3 Bedroom and 3 Full Bath on 2nd Floor: Two of the bedrooms have King beds. Third Bedroom has one full size and one twin bed.
Condo is regularly, extensively cleaned: rugs, upholstery, bed pillows, blankets, mattress pads, cabinets, etc.

All of Sun Valley is immediately outside your front door at this all-seasons retreat with balconies that overlook the 12th Hole of SV Golf Course and Baldy mountain.

Symphony Pavilion for Summer Symphony, Writer's Conference & events.

Wildflower Condos are considered the most deluxe SV complex. Our second floor unit is very quiet, the furthest condo away from the small access road. You will enjoy a serene setting with private views away from noise.

BRAND NEW WHIRLPOOL KITCHEN APPLIANCES: Fridge, Stove/Oven, Micro & Dish Washer!

Laundry room on first floor with 1 Washer and 1 Dryer/ Garbage & Recycling.
Only four total units in a three story building.
Kitchen & Bathrooms are well stocked. No need to purchase anything besides food.
Family environment and easy for kids to be independent on their bikes or jumping on a free bus.

RENTERS MUST BE OVER 30 YEARS OLD & QUIET
DO NOT BRING A DOG/PET & please do not ask me if I can make an exception as the Condo Assoc. forbids renters to have pets & will evict you!

FIRE EXIT STAIRS located through door in Master Bedroom and only use for emergency. Fire extinguisher underneath kitchen sink & immediately outside front door in cabinet.

CONDO ASSOCIATION RULES for RENTERS:
NO DOGS, NO ANIMALS - no exceptions.
NO BBQ's; NO CANDLES; NO SMOKING anywhere on property including balconies & lobby
NO GUNS or Sporting Equipment inside Condo/Lobby.
No dangerous devices, no drones or chemicals inside or outside the condo.
Plenty of open parking available all outdoors. Trailers, motor homes, boats, campers, etc, cannot park on premises, but can unload temporarily.
Cars may not block walkways/entrances - will be towed.
Park bikes in racks provided outside.
Do not hang laundry outside.
Skis-Sport Equipment etc stored only in lobby lockers provided- not inside condo or in hallways.
QUIET after 9PM

Condo is NOT Childproof. Owner CANNOT be responsible for childproofing.

Immaculately clean, spacious, and great views with multiple porches. Amenities were great- pool passes to Sun Valley Lodge such an added treat. Great for a bigger family, or two couples. Quiet and serene setting with so much just a walk away.

Lovely condo that was just right for our family of 5. Comfortable beds, great layout, ample bathrooms, well supplied kitchen, good space for hanging out apres ski. Great location - close to town, the ski hills, the Y, the lodge and shops. Would love to come back!

Excellent property - nice size, bathroom in each bedroom, had all the kitchen and bath items you could need. We found ourselves making toast every morning because the toaster was so fun! Perfect location to get to the pools, rink, shopping, etc. Two thumbs up!

This was our first trip to both Sun Valley and Idaho and this Wildflower condo made it perfect. The bedrooms gave our family of 5 lots of space and we loved the proximity to the Sun Valley Lodge, tennis courts, pool snd great restaurants. The view of the gold course was awesome!

Lisa is by far the best host we have ever had. My husband and I rented her condo for the winter and she went the extra mile to make sure we had a great stay. We loved being so close to Sun Valley - location and amenities - restaurants, bars, Inn pool, x-country course etc. - are excellent.

Our family has stayed here twice now in the last year — once in summer and once in winter — and it has been a great place to stay both times! Everything you need for a comfortable and fun stay, and great location for any of your outdoor desires. Short walk to amenities at SV Lodge and SV Village, too. The owners are very responsive and a sincere pleasure to communicate with, which is also a lovely bonus!

Gracious space that made room for the three of us (Mother, Daughter, 4 year old Granddaughter) to have private space, remote work space and community space, both indoors and out. It was quiet, walking distance to Sun Valley amenities and provided a very pleasant base for an end of summer getaway. We can't say enough about Lisa's attention and assistance. She guided us to an easy entry, alerted us to activities that might interest us and made extra effort to have everything functioning well for our arrival. My granddaughter's favorite was the 26 alphabet hand puppets. Unique and fun.

Outstanding Experience

There were 6 of us, and each couple had plenty of space, our own bedrooms and bathrooms, and a great living room to gather in and chat. We cooked a few of our own meals and the kitchen was small but more than adequate for what we needed. The views were beautiful, and perhaps best of all was that we were only an easy 5 minute walk from the Sun Valley Lodge entrance, so we did not have to drive except to go into town for shopping. Thank you for an outstanding experience.

We had a great stay at Sun Valley in Lisa’s condo. We’re a family of five ( kids aged 7, 5, 1.5) and stayed for three nights in August. This condo was perfect for exploring all Sun Valley has to offer. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, which was a great convenience for us. The property is a great value for the location. We’d definitely stay again if we find ourselves back in Sun Valley.
