This unit is above a Subway restaurant. I expected some noise issues but had none. What we did not expect was that if you open the curtains for the big windows in the photo EVERYONE in the parking lot is looking in. I would suggest an awning of some type to block some of the parking lot view and move the spotlights at the roof peak on that same side to the front of that awning.

Very basic interior, but clean, and a great view of the mountains. A 2 minute walk to the park entrance.

This property was a bit quirky but perfect for our stay! It’s across the street from the national park!!! A two minute walk to groceries, multiple restaurants, bike rentals, hiking equipment, and the buses. With a dedicated parking spot, you couldn’t ask for more. It was our cool oasis with the best view!

Wonderful unit. Loved the view.

This apartment was absolutely perfect for our stay at Zion for our family of 6 with 2 adults and 4 kids. It is the closest to the park that you could possibly be, with the shuttle up the canyon directly across from the property. I notified Jack that we would be using the futon, and he brought us extra sheets as soon as possible. The apartment is above Subway, but you would never know once you are inside. The smells of the restaurant penetrate the hallway, but not the apartment. The apartment is equipped with laundry and detergent, which we appreciated after getting wet hiking the Narrows! It also has a kitchenette. No oven, but a cooktop and microwave for light cooking. Highly recommend!

We originally had planned to camp at Watchman inside the park but were grateful to change plans when temperatures were 113° in July. What a find! This property doesn’t lie when it says right across the street from Zion’s West entrance. As cars stacked up early in the morning, we walked across the street, over the bridge, through the walking entrance and over to the shuttle in no time. The apartment is spacious, even for a family of five. Beds are comfortable and what a treat to come back to A/C after hiking in the heat. Messaging with the host was helpful and prompt. Would definitely stay here again when visiting Zion.

Perfect location, space, clean, and amenities!

It isn’t fancy but for price point and location it’s a gem. The view in #1 is amazing. Location is across street from Zion entrance. It does smell like subway and pizza in the hallway but it didn’t bother us (my kids love both places). Romantic getaway maybe not, but really awesome place overall. Just go in with proper expectations which we did, and we loved it! I would absolutely stay again!

First, there is hot water. I know previous reviews had issues with it but the bathroom has been completely updated and the hot water was awesome. And enough for a family. Overall the condo is super cute and comfortable. It’s beautiful to water the sun come up over the mountains in the morning. The location is about as good as it gets and you’re able to walk across the street and enter the park and grab a shuttle. Because of the location, stargazing is also awesome and easy. It is above a Subway restaurant but there is almost no noise from below - only an occasional door opening and closing. Highly recommend!

The place was bigger than we thought plenty of room to stay for longer visits!

For someone visiting Zion this place is absolutely the best! The gate is right next door, there is free parking for the renter, multiple restaurants within walking distance, and the feeling of privacy you can’t get from a big hotel or condo complex. The owner was so helpful in showing us where to go. The place seems recently updated. The beds are so comfy. Plenty of space, and laundry in unit. The view from the bedroom was spectacular all day long. The unit had everything you need to enjoy your visit to the park. Beautiful new fridge and also had some cooking basics which is so nice to find. Would stay here again.

Very nice property without a hot shower and a strong smell in hallway. We enjoyed our stay but we were disappointed that shower didn't have hot water at all.
4.8
This is the perfect location and has all you need for an enjoyable trip. Close to restaurants and right near the Zion Visitor center
4.8
This place is as close to Zion as you can get without being in the park, which made it very easy to catch the first shuttle into Zion from the visitor center. The closeness to the park means it’s a little further from shops and restaurants, but it is right by the town shuttle so this wasn’t an issue for us. The apartment has everything we needed for our stay and was very comfortable.
The shower is the only downfall of this place, getting any hot water is a struggle, like 30 seconds of hot water followed by ice. If you’re like me and like hot showers, this is a problem. Seems to happen no matter what time of day we tried to shower. Also, this is above a Subway so the hallway to the apartment has that distinctive smell but inside the apartment isn’t bad.

