I live 15-20 minutes away and work down the street. I can usually be at the property with in 20 minutes. After your reservation has been confirmed, we will email you a contract for you to review and sign. The contract will just outline the basic house rules.

For a 1/3 of the price of a hotel and twice the room you can enjoy a very cozy space with easy access to everywhere in Boston. Spacious studio unit :main room features full sized bed, sofa and a television. wifi. Small alcove area with dressor, separate kitchen features gas cooking, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher , round table seats 4, enjoy time outside on back balcony. Great closet space. Laundry in building. Walk outside the building , steps away find restaurants, coffee shops and convenience store. Public transportation is at your door step, under 10 minute walk to B, C , D green line trains, take a leisurely walk around the reservoir or walk to Cleveland Circle or Brighton Center and enjoy numerous restaurants, shopping or spend a day enjoying Boston's sights and learning about our city's history.

Bus picks you up in front of the building or walk to B, C , D line train

After your reservation has been confirmed, we will email you a contract for you to review and sign. The contract will just outline the basic house rules.

Pack n' Play/ High top chair available upon request for $10/night.

There is a $150 lost key fee and $100 lock out fee.

Please be advised that should your stay extend beyond 28 days, there will be an adjustment in the cleaning fee. We had a great two month stay in this property. The location is wonderful. Close to the T Green line and bus transport to Cambridge. Very responsive hist who was able to meet all of our requests. If you are seeking firm beds, pass on this property

The apartment is great, but when I read about the listing I apparently focused on it being labeled as “one bedroom” and having the ability to house 4 guests. Looking back, the written description did say “studio” and “400 sq. ft.,” but I would recommend the apartment for no more guests than 2 adults and 1 child. It was clean, had charm, and was in a great location.

I rented this apartment last November and rented it again in July, this time with my sister. We had a wonderful time in Boston and this apartment is perfect!! It's in a great location, affordable and very cute. I love that they updated the TV and channels for evening rests after a long day of walking & sightseeing! I would stay here every time if it's available.

I came to Boston to visit my daughter for several days. The apartment was in a perfect location & is adorable. Very clean and the bed was super comfortable!! I would love to stay here again!

This apartment was really too small for 3 people especially as we found the futon too hard to put back each day. It is in a great position and public transport was very close and easy to use. It was exciting to be in a building that was an original because of the history in Boston so that made it more special
