Lands End is one of the most unique properties in Gulf Shores! Located in the heart of the city and sitting on over 1 acre of land, the list of amenities is the stuff dream vacations are made of... The front yard consists of a brand new sports court for Basketball, Pickleball, Volleyball, and enough parking for 10 vehicles... The backyard has its own private heated pool with built-in hot tub, layout chairs, outdoor covered tiki hut with big table and grill, also a boat dock on the lagoon, fish cleaning station with water and electric, fish bragging board, and oh yeah forgot to mention its own private beach with palm trees, hammocks and FIRE PIT! The outdoor hangout space is truly impressive.
Perfectly located just 1 mile West of the famous HWY 59 and within walking distance to the City Centre, Land's End Private Estate is the ultimate large group, beach vacation headquarters! Perfect for family reunions, traveling sports teams, corporate groups, church retreats, and multi-family getaways! We are nestled right on the tip of the 2,480 acre saltwater lagoon, next to Pier 33 and behind Ikes Beach Service with great public access to the famous white sandy beach and the Gulf of Mexico right across the street with a crosswalk. We have plenty of parking for all your vehicles, and even your boats too!

At the beach directly across the street we look for shells and sand dollars on our early
morning walks. We also catch a lot of whiting, pompano, redfish and flounder for dinner right off the beach while the kids play in the sand, ride the waves, and the ladies soak up the sun.
Cleaning fish is a breeze at Lands End because we have a covered fish cleaning station with running water, electric and even our own fish hanging bragging board for awesome fish pics! The fishing is incredible!

The little lagoon has great flounder, speckle trout, and redfish fishing. Especially fish the lagoon lighted docks at night! Or on a calm day head out the lagoon pass to the entire Gulf of Mexico and its many oil rigs within eyesight of the pass!

It's just 1/4 mile walk and you can access from the street or the beach! For a great lunch at a tremendous value, head over to King Neptunes.
Gulf Coast Zoo is the "little zoo that could"... Our kids love visiting the zoo just 1.75 miles from Lands End! Lots of animals to interact with and feed!

The beach is a few minutes walk to public access point. Large backyard with pool. Volleyball Court. Spacious and comfortable.
5.0 / 5.0
The house was very clean. It is actually 3 condos that are joined together. Each condo has a separate living room and kitchen. There are doors between each condo that we left up open the whole time. We had 12 kids and 10 adults. The age range was 4 years old up to 68 years old. There was plenty of room for everyone. The walk to the public beach was only one block. We will definitely stay here again in the future!

We had 32 family member ranging in age form 18 months to 69 years. It was a short walk to the beach and everyone enjoyed the pool. The three units were great, the 20 somethings had one of the units and we never heard them coming in late at night. It was walkable for them to walk to lots of restaurants and the Hangout.
Ample of everything for us to cook most meals in and lots of parking.

PROS:
This property is actually 3 townhomes that have a lock off. They are spacious and beautiful. 25 family members stayed here with ample room. There are 3 living rooms and 3 FULLY stocked kitchens (right down to cooking spices!). The beach storage room was also a huge plus! No need to bring chairs as there are well over 20. So many beach toys for the littles were also available. Out by the pool included 2 large gas grills and a large black stone.
CONS
There’s only one bedroom on the 1st floor. Just in case you have several elderly family members, they may have to climb additions steps to get to their rooms.
The master bedrooms on back of house stay hotter. They have provided fans, but the rest of the house is cold due to trying to keep those rooms cooler
Beach access is a block down the street. No cut through directly to beach. They do provide wagons to pull your beach supplies making this easier to navigate.

Our week-long family reunion at this beach house was a dream come true for everyone, spanning ages 3 to 71. The three connected units offered the perfect balance of togetherness and privacy. The kitchens were well stocked with dishes, flatware, all types of cookware and appliances. With amenities like a private gaga pit, pickleball court, fire pit, pool, fishing area, and canoes, there was something for everyone. The short walk to the beach was a bonus, and ample parking and beach toys made logistics a breeze. Celebrating a birthday and engagement added to the magic of this perfect space for multiple families to come together and create lasting memories. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a spacious and well-equipped beach retreat.

Great stay! There were 23 of us and there was plenty of room. The house was updated nicely and the beds were comfortable.
We used the basketball and pickle ball court daily, nice addition. We would stay again.