We really love the location with exceptional views! It took us a little bit to adjust the heating and cooling in both rooms, but we enjoyed having the big open spaces and the ability to wash our clothes after several hikes.
4.8
Great little find if you want to hike Zion!

My husband and I stayed here with our 2 little boys (3 and 6 years old) on our first trip to Zion National Park. This location couldn’t have been better! Right across the street from the walking/biking entrance and trail and close to all the restaurants and bike shops. The spot is super cute with a spacious bedroom layout. My husband and I both commented on the quality of everything - super nice appliances and furniture. The check in process was super easy and the instructions are very clear. We will definitely book here again on our next trip :)

Do not hesitate to book this property. The location is unreal. The apartment is amazing and we had 3 children and 3 adults. It was fully stocked and the owner was available for any questions. It literally is right across the street from the park with beautiful views. We will definitely be back. I never write reviews but this one was outstanding and so clean as well.

As many other reviewers have stated, this place has an amazing location. You literally just walk out of the building and across the street and you are in the park. Everything you could possibly need at your fingertips. The building is a bit odd as is. It is an apartment on top of a Subway/Pizza joint, So it often smells like food in the main areas. You need to enter it from behind the building through a breezeway and many locked doors which at least feels secure. However, our instructions did not tell us which apartment it was so we weren't quite sure where to park or which door to enter. We got lucky with the first try. Also, as many other reviewers has stated you have about 5 minutes of lukewarm water to shower. If a hot shower for your family is a thing that is important to you, this is not the place for you. Even after we waited a few hours after one person took a shower, it was still almost cold water out of the shower. Luckily we only stayed here for 2 days. So we were each able to take one lukewarm shower during our stay and that was enough. Due to the fact that it is above a business... During the day it is not a quiet place. At night, it is perfectly fine. One day we came back from morning excursion to find that our parking spot had been taken by somebody going to Zion, but luckily another apartment spot was open for the same complex(only 3). We notified the host and they stated that it would not be a problem and it happens quite often.

This was our first visit to Zion National Park and it definitely will not be our last. We would definitely stay at this condo again as the location, cleanliness and space were perfect for our needs. The visitor center and shuttles were just a short distance across the street which allowed us to stay out of our car for a couple of days (we are spending a month driving across the country and those days on foot were just what we needed). The owner was quick to respond with any questions and his dad was extremely helpful in providing tips on things to do in the area. You won’t be sorry if you book this location!
4.8
The apartment was super nice but directions getting into our apartment were a tad confusing. However, the location doesn’t get much better than this! You have an amazing view and it’s just a quick walk across the street to get to Zions entrance. The host was very friendly when we met him briefly and was accommodating during the whole stay. Would definitely recommend if taking the trip to Zion!!

Had a great time at this Airbnb! Can’t beat the location of being right across the street from a park entrance! Place was a studio but still had plenty of room with my family of 4! Would definitely stay again!
4.8
We had a Wonderful time hiking and exploring Zion Nat'l Park. The view from the second story accommodation is Awesome. It is a spacious 2 room plus bath area. It had everything we needed. We walked to the Park entrance which was 1-2 blocks away.
4.8
Cozy apartment with an incredible view, nice amenities, and an unbeatable location, literally walk across the street to the visitor center. One thing to be aware of is that the AC is not particularly powerful, it was quite hot during the day and this stay was in late april (high 70's to low 80's). I would suspect it would get quite toasty in the summer months. It was fine for us as we weren't there during the day much and the windows opened and had good ventilation for evenings when it cooled down. Host was great, and there was nice attention to detail (i.e. sufficient towels, TP, laundry detergent even, etc).
4.8
Excellent rental with ideal location, across the street from entrance of Zion national park. Comes with parking spot which is at a premium. Close walking distance to restaurants and shops. Beds very comfortable after a long day of hiking. Laundry in unit was very helpful. Only negative was the hot water in the showers only lasted a few minutes before running out, so had to stagger showers but overall would stay here again.
4.8
My wife and I were there with our three young-adult children. The place worked great for us. Lots of beds. You can park in the reserved parking spot and leave you car. You can truly walk across the street to the park HQ and get on some trails or catch the shuttle buses up the canyon. You've got a refrigerator, washer/dryer, microwave, and one burner, so basic cooking and reheating is easy. You're also on the main main street in Springdale, so you can also take the shuttle down through town to stores or restaurants. Lots of good Tex-Mex. The best high-end restaurant we found was the Spotted Dog.
I should add that if you are someone who sweats the small stuff, then think twice about what might bug you. The hot water in the (one small) bathroom came and went. The Internet conked out for most of one day. We were missing sheets for one of the beds bed when we arrived. We would definitely stay here again, because this place has lots of pluses and small stuff doesn't bug us. But your preferences may differ.

