perfect for an active family, close to many areas to hike, while also being so close to the city for great restaurants. The house was very cozy, beds super comfortable, and plenty of room for the 4 of us to hang out. The observatory was great too for morning coffee and for night time relaxing w a drink. We had a great start and would definitely recommend.

This is such a great home! My family adored the Olympic theme and we had some epic foosball tournaments. It’s in a great location within walking distance of some nice parks and wonderful restaurants. The home was very clean and has plenty of space, with the Eagle’s Nest being one of the coolest features of any home I’ve stayed in. The hosts were incredibly pleasant and responsive. The kitchen is spacious and well stocked and the adjoining dining area has a huge table perfect for evening board games. When we come back to Colorado Springs we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

Seamless! Check in and out was effortless and the home was perfect for our group. It was central to all the sights Family wanted to see as well as perfect for relaxing. There are some things you have to get accustomed to like making sure water doesn’t leave the tub or the shower door that opens, but overall it was a great place.

Long weekend with Colorado Family Visit
Very charming, redone older home. Worked well for a quick visit to see family in Colorado Springs and the outdoor space was very nice for warmer weather while we stayed.
Several of the male members of my family are over 6 feet tall making some of the upstairs rooms a bit of a trick to navigate

Good But Can Be Better
The location was absolutely great. It was so helpful in many ways. Coming to the interior, the house could’ve been maintained well in terms of the appliances.
All the tower fans were so dirty, none of their remote worked. The window blinds in the rooms wouldn’t go up or down without a struggle, the ac was basically non existent on the second floor. It was a struggle to sleep during the night as the rooms were very hot.
If these are taken care of, this house will be an absolute steal.

Concept of house was awesome. Entertaining. Loved the observatory. Foosball was table was warped and with no AC, bedrooms were hot at night. Some shady people in the area. Trash bin was full opon arrival so trash accumulated in house. We were 10 and very comfortable. So had its pros and cons.

Great place and centrally located
We really enjoyed our stay at the Sport Haus! We had four adults, a teen, and two kids under ten. We were impressed with the amenities and household items included in the property. The location looks a little intimidating when you first pull up to the house because it is in the middle of a neighborhood. We had zero issues and found the neighbors to be very friendly. We walked to the park down the straight every day with our daughters and they loved it. We are already looking at dates for a trip next year!

Nice house with everything we needed. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils. Central location is excellent, making it easy to get to and from area attractions. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

Wonderful stay!
We had a great stay! The new air conditioning was AWESOME and a welcome addition since most houses in Colorado Springs don't have this feature. We loved being able to walk to some great restaurants and coffee shops, and the park just down the street was great for our kids. We were never more than 10 minutes from all of the sites and activities that we planned to do. We will be back and will stay here on our next visit!

Bad Neighborhood
Property was ok. The neighborhood was run down. House sits next to a church and homeless men were sleeping on church steps. Saw a few shooting up. A few nights a man in the street would scream for no reason. Air conditioning froze up several times a day. Called property manager and he never got back to us.

Great stay in Colorado Springs
This home was wonderful. Plenty of room and so comfy and homey. Exactly as described and couldn't have been nicer. Teenagers loved the observation tower on top. Had to leave early because of coronavirus shutting everything down and nothing to eat or do.😪

The perfect getaway.
The house was perfect for our family getaway to the springs for a few days. The location was right in the middle of everything and the house had everything we could ask for. Thank you.

Great property!
We loved our stay in this home. It was clean, cozy, and just what we needed. The location was perfect. We walked to the nearby playground every day, to coffee/breakfast at Switchback Roasters, and to downtown during our stay - all within 5 minutes of the property. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. Our only issue was with the grill - it never got hot enough to cook burgers one night and we had to finish them indoors. (Please consider updating the grill or checking the gas tank.) Otherwise this is a great, quirky house that we thoroughly enjoyed, and we would definitely stay there again!

Lovely and fun house
We had a short stay in this property and it served all our needs. We were able to access activities and restaurants nearby easily as well as enjoyed some time cooking in the kitchen that had all we needed to help prepare our food. The house had a very interesting layout and was fun for the kids to explore. Many activities were available for all members of the family to enjoy whether it be some quiet time in the bird's nest or on the porch swing or playing board games of foosball. There were many extra linens that was useful for all 6 of our guests. We enjoyed our short stay in this lovely house.

Great house for families!
Had a wonderful week at Eagle's Nest! Clean, comfortable, and the Eagle's Nest is a great bonus! Loved the convenient location in a safe & quiet neighborhood, and having room to spread out after a day's adventure was a must for our two teenagers. We also appreciated all the games and the fooseball table. The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed for meals "in" and the location to downtown made it easy to find nearby restaurants. If we are ever heading back to Colorado Springs we would stay here again.

Great Place
My family of eight really enjoyed our stay here! The neighborhood doesn't look like the greatest, but the house was wonderful. Clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. My kids loved the foosball table and eagle's nest. Beds were cozy, and the house is a short drive from Garden of the Gods and other fun places. Highly recommend!

