We loved our accommodations, and the atmosphere was and view was breathtaking. As an older crowd we had to carefully navigate the steps from the driveway to the rooms and the same going down into the yard. Sara was a delightful host and we loved every minute.

We stayed in this beautiful riverside home over the Memorial Day holiday this year. The owner of this gorgeous home is wonderfully accommodating and increidbily hospitable. The home has everything needed for a family or couples getaway. Our family loves games and outdoor water sports which made this the ideal spot for us! We liked it so much we already booked our next trip!

We greatly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this location. The huge yard sloping down from the house to the Willamette River is the centerpiece of this property. We used the barbecue, paddle boards, kayaks, multiple seating, dining and lounging areas throughout our stay; everything was in great condition. A few notes on the house itself: there are 3 separate units in this house, two of which are for rent and one of which is occupied by the owners, who were very friendly and accommodating. The large ("3 bedroom") unit actually contains two bedrooms and a queen bed in the living room, along with 1.5 baths. The second unit consists of a large bedroom and bath, and doubles as a massage studio. Furnishings throughout are lovely. Air conditioning is centrally controlled for the whole property by the owners. Views of the sloping lawn and the river are spectacular. Great spot for a family vacation!

We (7 adults, 1 kid) stayed here for several days. We had everything we needed to enjoy our time. Kitchen was well equipped. Sleeping areas were cozy and comfortable. The hot tub and firepit areas were perfect for conversation and relaxing. Host was so accommodating. River views were lovely. Just really loved it and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

This is really a two bedroom and 1.5 bathroom in the lower level of a split house. You can’t walk through the front door to get in, but instead have to walk down an uneven outdoor path around to the back of the house to access the unit. The “main” bedroom in the unit is actually in the living room and is not a separate or third bedroom. We rented this for three couples and felt deceived by the property description. The way the photos are taken does not reveal the reality regarding the partial house and inaccurate bedroom situation. The owner also lives upstairs but claims she is at her boyfriend’s 95% of the time - so she claims it is accurate to say that “the property is all yours.” Owner is difficult to deal with and makes excuses and blames guests for everything - and refuses to cancel or refund once she has trapped you with a nonrefundable booking. After seeing the room situation we felt compelled to pay her even more money to rent the “4th” bedroom (just to actually get a third bedroom) because we wanted to make it work and she would not let us cancel for a refund. Otherwise, she proposed to have us cancel on our end and not stay there, keep all the money we had paid for the entire stay, and then promise to pay us some money back if anyone else rented the unit during that time - which we did not trust and obviously did not accept. Other negative reviews seem accurate, despite the owner’s frequent denials and attempts to blame the guests. Don’t be fooled like we were.