This was a great place for us to stay to visit in Zion. You couldn’t get any closer to the park. The accommodations were clean and beds were comfortable.
4.8
The process was easy, the host were beyond amazing and accommodating! One of the best things were, the dad and I talked a bit before the hike which made our group feel at home.
You felt home away from home. Definitely doing this again! What a wonderful time!
4.8
Location great for access to park and town without having to drive. Great view out the windows of Zion. Spacious compared to comparable hotel room. Enjoyed it. One thing I hope the owner looks into is that the hot water in the shower only lasted three or four minutes before diminshing.
4.8
Loved being so close to the Visitor Center and Park entrance. Room was nicely appointed and clean. Sheets didn't fit bunkbeds, had to borrow a set from the room our parents were using. Hot water was erratic, and water heater seemed to be malfunctioning or undersized. Thank goodness we brought our own hotpot.
4.8
Great location but place is otherwise just ok.
4.8
The location is amazing and it offers a great deal of space and amenities. Being able to do laundry at that point in our trip was Amazing! We walked into Zion every day. There are a few things holding it back though.
1. The bathroom needs some updating.
2. General paint touchup, hole patching, updated furniture, etc.
3. Surrounding property maintenance. The parking spots were covered in mud, the back stairs need painting and maybe even to be rebuilt.
4. Smell. We fully expected it to smell like a Subway, but we’re bothered by the strong Febreeze smell on arrival that the owners used to cover it up. I STRONGLY suggest installing an HRV in each of the units and hallway to clear that up rather than trying to cover it up.
4. Just some better cleaning… we found a dead roach on arrival.
5. Parking lot security. We happened to see someone peering in the windows of our car and they got aggressive with us when asked what they were doing. I called the PD and left a report. The parking lot was almost completely empty at the time and they chose to park in the muddy appt #2 spot and then went to Subway. There was a lot that didn’t add up. I suspect he was scoping out cars at the far end of town. The dispatcher I spoke with said that is a common issue for the town.

The stay was great! There were some minor issues with finding the entrance to the unit and water temp regulation, but we sorted those things out. Parking around the area is at a premium, so having the spot was necessary. One car parked in the spot illegally and was an inconvenience after a long, hot day away, but the property manager was able to deal with it within an hour or so of notifying him. Place had plenty of A/C and great views. Walkable to shops, gear rental and the Park shuttle pickup, so that was HUGE! Short drive to great restaurants and cafes. We had a fantastic time!
4.8
Great location and place, was bit hard to fund where the entrance and parking spot was as arrived when dark but fund the door tucked away by the subway entrance and was able to figure out which room we had.
4.8
Really enjoyed the apartment. Can't beat the location, less than 5min walk to the park and the shuttle buses.
4.8
Our family enjoy staying in this wonderful property. Jack is really helpful host, and this property just across street from Zion. Btw, this property is same building as Subway, don’t afraid, you not go to the wrong place, lol.

Great location!
Our family of 6 stayed there and it was very comfortable. We loved having the national park right across the street!

Great apartment close to Zion NP entrance
This is a great apartment in Springdale. One of the closest places to stay when going to Zion National Park. Top bunk bed is best for a smaller person due to ceiling slant but my 11 year old managed. Nice brewpub across the street.
