The House
The thatched-roof holiday house is located in the quiet location of an exclusive holiday village - just a minute's walk from the beach. With two modern bathrooms, three bright bedrooms and the possibility of two sofa-beds, it offers enough and comfortable space for holidays with families and friends. A light-flooded room with kitchen and dining room invites with its generous table to delicious meals. The separate living room offers cosiness and a view of the lake, with the option of another sofa bed.

The house impresses with its stylish and comfortable equipment. Wi-Fi for high speed internet access is available.

The house is surrounded by dune grass and two sunny wooden terraces add directly to dining and living room. A car parking space is right at the house.

In autumn and winter the fireplace and the sauna offer a wonderful, cozy atmosphere and the nearby beach invites to relaxing walks.

The environment
With the Graswarder borders a paradisiacal nature reserve directly to the beach resort and can be explored with walks.

In addition to the beach and the marina is within walking distance in a minute to reach and invites you to stroll. A spacious playground is also nearby. Heiligenhafen with its alleys, restaurants and leisure facilities is just a 10-minute walk away.

The House

The single house is very tastefully and comfortable. WLAN for highspeed internet is available.

The vacation house is surrounded by a dune garden and has two sunny terraces. One is from the kitchen / dining room and one from the living room. A space for one to two vehicles is available directly in front of the house.

In autumn and winter the oven and the sauna create a lovely, comfortable ambience. The beach and the sea, which is very close to the house, invites for having nice walks.


The neighborhood

The vacation resort is next to a nature reserve area, which invites you to have a nice walk.

Next to the beach there is a marina with restaurants, bars, shops and a lovely bakery. The city of Heiligenhafen could be located in a 10 minutes walk with its restaurants, the market place and many shops.

The rental office is very close to the house, so you can reach your contact person.

Activities

The neighborhood offers lots of activities like walking, sailing, relaxing, riding a bicycle, surfing, kyte surfing, to go fishing, rent a boat, etc.