Book this place for sure if have a large family and wide age ranges. It has it all! We had 30 in our group ages 10 months to 72 and the teens and adults played a lot of volleyball, basketball, pickleball, swam in the pool and of course the beach! House stayed nice and cool and owner replaced a fan broken on arrival.
Kitchen well stocked but just a heads up to maybe even things out between them (ie: spatulas, pans etc) on day one as we didn’t realize how much was over in the other two and would have been eaiser initially. Hard to keep that organized between guests I’m sure.
Lots of fridge space! 4 total! House good condition overall for multiple families in and out all summer. Justin was great as a host too! Would love to stay again.

Super spacious, nicely updated.
Nice pool and access to beach chairs/ toys was a bonus. Justin was prompt in helping with any issues we had.

We had 23 people aged 13-51 in our group. Lands End 2 is divided into 3 sections, but are open and connected. This was great for our large group. Each section has it’s own kitchen and large refrigerator. 3sets of washers/dryers. There is a large refrigerator on the lower level accessible from the pool. Plenty of room for everyone. Beds were all comfortable. It was extremely hot the week we were there, and we were impressed that the cooling system kept up with ease. It’s located a short walk from the public beach access and close to bars/restaurants. Overall had a great experience. The contact person, Justin was excellent. He replied within minutes every time we had a question.

The pictures are a bit outdated. A variety of repairs are needed in the condo. Frig & kitchen lights burnt out. Beds broken, shower heads falling out of wall. The condo could use a bit of TLC to get it up to par. The pool cleaners need to clean the walls, heard twice the sprayer was broken & would be back. The outdoor bathroom was not cleaned prior to our move in & was a disaster.
We made the best of it. As rental owners, we get things happen.
Tons of dishes, pots & pans. The Laundy areas were great & convenient Many toys & chairs in the closet to use during the stay! The property owners were great to communicate with & fast to respond.

It was amazing! We had 18 in our group for this stay. A mix of Family friends and business partners. The place was amazing! Will definitely stay here again. It offered so much that we didn’t really have to leave the property. No one felt like they were on top of each other. It was awesome!! Thank you for creating such an amazing place

Overall we had a great time. We enjoyed playing pickleball, tennis and basketball. The cornhole was good but the bags need replaced as they’re really dusty when you throw them. The kayaks were fun but there was one paddle missing. The pool was great and the hot tub was ok but there was hardly any force coming out of the returns and they had no adjustment. It had a bad dirt ring around the top. I was told before renting there were three bikes available. There were none. We also had no needle to blow up the balls. I reported the one bathroom lock was broken and you couldn’t lock it and one closet bi-fold door was falling off. No one came to repair these problems. We all wish there were light blocking curtains in the bedrooms. The lack of bathrooms in two of the upper bedrooms was an inconvenience with 25 people but we managed to share! Keep in mind that the three units are connected on the first floor only. If you want to go from unit 1 third floor to unit 3 third floor, it’s a bit of a walk!
The most disappointing thing was the house had roaches. We stopped counting after day 2 and we’d killed ten. Some were lying upside down so maybe the units had been treated but it was gross! There were a few other things like screws loose on the stair bannister. The house needs a little attention. We had strangers come play on the tennis courts since there’s no way to lock it. We also had strangers swimming in the pool one night which again can’t be locked.

This house was the absolute perfect size and location for our family! We didn’t want to leave! It had everything you need to cook and has lots of space to spread out and relax for a large extended family with multiple ages.

Lands End was perfect for our large group. We all enjoyed the pickle ball, basketball court along with the warm pool. Jet less hot tub was disappointing but we survived. The location was ideal for the beach, shopping and eating out! We will definitely return one day! 😊

This is such a great place with so many fun things to do right at the property. It is also a great location for all of Gulf Shore’s food and activities! Our family of 25 found the accommodations perfect for the ability for a great time, gather together, and have enough space for privacy if needed.
5.0 / 5.0
We had a reunion of six families, half from AL and half from Colorado. The best of this property is the three living areas and kitchens! We had a group with 7 children under the age of 5. So having a place to separate the kids was ideal. The upper floors are cool and quiet for naps. Three kitchens was ideal as well. One of the families has special dietary needs so we designated one of the kitchens to them.
The pool is big and the storage closet has PLENTY of pool toys, floats, and lounge chairs! The pool was big enough to accommodate all of us! The safety of the pool is excellent as it cannot be accessed without an adult.
The beach is so close. We didn't walk to the beach but took all of our group and beach accessories to the public beach access which has parking very close to the sand! It was just a short walk along a boardwalk to the beach.. There is a public restroom there as well.
The storage closet at Lands End has sooooo many chairs and umbrellas and floats and inflatable boats. No need to buy or bring anything!
The kitchens are well appointed with big griddles/grills, big pots for crab or spaghetti, blenders, coffee makers, non stick pans. We had a crab boil and the middle townhome has a very long table. We covered the table with paper and had a throw down of crab, shrimp, potatoes and corn. I highly recommend Gulf Shores Seafood fish market. She, I wish I remembered her name, gave us two pounds of crab because they mistook our order!!
We brought our 24 ft tritoon down. The boat dock has plenty of room and tie offs. The water in Little Lagoon is very shallow but we had no problem navigating with a depth guide.
This place is so close to everything. It is just a short drive to Walmart, souvenir shops, restaurants(Sea and Suds). We hope to choose this venue yearly for our reunion!!
Communication with the owner was so good. She tolerated my endless questions with grace. I'm giving her a big shout out of gratitude.
I don't have a single bad experience to share.

