Here you can expect, in 2015 completely newly built and 137 square meters, holiday home for a maximum of 6 people. The holiday home has a hallway, a living / dining room with a modern fireplace and an open kitchen, which harmoniously adjoins. You will also find three separate bedrooms, a bathroom, a separate guest toilet, and a sauna area with an open shower. Furthermore, you have a relaxation room with direct sea view. In addition, the living room is adjoined by a large south / east facing terrace, surrounded by a dune landscape, overlooking the marina marina.
On the ground floor is a spacious hallway, as well as the living room with a cozy living area, Internet-enabled flat screen TV, DVD player, stereo system and a cozy dining table. In the adjacent, open kitchen, which is equipped with the most modern appliances (induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee and espresso machine), you should not miss anything. On the ground floor there is also a utility room with storage facilities. There is also a guest toilet and the sauna area, with another floor-level shower and direct sea view.
From the living room you reach the large, furnished terrace (sofa, sun loungers, barbecue) with stunning views of the dunes and the Marina marina. Sun from noon to sunset, completes this beautiful holiday home in a quiet and first beach location, adjacent to the nature reserve (peninsula grasswader) from. After a relaxing day, with a glass of wine or after the sauna, enjoy the evening sun on the terrace.
Three separate bedrooms are upstairs and sleep up to six people. Two bedrooms have a double box spring bed (180 cm x 200 cm) and one Internet-compatible flat screen TV. The third bedroom has two single beds and also has a flat screen TV. The master bedroom also offers beautiful sea views, which you can also enjoy from your separate balcony. The two other bedrooms, equipped with panoramic windows, allow you to enjoy the view of the dunes and marina marina. The upstairs holiday home also has a hallway with desk, a large bathroom with walk-in shower and large vanity. In addition, there is also adjacent there a waxing machine with integrated dryer.
There is a free internet connection throughout the holiday home.
This holiday home in Heiligenhafen is uniquely equipped and quiet, right on the beach. It borders the nature reserve peninsula Graswarder. A bakery is just 150 meters away (bread service is offered). The center, with its small, original lanes, shops and the fishing port, joins the marina. It is a non-smoking cottage, a dog is welcome on request.
