lovely, warm and comfortable home

lovely and inviting home. We were initially concerned the house wasn’t modern but a Willy very realised we were wrong and the character is charming. We all commented of all the homes we have rented for weekend trips this has been our favourite, as we felt at home and not as though we were borrowing some ones house. It very much to us felt like a lovely weekend staying at great grand house.

An exceptional stay.

A greeting blackboard with a basket filled with some local treats made you feel welcomed. Exceptional cleanlines of the house. The house itself very stylish each piece of interior match. All kitchen appliances are clean ,in great working condition, spacious stylish bedrooms with stylish bedding different in each room ,jacuzi in the bathroom .Cozy green quiet backgarden with patio with seats and a barbeque place with pack of charcoal ready for barbeque. Parking place for 2 cars.

No lighter or safety matches to set the light for barbeque, it might be for safety reason. No pizza knife.

A wonderful holiday in a beautiful home with every home comfort. Fantastic location too

The property was absolutely perfect . Exceptionally clean. Everything to make our stay a relaxed and comfortable one was thought of ! Great location with only a very short drive to many amenities of the New Forest too . Our hosts Jenny and Ian were extremely accommodating and very helpful too. Brilliant communication. Highly recommend! I would definitely stay again.

Exceptional

Perfect in everyway. The house and size is stunning, and the hosts go above anything Ive seen. From chilling garden furniture, coffee and tea, some little treats when we arrived, and even milk in the fridge. You simply will not find a better place, and we are already looking at dates to return. I loved the hosts dropping a quick contact when we arrived, and when we were leaving. Nice touch and makes you feel nothing is a problem. If you are in the area or looking for a break, book now!

Well presented and equipped, with ample space. The house is also in a great location. Quiet and peaceful but easy to get to and close enough to the New Forest that you can be anywhere within it in 30 mins or so.

Memorable charming property in a fantastic lactation with everything a family or couple would need.

The location, the facilities, We was greeted with a few local goodies and a kind message and was contacted at every stage of the booking adding that extra personal touch even in these difficult times. Property was incredibly clean and well presented and we definitely will book again.

Hosts were welcoming, spacious snd comfortable home. Had good facilities including a fireplace and bbq we put to use.

Only negative was not enough toilet paper provided!