Good Location
Nice home. Beds were a bit hard. Bedding minimal, pillows, blankets, etc.. could stand improvement. Steep stairway in home. We had an issue with spiders in home. Lay out of house was good but could stand a few improvements.

Amazing house!
Really liked the layout of house. Everything was clean and ready for us. Enjoyed the house a lot and I will be back. The eagle nest was pretty great but the one thing it needs is a small space heater to be perfect. Watching the snow fall from the third story “eagle nest” was an amazing experience.

Great home for our 2-family vacation
We loved our stay at this home, and hope to book it again for a future vacation.
Four adults and five children (ages 9 and under) stayed in the home. We put the youngest in the pack and play in the giant master closet, 3 of the littles shared a bedroom (2 in a queen bed, one in a twin blow up mattress we brought with us), one couple in the master bedroom, one child in the 3rd bedroom, and the other couple in the little entertainment room with the 2 twin futons. The adults stayed up late playing games in the living room and we didn't want to have to whisper b/c a kid was sleeping. So we let one stay in the queen bed and we slept downstairs.
The foosball table was a huge hit with our big kids.
We loved the kid things in the house (pack and play, high chair, plates, bowls, cups) - fewer things for us to pack!
A great park with playscape and grassy areas was a 60 second walk from the house -- this was incredible. We sometimes went twice a day. Such a bonus for families with children.
The kitchen appliances were great. We were happy to have the option to cook meals from home rather than eat out all the time. I will bring my own knives next time b/c the knives there are not sharp or good quality and we chopped a lot of apples and carrots and meal ingredients.
We would happily vacation there again. We loved the functionality of the house, the neighborhood in Colorado Springs, the distance to attractions like Manitou and Pike's Peak, and the proximity to local playgrounds.
Working with the Relaxitaxi staff was a breeze and a joy. Emily answered all my questions and took good care of me before the trip, and the property manager was willing to come to the house during our stay to check something. Everyone was kind and professional.

Great place to stay while in Colorado Springs!
Great house, very clean, spacious and close to everything. Would definitely stay here again if ever back in the area!

Excellent, again!
This is our second stay with Relaxitaxi and, just like the first stay (different property), we were very pleased with everything. The house was in very good condition, clean, well furnished, well stocked, and had many amenities and extras. Communication with the management team was very good, as always. The location is very convenient. We will have many occasions to stay in Colorado Springs in our future and Relaxitaxi will be our first choice for all of them. 100% recommended.

Cozy house with all the amenities of home
We really enjoyed our stay. Our group was 3 adults and 7 kids (age 1-14). The house had everything we needed for our family vacation. High chair, pack n play, baby gate for the stairs, laundry detergent, spices for cooking, and basically everything you might need for cooking in terms of utensils, pots/pans, crock pot, etc.
This location was within 20 minutes of just about everything we visited on our trip:
1. Manitou Incline
2. Shopping at Manitou Springs
3. Cave of the Winds
3. Manitou Cliff Dwellings
4. Air Force Academy chapel (about 30 minutes with traffic)
5. Garden of the Gods
6. Cripple Creek train ride (about one hour with a gorgeous drive)
7. Bear Creek Dog Park
8. Seven Falls
9. And of course, the drive to the summit of Pikes Peak
Driving back to this house from our daily adventures, the kids really enjoyed going past the nearby downtown area to see if the Uncle Wilbur Fountain was doing its show. They also loved looking for the Humpty Dumpty's on the buildings downtown!
The only complaints we had were the can opener was just terrible. But that is minor and not worth taking away any stars on a review! Also, just remember that a certain thing is legal now in Colorado and this house is in a residential area. So your family/kids may see something new. We used it as a learning opportunity for the oldest 2 in our family. The youngsters didn't notice anything of course. But it was definitely a culture shock for our country dwelling family oriented group! Lol. But this is also NO fault of the owners, who are very clear that smoking is not allowed on the property. Again, not worth discounting a star in our opinion.
Overall, this house was great for our stay and we will recommend it to others.

Central location to Olympic Training Center and downtown Colorado Springs - what a great find!
My husband and I had a hard time finding a property that fit all of our criteria, and then we came across this gem! We were in town for an event at the Olympic Training Center and were able to WALK to both the OTC and downtown as this house is located between the two. Talk about the best of both worlds - wow! The house was ridiculously clean (and I'm a neat freak) and had all the kitchen amenities, outdoor patio, and games/fooseball table to help make our stay both relaxing and convenient. We cannot wait to return! Thank you!

Absolutely charming!
My family stayed here while visiting my daughter who is stationed at Fort Carson. The home is absolutely adorable! It was clean and comfortable with enough room for everyone. The neighborhood is very walkable, in fact we walked downtown and did a little shopping. It is within easy driving distance to many parks and attractions as well. Lots of things to do and good places to eat! We loved staying here.
