About this cottage rental

LA FUENTE DEL MONTE is a cozy and charming rural house renovated in 2006, located in the town center of Caballar. The house is ideal for a pleasant and comfortable stay of 4 people.
The renovation has been carried out keeping the rustic charm and using noble materials such as stone, wood, terracotta in tiles and tiles made and hand painted in craft workshops.
The Fountain of the Mount invites peace, tranquility and tranquility of its visitors.

The house is fully rented and completely independent. It has capacity for 4 people and has:

2 ROOMS on the first floor, each of them has a complete bathroom (with bathtub).

2 BATHROOMS complete in the rooms.

1 TOILET on the ground floor for common use.

THE KITCHEN, fully equipped is equipped with, dishwasher, washing machine, electric oven, hob, microwave, refrigerator, Italian coffee maker, small appliances (toaster, juicer, blender). Crockery, glassware (glasses, wine glasses ect), cutlery and kitchenware. Iron for clothes and ironing board.

THE LIVING ROOM has: television (flat screen), DVD (with USB port), WIFI (free), telephone and French fireplace.

BASEMENT WITH BODEGA, where in the past the grapes were trampled and left to ferment, obtaining a great wine and which is currently an ideal place to spend a pleasant time.

ABROAD:
EL PATIO, has a porch area with barbecue equipped with a table and chairs, ideal for tasting chops. The charcoal for the use of the barbecue will have to bring the traveler. We also have spirals with gas to make paellas.

OTHER DATA OF INTEREST:

HEATING AND HOT WATER, is obtained by electricity. Each of the radiators of the house can be regulated to suit the traveler.

LA LEÑA, to light the French fireplace in the living room, we leave it during the winter without any additional cost. We also leave glow pads for the fireplace.

Mosquito nets on all windows.

DOCUMENTATION OF THE AREA, we have a dossier where you can consult the nearest and most advisable points of tourist interest in the area, as well as a list of the most interesting active tourism activities with the telephone numbers, the place and the distance where they are made .

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

The rooms have sheets, a washbasin towel and a bath towel (per person), two pillows and two blankets (per person).

In the bathrooms we leave toilet paper, standing shower mat, hand towels, diffuser hand soap, amenites (toothbrush, comb, gel / shampoo) and hair dryer.

In the kitchen we put; paper napkins, kitchen paper, dishwasher tablets, hand dishwashing liquid, tea towels, detergent and softener for washing machine, garbage bags, scourer (brand new), cloth (brand new) and tablecloth. Iron for clothes and ironing board. At home we do not leave any food (or salt, sugar, or oil ...), for reasons of cleanliness and hygiene

La casa es fabulosa. No falta de nada. Limpisima. Daba gusto meterse en la cama. El olor de las toallas... Se nota cuando algo está hecho con esmero. El trato con Isabel estupendo. Nos fue orientando sobre que ver, donde comprar. Probaremos con otras casas suyas seguro.

Pasado tres días estupendos en vuestra casa , con nuestros dos perros y hemos disfrutado un montón de la casa y los alrededores... muy recomendable la ruta de las fuentes de Caballar,es muy tranquila , y el entorno es genial... los perros estuvieron en la gloria y nosotros más. Muchas gracias Isabel por tu amabilidad y por las facilidades que nos diste el día de nuestra partida... Es la segunda vez que visitamos la casa y te aseguro que no será la última . UN ABRAZO

Un fin de semana increible... La casa es una pasada. Mejor que en la fotos. Es una preciosidad. Esta super bien equipada, muy limpia y super comoda. Te sientes en tu propia casa aun sin estarlo. El patio de la barbacoa increible. La dueña un enconto. Se preocupo en todo momento de nosotros. Llamandonos durante el viaje, para ayudarnos en lo que nos hiciese falta. Repetiremos seguro... Y a poder ser mas de un fin de semana que se nos hizo muy corto :)

Acabamos de pasar el finde del 23 al 25 de Octubre. Fuimos dos parejas mas una perrita y acertamos con la casa. Muy cómoda de tamaño para 4, muy bien equipada. Nada de ruido Repetiremos!

La casa y también Isabel, su dueña, que nos explicó con mucha eficiencia todo lo que nos podía hacer la estancia más agradable. Es una casita muy bien equipada, todo está bien organizado y el espacio está muy bien aprovechado. Los sofás del saloncito son cómodos, hay un servicio en la planta baja, la cocina está muy limpia y los dos dormitorios son espaciosos, bonitos y confortables. No hemos tenido tiempo de disfrutar del patio, que es mucho más que un patio puesto que allí se puede cocinar, comer, tomar el sol... Habrá que volver con más tiempo. El pueblo es muy tranquilo, el paisaje otoñal una belleza y hay paseos muy accesibles desde allí. Fuimos a la Fuente Santa a la caída de la tarde y lo disfrutamos mucho. Además está bien situada para visitar desde allí lugares como Pedraza, Sepúlveda , etc. En resumen, una casa muy recomendable.

Estuvimos el fin de semana del 17 de Octubre. Esperábamos una casa con comodidades, alejada de cualquier bullicio y totalmente equipada. Nuestras expectativas fueron ampliamente superadas. No esperábamos una casa tan confortable, con tantos accesorios, con una limpieza grande en general, y dentro de un entorno tan apacible. Sin duda es una casa para repetir, tanto por lo fácil que nos resultó pasar unos días con mis hijos y nuestro perro, sino también por el maravilloso trato de su propietaria, Isabel. Trato que como debe ser, se limitó a dejarnos las llaves y su teléfono por si necesitábamos algo. Enhorabuena por el alojamiento al que sin duda, volveremos.
