Enjoy everything the island has to offer in a spacious, custom-built, fully-stocked modern farmhouse and backyard oasis with a private pool and outdoor kitchen that enable a relaxing and serene retreat. This picturesque home, The Felicity, has brand-new furnishings and is ideally situated on the bike path and walking distance or a short drive to Oak Bluffs village, several beaches, Farmneck Golf and Tennis Club, downtown Vineyard Haven and both ferries.
The Felicity is an immaculate home with designer touches throughout and contains multiple sitting areas for families and friends to gather after a day at the heated pool or beach. The sitting areas include a large great room with a flatscreen TV for movie nights and an open concept and spacious living area. Additionally, the lower level family and game room has a flatscreen TV and a pool/ping-pong/hockey table for rainy days and late nights. And, finally, catch up on email or read a book while lounging in the cozy loft sitting area on the 2nd floor.
This large, 3,000 square foot, 3-level, home has 4 bedrooms and can accommodate 10 guests. Bedroom #1 is on the 2nd floor and has a King-sized bed, ensuite bathroom and private deck. Bedroom #2 is on the 2nd floor, overlooks the backyard, and has a queen-sized bed. Bedroom #3 is also on the 2nd floor and comfortably provides 2 full-sized beds. Bedroom #4 is on the lower level and is perfect for both adults and young children as it contains two twin beds, books, toys, and a mini-couch for reading to little ones. Guests who prefer to not share beds can sleep on one of the two queen-sized sofa beds in the living room or family room. Likewise, a pack ’n play is available for a little one.
The stylish gourmet cook's kitchen is equipped with commercial appliances, granite countertops, a large island/breakfast bar with seating for 3, and all the cookware needed for entertaining or family dinners. The dining room is just off the kitchen and has seating for 10 — not including the high chair for a little one. The lower level includes an overflow kitchen with an extra fridge and sink.
No need to schedule shower-time as the house contains 3 1/2 bathrooms. Bathroom #1 is a conveniently located powder room on the 1st floor. Bathroom #2 is part of the ensuite master bedroom on the 2nd floor and contains dual sinks and a large shower with full-body faucets and a sitting bench. This outside oasis contains a private, in-ground 24’x16’ pool with a child-safety fence, an outdoor shower, a basketball hoop, a front porch with rocking chairs for quiet contemplation, a deck for outdoor meals, and a bluestone custom kitchen with a gas grille, sink and counter.
The Felicity was meticulously and thoughtfully designed and furnished to include all of the amenities you would want in a vacation home: central AC, Wi-Fi, Digital Cable, washer/dryer, linens, towels, ample parking, and even some family games.

We had three families- six adults and four children. The kids had a great time in the pool and in their downstairs kid zone. It was wonderful to be so close to OB and to have easy access to all of the towns. We all agreed that we would rent from Jill again. She was lovely and very responsive to all of our questions.

Beautiful property but the beds downstairs are meant for kids and the 60+ adults were not comfortable. Also there was a gorgeous kitchen aid mixer on the counter with no beaters to be found anywhere. The pool once it was cleaned was perfect. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The house is spacious without feeling overwhelming, beautifully furnished and maintained, and has every amenity you can think of. The pool is an amazing bonus that elevates this property to resort-level. Jill, the owner, is very responsive and super easy to deal with. It is within walking distance to Oak Bluffs and a short drive to Vineyard Haven - super convenient no matter which port you come into. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

I have have been going to the Vineyard with my family for over two decades, and the Felicity was the best house we have rented so far! We just wrapped up a wonderful week there. I traveled with my husband, young daughter, and my sister and her family (husband and three sons), and we all fit comfortably - plenty of bathrooms, bedrooms, and beds. It is spacious, well maintained, well stocked, beautifully decorated, clean, and cozy. It is exactly as described and has so many great amenities, especially the heated pool! The kitchen had everything we needed. There were lots of games of all types for the kids and a wonderful patio, grilling station, and yard. It is centrally located - easy to get to the beaches and all the major towns. And most importantly, Jill was an amazing host! A month before we went, she sent me the most helpful packet of info on the house and MV that we have ever received from an owner, as well as a welcome email the night before with even more information. Everything was well-labeled so we knew where to find things and how to use things. She was very responsive and gracious during our stay. I would highly recommend this house, and we hope to return in a future summer!

Our group of ladies had a wonderful time celebrating a relaxing bachelorette weekend at The Felicity! The property was gorgeous and Jill is wonderful to work with. We were easily able to get in touch with her before and during our stay, and she was able to accomplish our unexpected early check in as well as answer our check out questions in seconds. I think everyone probably says the oven is finicky, but that didn’t bother us, we actually used the grill for most of our cooking! It was a wonderful weekend! We hope to stay there again!

We were on MV to attend the wedding of my niece and soon-to-be nephew. The Felicity provided us with a far better choice than staying at one of the recommended hotels. When not attending all the wedding events, we were able to share our meals together in the spacious dining room, play dominoes when we returned from events, and just have an overall wonderful family weekend. Jill, as the hostess, was amazing. She was so quick to respond to any questions we had, and ever so accommodating! The house is beautiful from top to bottom. Unfortunately, we did not have the weather needed to enjoy the pool. A truly 5-star experience! Should be ever return to MV, we would definitely book the Felicity again!

Very near to Oak bluffs, just a short car or bike ride away to town. The teens enjoyed the game room. The home is well stocked with everything you'd need or perhaps had forgotten to pack. I've rented many homes all over and this owner is the best I've encountered so far in terms of communication and helpfulness. The photos are spot on, the pool is lovely and we found it a little too easy to not trudge to the beach & just hang out by the pool more than I thought we would. Many fond memories
A beautiful house that is well-suited for large groups. Three floors allowed everyone to spread out, and the large backyard, pool, and BBQ area provided space for many activities. The kitchen is set up with extensive cooking supplies, and we ended up making most of our meals at the house, often followed by an evening walk into town for Dirty Bananas at Donovan's and fresh apple fritters from Back Door Donuts.

We had a great time, the house was wonderful. Plenty of space for 10 adult guests. The decor and style of the home is beautiful. Location is good for short drives to town. The only drawback is the hot water; it only lasted for about 3 people to shower and when you have a house with 10 people that’s a lot of freezing cold showers.

Beautiful Property
We traveled to Martha’s Vineyard as 10 women ranging from 36-65 to run the MV half marathon and relay. We absolutely loved this house and was perfect for our stay. Jill was incredibly attentive and responsive to questions. She left a sweet note and gift for us when we arrived, which we all loved. Girls' Weekend Getaway
Thank you for a wonderful weekend! Your property was better than expected and we would definitely recommend this home to anyone vacationing at Martha's Vineyard. Fabulous communication with the manager, prompt service and a very clean property! We were a group of 5 women and the space worked perfectly for us. This was our first time to the area and our only recommendation for fellow travelers would be to reserve a car spot on the ferry ASAP. We arrived to the island without a car and quickly found it necessary to rent a car due to the low number of Uber/taxi drivers still around in Oct.

Our stay at The Felicity
Our stay was wonderful. The house has everything a family could want for a great vacation. It was spotless when we arrived. The yard and pool are great and we ate almost every night at the big table on the patio, The house is located between Oak Bluffs and Vineyard Haven on the bike trail which we loved. The biking on the Vineyard’s many bike trails is one of our favorite things about the Vineyard. We will definitely be returning to Jill’s house again.
