You will be surrounded by modern style and nestled in comfort in this 1040 sq foot Villa. --LOCATION-- Located just a few miles from Old Town Scottsdale, this neighborhood overlooks the popular green belt park. You are within walking distance to a major grocery store, and Lowe's Hardware. It is a few miles from two major highways (Loop 101 and Loop 202). --LAYOUT-- The villa is comprised of three levels. The first level has a one car garage. A flight of stairs leads you to the main floor where there is a kitchen, living room, bathroom and bedroom. On this level there is a cozy front patio with exterior stairs to the ground floor. The main bedroom loft and bathroom is on the third level. --KITCHEN-- The kitchen has stainless steel appliances and stocked with everything you could want including a blender, an electric grill, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and Keurig. There are BBQ utensils if you want to grill near the pool area. --LIVING ROOM-- This condo stands out from the rest because it features soaring vaulted ceilings, a comfy, plush couch and recliner placed conveniently in front of a 42' inch, flat screen HD TV. Wonderful artistic embellishments are everywhere. --ENTERTAINMENT-- Enjoy the 42 inch, High Definition LED TV. The TV is attached to a blu-ray player that can stream Hulu, Netflix, and YouTube (your accounts). You can also play DVDs, CDs and blu-ray DVDs. If you like, you can attach your laptop to the TV and use the TV as a large monitor. There is HIGH SPEED INTERNET with WI-FI access throughout. --LAUNDRY-- There is a full size washer and dryer inside the unit for your convenience. --MAIN BEDROOM LOFT-- The stairs you see in the photographs lead up to the bedroom loft. The loft bedroom offers a firm, king plush top mattress. The desk looks out over the beautiful Spanish Villa Complex. The loft has it's own walk-in shower, bathroom and its own heating and cooling air conditioning system. --SECOND BEDROOM-- The second bedroom on the main floor has a soft, queen size mattress with a removable feather topper for extra softness. Find an assortment of pillows including temperpedic foam or feather to get the perfect nights sleep. Arcadia doors open to a cozy sunny balcony. --BATHROOMS-- Each bathroom is full sized and stocked with an assortment of fluffy soft towels. --ARTWORK-- Many of the original paintings were created by me, while some are from my private art collection. --PARKVIEW VILLAS COMPLEX-- The complex is charming and well maintained with lush, desert landscaping. Enjoy full access to a large, heated swimming pool and a jacuzzi. There are three gas grills near the pool area for your BBQ feast. The complex of Parkview Villas features Spanish tile roof tops and three grand entrance fountains. The pool is heated from November to March between 83-87 degrees depending on the weather. --PARKING and GARAGE-- Downstairs on the first level is a one car garage. The garage is attached to the condo. The garage is larger than a single parking space, but feels cozy, so be sure to leave your truck or full size SUV at home. Your economy sized vehicle should fit just fine. Stairs from the garage lead up to the main level where the living room, kitchen and bedroom are located. A second vehicle may park in the complex lot with a registered parking permit (free). --MAPS and GUIDES-- Inside the condo there is a binder with maps of the surrounding areas, things to do and places to shop for groceries, banks, dining and so on. There are also maps regarding the free trolly service. --GET THE BEST-- The location, the high end furnishings, comfort and amenities of this property makes this your 'best bang for the buck' vacation spot. The owner is a lovely lady who had the place ready before our scheduled check in time. Candice is an artist and the beautiful art work in the property was all painted by her! Really enjoyed our stay at condo even though it was cut short due to death in family. Beautifully decorated, comfortable, great location. I really loved the swimming pool and planned to spend a lot of my time there just relaxing and soaking up the beautiful weather! Highly recommend!