Nice property with lots of bedrooms and bathrooms. Was great for a lot of people as 3 kitchens came in handy. You will need to remember the basics-paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher detergent, toilet paper, even salt and pepper. They provide one of each to get you started but absolutely no spices whatsoever. Wasn’t prepared for this but made a run and stocked up on things we could have brought from home. The place could use some repair and painting on outside. Some rooms were much hotter than others but tried to manage this trip through adjusting the vents. We had a nice time and none of the above would keep me from staying again. Place is as described just doesn’t state to bring necessities.

From the location to the layout of the house, this is the perfect place to bring family / friends. We have a “framily” vacay every year and this is our go to! Highly recommend!

Great house
This is a great property to stay! The kitchen is fully stocked with anything you could possibly need to make food. There is a ton of room for large groups, and the outside is wonderful. The host was very accommodating and easy to work with. I would recommend this house 100%. Most of it is recently updated as well. New appliances , clean kitchen and bathrooms

We would stay again
Once you wrap your head around that this is 3 townhouses in 1, you realize how perfect it is. We went with 26 people, ages 8 weeks - 80 years old. The house was very clean and had updated kitchens and bathrooms. Having three full kitchens (3 pantries, 3 dishwashers, 3 fridges, 3 ovens) to feed that many people worked great. There is plenty of dishes and pots and pans too! We took advantage of the basketball court which converts to volleyball or tennis/pickle ball. We ate s’mores by the fire pit and someone was always fishing (and catching). There is a fridge (in the storage closet) and a bathroom on ground level which is nice while at the pool so you don’t have to go upstairs. There are a lot of stairs in this place, but all the homes in the area are on stilts so I don’t think you can avoid it. This home has one bedroom on the first level (still have some stairs to get to it)which worked perfect for our 80 year old parents. The house has plenty of bedrooms/beds and bathrooms. It also has 3 washer/dryers, once again perfect when you travel with small kids or messy adults. You can walk to ice cream, pizza or a restaurant or two and some shopping. Walmart and Publix were close driving distance for food shopping. All in all we had a great time in the perfect house for us!

Exceeded all our expectations
Excellent stay! No question we would stay here again!
We stayed here for a family reunion and are a large group with many different needs. Lands End exceeded our expectations. Everything was supplied at the house. We were blown away with the fully stocked kitchens! Most places advertise as fully stocked but are missing a lot of things for daily cooking. Not here! They had not one, but two working crockpots, an instant pot, many coffee pots, hand mixers, baking dishes, more than enough cutlery and utensils, etc. We even designated the three kitchens: breakfast, lunch, and dinner so everyone knew what was available and when. The amount of extra beach chairs, toys, floats, etc was perfect for us to use.
The layout of the house was great for our multigenerational group to have loud spaces for games and watching sports and quiet areas for reading and puzzle time without feeling like we were far from each other. We all slept comfortably and our baby’s naptimes were not disturbed due to the layout of the home.
Everything was clean! and well kept. The pictures and descriptions were as expected except one room. However that one room ended up being better than the picture with a triple twin bunk, extra twin and king bed instead of the twin bunk and king bed that is pictured.
The host was quick with replies and gave extra phone numbers if needed but we had no need to use them.

Family Vacation
The property was large enough to provide adequate space for our group of 21 of various ages. Wish the beach could have been just a little closer for my mother, grandmother, great-grandmother legs lol. The weather was very hot and humid so the beautiful pool was very much appreciated. The house was well stocked with just about anything we needed. The only negative comment I would make is the cleaning crew could definitely clean under the sofas. It would definitely not be handicapped accessible. Overall it was a very enjoyable week for this family whose members came from Ohio, Indiana and Florida.

Perfection!
Everything about this property was perfect for our group! Plenty of space, comfortable beds in every room, outside activity space was amazing great location! Wifi and TV was out most of the time we were there due to storms the prior week but the home made it easy for every age to enjoy the house sans electronic entertainment. The owner was nice and easy to work with. We had a fantastic time!

