PLEASE NOTE: Bookings of less than 4 nights covering a Fri, Sat, special events, public holiday or public holiday eve, will only be considered within the month prior. Unless a greater nightly minimum is specifically mentioned for specific nights, such as Australian Open Tennis, Grand Prix, Premier League Soccer and Spring Racing Carnival to name a few, where a 5 night minimum applies. Any one or two night stay will incur an additional $50 surcharge. Any single night weekend stay will incur a 30% loading. And for New Year's Eve, there is a 50% loading.

Common facilities are now open to use.

If you have a large group and need multiple apartments in the same building/vicinity please advise.

Located literally in the heart of Southbank, you will be within 10 minutes walk to many of the great things that Melbourne is renowned for including the heart of the Crown Casino entertainment complex.

An exquisite array of restaurants, the Arts centre, theatre, Federation Square, The Yarra River etc.. etc.... what else might you be looking for? If it isn't on your doorstep then it will not be too far either on foot or using the extensive and efficient public transport infrastructure which is on your doorstep.

Perched high up on the 34th floor, this 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment has fixed bedding of 2 king beds and 2 single beds.

The building has its own gym and swimming pool which is available for your use.

Undercover parking for one (1) vehicle is provided within the building and is included in the price. Maximum height clearance is 2.1m. Additional car parks may be available for an additional fee, subject to availability.

Four (4) sets of keys are available for the convenience of your group.

Should you need to use our port-a-cot, you will need to provide your own linen.

From time-to-time we move our art and decorative features around, or they are bought by guests. This could be art, statues, sculpture, rugs etc.... Therefore some variations to art and decorative features may be experienced.

Please ensure you have photographic ID and the credit card you used to book the property at time of check-in. We reserve the right to disallow occupancy without these.

Tony went above and beyond the call of duty to rescue the four of us when another provider cancelled our long held booking at the last moment. Couldn't have been more helpful, even SMS'd us on our first morning to make sure we were all happy with out stay. Unit is well located on Southbank. We walked everywhere! even to Etihad Stadium and it was all even flat walking.

We were a group of 5 ladies who were very well accommodated at The Sentinel. Just be mindful that it is a few streets back from South Gate and the City, but not a problem for us. We were welcomed and "walked through" the property and surrounds very ably by Tony. I would recommend this property which was clean, light and comfortable.

The stay was absolutely amazing! We had 7 people and we had everything that we needed. The location was great and the Crown Casino was only a short walk away. Would definitely choose this as a place to stay when I go back to Melbourne. Highly recommended!

What a truly amazing apartment. Six female family members helped me celebrate my 70th birthday for 2 nights. Everyone were so thrilled with the accommodation that we were stayed in for all meals. Lots of lovely take away food nearby and a licensed grocer. Happy hour and evening meals were truly special sitting at our dining table looking at the magnificent lights from our huge windows. Melbourne at its truly best. Morning walks along the Yarra River and across to the gardens were another highlight. Beautiful comfortable bedding. Special thanks to Tony who went out of his way to make our stay truly memorable.

Great to stay where the beds are comfortable the views are amazing and the layout is just right for our family of 6. The lounge area had seating for all, the kitchen was made to be used and the bathrooms had great water pressure...nice. Clean, inviting and easy to get to with under cover parking. This accommodation left us wanting for nothing.