Cozy, Convenient and Exceeded Expectations
We spent over 3 months in Candice's condo, working remote in the winter 2021. It is instantly cozy (the beds are incredible- best sleep ever) and decorated with her own artwork which gives the condo an elevated aesthetic. This condo has more amenities than my own home so it was well equipped to live in for a long time. The balcony is private (perfect for package delivery) and the garage is ideal given the parking lots in the complex can get full. This condo is the best location - right off the Greenbelt (11 miles of green space and trails) which I run and walk my dog on every single day. I cannot emphasize enough how critical it is to be able to get outside in green space...Phoenix can be big and sprawling so this immediate access to the Greenbelt is a definite stress reliever. The condo is also 20 minutes from multiple mountain preserves and hiking trails and down the block from a bike rental. The location between Old Town Scottsdale and Tempe opens the door to SO many food and vibrant activity options. The South Scottsdale area where the condo is specifically located is booming too, with cool wine stores and breweries popping up just a mile away. Candice herself is an ideal landlord, always responsive with a laser-eye attention to detail, and she goes above and beyond to be helpful (when the thermostat needed to be fixed she brought over both a fan and a humidifier, even though it was plenty cool and we were unlikely to need it). Thank you for an excellent stay!

Perfect
We stayed at Candice’s condo for a month while visiting our son’s family. Upon arrival we found everything extremely clean and well appointed. The condo is as described and very comfortable.
The biggest pluses for us are a garage, the wonderful greenway availability, and the willingness to accept our dog .

Perfect first winter in retirement
We really enjoyed our two months in Scottsdale. Candice was attentive, friendly, responsive, and eager to help with suggestions and recommendations. The condo is very well-equipped, and has everything you'll need for even an extended stay. VERY comfortable beds, a great pool and hot tub, a garage with inside access to the condo, and the fantastic walking/biking paths of the Greenbelt--which we used every day. The canine member of the family gives the Greenbelt an A+--he loved it! We met several nice neighbors, and always felt welcome and safe. The location is convenient to everything--restaurants, shopping, golf, hiking, farmer's market, etc. Not only would I recommend Candice's condo to others, we are already planning for another stay ourselves.

Great stay in perfect location!
We stayed a month while visiting relatives in the area and Candice’s place was perfect for us! Candice is a very conscientious owner who goes the extra mile to assure that your stay is a pleasant one. The close proximity to many restaurants and a great Greenway to walk off those meals with our dog were the highlights for us. We would definitely stay here again!

Attentive Owner - Great Location

Nice clean condo in handy location.
We spent 2 weeks at this condo and were well pleased. It was clean, well decorated and had a nice shared pool near it. The owner is friendly and communicated well. Everything was organized and well stocked for a short term rental. It is well situated between Old Town Scottsdale and Tempe Market Place, so there is plenty to do nearby. Having a garage was nice too. Be aware it is upstairs and the garage is below it, so you will have to do steps. Would stay here again.

Great Vacation Stay!!!
My wife and I simply had a wonderful week-long stay in Scottsdale, and a big reason for that was that Unit #260 was a fantastic home base for us. It is roomy, well-equipped, finely decorated, and centrally located. The heated community pool was also a real plus. Candice, the owner, was also super nice and readily answered all of our pre-vacation questions. Book this place, you will not be disappointed!

Comfortable Condo located close to many amenities
We enjoyed the conforts of home at this conveniently located condo. The condo is located near to Old Town Scottsdale, the airport, local parks and activities. Golf, cactus league baseball, hiking trails, shopping and restaurants are relatively close. We enjoyed spending time in the pool and hot pool at the complex. The owner is really pleasant and approachable if you have any questions or concerns. We really enjoyed our stay!

Clean, conveniently located.
Plenty of room. Well equipped kitchen and laundry room. Most organized owner, we have ever worked with...notes for everything. She was available by phone and text immediately. Loved having garage. Tried out hot tub and pool, which were quite nice. Used the massage chair after golf! Happy renters😀

Awesome location and a great condo.
My wife and I would definitely stay in this condo again. Great location with easy access to a 15 mile walking and biking path. The path meanders through multiple parks and waterways that are home to all kinds of birds, turtles, fish, etc. The condo is in Scottsdale but is close to Tempe and Arizona State University. In fact I'd say the condo is located about halfway in between the old town Scottsdale and Tempe old town. The owner Candice is easily reachable and has the condo laid out well with instructions for everything. There is a grocery store 1/2 mile away and can be easily accessed by car or by using the walking path. We'll definitely stay in Candice's condo again to enjoy long walks in the sun and the comfort of the condo.