Fantastic property for multi-family getaways
The property is a fantastic way to spend a week or longer! There are three separate houses joined int he living rooms with 3-4 bedrooms each, well furnished kitchens, laundry rooms and of course so many fun activities outside in great condition. Was really nice having everyone together for meals outside at the covered dining table. Absolutely fantastic location and our hosts were very responsive to our questions! Couldn't recommend more!!!

Great overall stay
We had a very nice stay for the week over spring break. 6 adults, 6 kids ages 4-7. The listing is pretty accurate, it’s in good shape and comes as advertised. Host is responsive and had no issues with our stay. Highly recommend for large groups. Kids and adults enjoyed the pool/hot tub and beach access was very close. Thanks again!

Definitely worth a repeat
The property was just perfect for our group!! The only issue we had was not exactly knowing how to get to the deeded access…….. someone from the turquoise condo set us straight very quickly when we “set up camp” in the wrong area 😁. The owners have thought of everything in this house. Truly a wonderful experience while we celebrated my husbands 50th birthday!!!! We intend to visit again!
Thank you!!!

27 people, multi generational trip!
House was great for 7 different families coming together for a week in Gulf Shores. Our first vacation to Alabama and it was wonderful. Upper rooms were definitely warmer. But the space and multiple loving areas and kitchen were amazing for so many people. Pool/ dock/ beach area were all superb. Many thanks. We will be back :)

Great for large families
The Landing was as it was described. Plenty of room for our large group. Great having 3 kitchens and 3 living areas. The multi use court area was great. We played many hours on the court. The pool was awesome when you did not want to make the short walk to the beach. Beds were comfortable. We would of loved to book for the next year but it was already taken. We did have an issue with the hot water in one unit that did not get up and running until 5 days into our trip. Thank goodness for the other units. The hot tub had a issue but that was not bad since it was so hot. The owners where very responsive to our issues.
Thank you for letting us make family memories that will last a life time.

Best secret on the island
We’ve rented on the beach before and never had this many amenities provided and available. This semi-oceanfront property offers everything you could want. We had 3 families with friends and didnt realize this place used to be 3 townhouse units that have now been converted to one big shared. So it has 3 kitchens and offers privacy as 3 units. Outdoor activities galore from basketball, to fishing, to relaxing by the pool. Full closet full of beach gear, fishing poles and tackle, balls, beach chairs, and the list goes on.
Lastly, location!! The convenience of Pier 33, Ike’s rentals, 1 mile west of gulf shores parkway. The location is perfect. In the evening, the big condo building across the street offers much needed shade to the beach after long days in the hot sun. This house is tops on our list and worked perfectly for our 3 different families! How it provides so much versatility and options makes this a great choice for large active groups. Wow-I almost forgot the east facing balconies for sunsets-priceless! GREAT HOUSE, GREAT LOCATION!!! Lands End was incredible and we will be back for sure!

Amazing week!
Lands End was an awesome place for our extended family of 27. From ages 85 down to 3, every person had a great time. The 3 kitchens worked out so well. A private pool and a private basketball/volleyball/pickleball court were taken advantage of every day. The kids also loved the sand play area in the back by the canal. I highly recommend Lands End!

Reunion at the Beach
This property has something for everyone. Lots of space inside and out, 3 kitchens, 3 living rooms.. ours became the Golden Girls, Sports center and the All nighters. LOL The fishermen had great fishing, all ages loved the pool, kids loved the courts. Beach walk was a bit of challenge for the littles and elderly. Appreciated the generosity of allowing us to use the beach toys and chairs. There were a few repairs that need to be made, as with any property. Our only real issue was the 3rd floor rooms were too hot. Maybe provide more fans for when the AC cannot keep up to the weather.

Family reunion
Every other year we try to find a large house for large family. This property was fantastic fir our large group with the fun and safe outdoor space.
2.5 / 5.0
The property was in a great location, it was very windy during our stay so we couldn't spend much time at the beach so having the sand area and pool to swim in was perfect for the smaller kids. You could walk to so many stores and restaurants which was nice as traffic can be pretty heavy in the area. You can tell the house used to be 3 units as they are only connected on the main floor so you cannot travel from section to section on any floor besides the main floor which is actually nice for groups that might be looking to breakout for some privacy. I personally had a third room floor for part of the stay and my legs are now probably in the best shape of my life due to all the stairs, I would not recommend this house for someone who has difficulty with stairs. My favorite thing was that from the 3rd floor balcony you could see the gulf and the lagoon. My husband loved sitting by the creek and fishing.
