In the magical setting of Grottaferrata (Roman Castles), a few steps from Rome, is located this romantic cottage, a little piece of paradise surrounded by an hectar of green, between olive trees and suggestive cypresses. It is an intimate, special, welcoming place, where couples or families can spend unforgettable moments. The pretty cottage of 62 square meters is composed by two romantic bedrooms, a sunny kitchen, a welcoming living room, a private bathroom with bathtub. When you enter this cottage there's a comfortable living room with a big sofa and antique forniture, in front of this space there's a romantic bedroom decorated with blue floral patterns. To the left of living room there's a bathroom with bathtub and washing machine. Then, on the other side there's a big kitchen with dining table decorated in country style. Finally, to the right there's the second bedroom decoreted in orange color wih imagines of mountain and sea sunset. Outside the cottage there are more than 11.000 meters square of garden composed by a rocket garden in front of the house, a panoramic terrace, a principal garden with footbal field, a typical street in roman style which take to a delicious square, near it there's a vast expanse of park with fruit trees and an old woodshed and a little private church. A minute's walk from the location there are a Bar and a supermarket and two tipical and delicious italian restaurant. The position where is located this cottage is strategic for start you Rome's tour and visit Romans Castles towns. The breakfast is included and will be served into the cottage or in the surrounding garden. Outside the Cottage, outdoor furniture where you can relax while enjoying the wonderful view. What a beautiful stay

Our host kept us informed from start to finish and made sure everything we needed was available to us. The house was immaculate and gorgeous. Our host ensured we knew where to find local eateries and gave us recommendations on things to see and do. He ensured we were taken care of. We would definitely come and stay again.

Without doubt the best accommodation of our holiday in italy, cottage spacious, clean and very nice as the owner always ready to answer to our requests. The connection with Rome center is very easy, you can leave the car at Frascatti station and in 30 minutes you get the city, the owner gave us even the option of the metro but trying the both we preferred the first. If we come back in Italy we surely return to Alessandros house.

We loved so much our days at Alessandro's house. The apartment is located into an ancient villa of the past century with a neverending garden, the owner is a special guy, always with the smile and ready to help you in each need you can feel. The price is fair and get Rome center is very easy with the train from Frascati.

Une entrée grandiose, un parc romain, une petite maison de Hansel une Gretel, un petit coin absolument charmant! Alessandro est dune gentillesse et dune disponibilité à nulle pareille. Les lits sont faits quotidiennement et même si une tasse se trouve encore dans lévier, elle est nettoyé, nous navons jamais été gâtés de la sorte. Grottaferrata est une excellente base pour visiter les environs sud de Rome; Ostia Antica regorge de trésors, Castel Gandolfo sur le lac ou la Villa Adriana à Tivoli pour nen citer que quelques uns. Et puis le soir retour dedans ce merveilleux jardin entre les oliviers et les cyprès pour déguster un petit vin local, cest ça les vacances. Merci Alessandro davoir contribué à notre superbe séjour.

What a Find !

What a Find !

For first I wanna say thanks to Allessandro to make our stay perfect (daily cleaning, useful tips and cordiality). We are a couple with 2 children of 8 and 12yo, so we had the exigence of an outside space to scoop out the vivacity of them. This Place has been a revelation with it space but especially for the basketball and soccer court. The Apt inside is furnished and keep clean eveyday. Thanks again..

Me and my wife had an amazing stay in this cozy cottage. The price for a week is very reasonable compared with other solution in the center of the city, we loved each corner of the garden too and the beautiful view up the hill. The owner is very helpful to give you any advice about the towns that deserves a visit and about the best way to reach Rome.

Strategic base

We were looking for an apartment close to the airport but no too much far from Rome. It was a right decision, in 30 minutes you can reach the city from Frascati station and 15 minutes far there is the airport. Our getaway was perfect, the owner a pleasant person and the house equipped with everything you need. Very handy the remote control gate that allows to leave and come back at any time. Thanks

Amazing, relaxing, romantic cottage outside Rome

We absolutely loved staying here, it was exactly what we needed. The cottage is gorgeous and the whole property smelled like jasmine. The cottage is very livable -- enough room and amenities to feel like home instead of a cramped apartment. We could have stayed here a lot longer, that is for sure. We brought our 4.5 year old and our 1.5 year old and they both loved it. My four year old literally thanked me for booking a place with such a nice play area. I cannot say enough nice things about this apartment. The kitchen is big enough to cook, the rooms are comfortable and well furnished. My only complaint is that it is along a busy road, but that didn't bother us too much. Alessandro was extremely accommodating and made us feel right at home. I would suggest renting a car and a GPS. There are lots of fun day trips nearby -- we loved Tivoli (specifically the Villa d'Este), Ostia Antica, and the lake by Castle Gandolfo were all wonderful and the kids enjoyed them all. We spent one day in Rome, which was also nice and not too hard to navigate from the cottage. Thanks a million!

Great value for money

Great value for money

We had 4 fabulous nights in this villa, our boys will never forget the endless football matches in the garden (and we also). Perfect for travelers that come from Ciampino airport and need an accomodation not too far from it, it is just 10 minutes far. The cleaning is perfect and the breakfast with packaged foods is very useful even as a snack considering the numerous things that the owner left us in the kitchen for the day after. A real paradise.

Fin dal momento dell'arrivo io e mio marito siamo rimasti colpiti sia dall'accoglienza che dal posto e ci siamo subito sentiti come a casa. Dal giorno dopo infatti abbiamo riempito dei vasi con dei fiori stupendi e profumati che abbiamo trovato nel giardino e li abbiamo sparsi per la casa, perchè la sentivamo nostra e ci piaceva mantenerla immacolata come l'abbiamo trovata. Riguardo il resto: la pulizia giornaliera è accurata e ben fatta, la colazione è confezionata ma questo già lo sapevamo quando la scegliemmo e il giardino e la vista sono stupendi. Ci mancherà e speriamo un giorno di tornarci qualora dovessimo ricapitare da quelle parti.

Un logement très bien entretenu, agréable, tranquille et chaleureux. Les photos reflète l'apparence et les équipements de la location. Un cottage indépendant avec sa propre grille de sortie et d'entrée dans la propriété du propriétaire. Emplacement tranquille et à quelques minutes de la station de métro A terminus Anagnina pour se rendre au centre de Rome, en plus il y a un grand parking pour laisser son véhicule, 1.50 euros la journée. Propriétaire disponible si besoin et très discret, laisse à disposition un espace extérieur de jeux pour les enfants en face de sa propriété.