Great condo in a super location
My husband, son and wife stayed at Candice's condo for one week. We found it to be a very convenient starting location to travel to many different locations in and around Phoenix. The condominium complex was quiet and felt very safe. The pool area was nice although it was kind of cool the week we were there so only used it once. I loved all the artwork (original) in the condo and felt a lot of effort had gone into the décor. Candice was great about calling to see if we needed anything and also responding to questions before and after our stay. I would not hesitate to stay here again. Thanks Candice.

Hello Candice, My husband,son, his wife and I loved your condo. We had a fabulous time enjoying the pool and taking long walks on the greenbelt right behind your condo. The disc golf course that is also right behind your condo is so much fun.
Your place is very close to the grocery store, Camelback mountain that my son and his wife climbed and it is very easy to get to the highway to go and see Sedona (only 2 hours away) and the Grand Canyon.
Your condo was the perfect size for the 4 of us and we will definitely be in touch with you next year.

Location, Location, Location
My wife and I enjoyed a month at this condo and found the location to be a stellar feature. The condo had a well equipped kitchen and wonderful floor plan. Stores were close as was downtown Scottsdale and ASU. The places we enjoyed most during our visit were: Four Peaks Brewery, the Green Belt (Great for biking) and Musical Instrument Museum. The MIM was really an unexpected little gem that we highly recommend. We certainly will not hesitate to stay here on our next visit.

The condo offered great amenities including a large widescreen HDTV, DVR, Disc player, etc., a very comfortable king bed in the master suite, and a modern look and feel in decorating. The garage space was helpful in keeping our car clean and dust free.
The owner was very easy to reach and great to work with.

This complex is next to the Greenbelt, a 15 mile multi-use green pathway - great for dog walks, biking and jogging. The pathway has a waterway through it which attracts a large number of birds, morning walks & runs were particularly pleasant. We didn't frequent very many restaurants as we found the condo's kitchen so very efficient and well equipped that we made most of our meals there. Two of my favorite grocery stores were Fry's (about 1/2 mile away) and Sprouts Farmers Market; Sprouts offers a lot of fresh organic produce at reasonable prices (in Minneapolis, organic produce is never reasonable). The condo's entertainment center worked flawlessly, with the fast internet I was connected to my Netflix and Amazon accounts and watching movies in no time. The condo was very clean, very comfortable and beautifully decorated. The unit has two temperature zones - main floor living area and upstairs bedroom, which made for very comfortable accommodations. Very nice to have a private garage, I noticed other properties just have car ports or an uncovered parking stall. We met many of the neighbors and found them all to be very, very friendly and helpful. The condo complex has a really nice heated pool for relaxing; for swimming laps we went to the Eldorado Aquatic & Fitness Center (less than a mile away). The Aquatic Center offers 13 lap lanes, my wife & I always got our own lanes. The property's location is ideal, it is centrally located providing short drives to Old Town Scottsdale, the Desert Botanical Garden, the Phoenix Zoo and many hiking paths. A must see is the Frank Lloyd Wright Taliesin West facility located in the Sonoran desert. The Owner was great to work with providing immediate responses to all communications. We have already recommended this property to friends & relatives and plan to stay here again when we return to Scottsdale.

The photos accurately reflect the rental appearance and amenities. The place is very well maintained. We stayed there in October and November, and were able to turn off the air conditioning and open the screen doors at night to let in some fresh air. While the views to the community space are nice, trying to sleep at night with the doors open was not a good idea. The community space can be a bit noisy at night, especially on the weekends. Overall you can't beat the location and the comfortable space. There are free shuttles to Scottsdale and Tempe and Papago Park is so close and beautiful to see during early morning walks. We definitely recommend it for short-term or long-term stays.
