About this house rental

Long term renters welcomed. I will require house to be cleaned by me, once a week for extra $60.00. Pets are welcomed for a pet visit deposit of $50.00. The house in a very a quite neighborhood and is conveniently located in the middle of Amarillo. Fresh new paint, new windows and blinds throughout the house. The kitchen is fully stocked ( excluding food). The Washer/dryer are for any guest that stays. Laundry soap provided. The garage is available for guests to park in while visiting. The house will sleep 8 comfortably with a roll-a-way bed in Master Closet and a pullout couch (linens under chaise lounge. The large backyard has plenty of room for the kids to play and run off their energy with a privacy fence. The Mulberry tree in front provides lots of shade during the long, hot days of summer. You will have access to the gas fireplace for those cold winter nights or the fire table. Please turn propane off when you are finished using the grill and fire table. There are family games located in the entertainment center in the Living Room. The books in Living Room are for your reading enjoyment.
There are Four flat screen TVs, high speed internet and DISH.
Each bedroom has extra pillows for that great nights sleep. PLEASE DO NOT SLEEP ON DUVET PILLOW COVERS. Each bedroom has blackout curtains for those that get to bed late and wants to sleep in. The light’s on the patio come on at dust and go off at dawn. They are on a timer. Should you not want them on, just unplug the extension code by the back door.

Great home. Location close to stores and restaurants. Quiet safe neighborhood, took my dog for a walk each morning. The house is well stocked from the kitchen to bathrooms to essential items. Loved the back yard as a place to play and relax. Beds are comfy and the showers ore so good.

This was our second time staying in this house. It is really lovely and comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. The back yard is so nice and our dogs loved it! We would definitely stay again.

Wonderful home with many special touches by the owner! House was very clean and in a quiet location. Loved sitting on the back porch swings watching the pups play in the fenced backyard. Owner quick to respond to questions. Highly recommend!

First off I can’t say enough about how wonderful our Hostess, Traci was! Traci was very communicative, informative and helpful… her guests want for nothing! This is a beautiful, spacious and well thought out and furnished house. It was very clean! The kitchen had everything you could possibly want, plus she had extra goodies and treats for her guest! The laundry room was also great and nicely supplied. It even had a TV in every bedroom and one in the front room…. Which helps greatly with teenagers and us older ones who have different interests levels. The yards are well kept with inviting sitting areas for the whole family! We loved how spacious and how secured (fenced) the backyard was for our dog, Buddy. The house is located in a very quiet and safe neighborhood. We would HIGHLY recommend this house to anyone traveling in the Amarillo, TX area. We have family living here now… so this will definitely be our go to house for any of our future visits. Thank you Traci for everything! God Bless…

I used this property to house several out-of-town family members for my son's high school graduation weekend. I looked for a place that could accommodate my 81-year-old mother, and this place worked well for her mobility issues. Overall a great experience, and merely 5 minutes from my home. I will definitely consider using this vrbo in the future if the need arises. Clean, lots of character, all needs anticipated.

Fantastic place! We are always looking for a halfway meeting point between Albuquerque, NM and Abilene, TX and this place is perfect! Lots of space for families with small children, gorgeous backyard, and conveniently located. The place was spotless and it was clear a lot of thought went into making the place seem homey. The only disappointment was that the listing says there is a hot tub and we all came ready with our bathing suits only to find no hot tub. Otherwise, loved this place! This BnB will be on our list for future family get togethers.

We chose to stay at VRBO's instead of hotels as we moved from CA to the east coast. Amarillo was our second stop and this house was amazing! We have two dogs that enjoyed the fenced in backyard and my husband and I were grateful to have a driveway to park our SUV and Uhaul trailer in. The garage made it easy to unload our luggage and load in the morning. The house is well cared for and the property manager was wonderful. She even turned on the porch light and the heat when i told her we would be getting in late. I also loved the heat lamps in the bathrooms, that was a treat. The only surprise was when my dog needed to go out at 4am, I opened the back door and the sprinklers were on. Trying to clean up a muddy dog at 4am definitely wasn't fun, lol, so a heads up on the sprinklers would have been great, but then again, what are the odds. :-)

We really appreciated Traci's attentiveness with our stay. She communicated with us and had the lights and heat on to greet us when we arrived. She also responded quickly when we had questions. The home was comfortable, cozy and quiet and had everything we needed. The treats Traci provided were very welcome after a long day's travel. We look forward to returning when we are in Amarillo again.

THIS HOME WAS PERFECT FOR US! GREAT LOCATION CLOSE TO EVERYTHING. THE BACKYARD WAS JUST AS PICTURED AND THE HOUSE WAS EXTREMELY CLEAN! ALL TOWELLS AND SHEETS HAD A FRESH CLEAN SMELL. COULDN'T ASK FOR MORE!

This place was great for my family of five adults and a 3 y/o. It was spacious and comfortable. We were in Amarillo for a family gathering to remember a cousin who'd passed, and this was perfectly situated for us. The kitchen is well stocked; we were able to bake a cake for my sister who was next stop on our travels (we brought the ingredients and cake pan with us), so you can cook if you need to. The backyard is wonderful! Love the covered patio with the hanging basket chairs! We didn't have long to stay here but it would be quite comfortable if you did. Definitely recommend.

Amarillo will always be home to us even though we haven’t lived here in years. We flew in early Friday for a birthday surprise. This house was perfect to have family and friends come visit. Plenty of room. Lots of extras ( hairdryers, extra toothbrushes, razors, shower gel.. ) we truly felt at “home” and at some points half expected to see our pups running through the living room! If you want comfy and cozy a feeling of home away from home in a great central location. Than this is your spot!! Hosts were also super accommodating with providing an early check in and clear instructions upon check out! 10 out of 10 Recommend!

We had a family celebration! My parents had their 60th wedding anniversary!!! I grew up in Belmar and this house was in the perfect location.. close to my parents and my sister and her family. My two adult kids and their spouses stayed here with us and it was a family reunion within a family celebration!! We truly enjoyed the home. Coffee was a must and so was a table big enough for 6 of us to play games!! We will definitely tell all our cousins and other family members about this perfect location to family!
