We have a private pool, hot tub, large boat dock and a two car garage. There are two large concrete decks (2000 sq feet) of which overlook the lake with beautiful views. Our home includes a private concrete walk to the lake leading to a private pier and floating dock. All on this serene deep water cove. We have a paddle boat available for exploring the beautiful sights and wildlife. Feel free to bring your own boat or rent one from the many rental agencies in our area. Keep your boat tied to our floating dock and take a 15 minute ride to Papa Docs for Lunch, Dinner or drinks on their great outdoor dock. Enjoy the lakefront fire pit with comfortable seating. For events or weddings, an event fee is charged with a 4 night minimum stay for 10 to 20 people is mandatory, see prices above. Property can accommodate maximum of 80 attendees. Owners will be present to assist with the event. Event fee is $1,000 for up to 50 people, $1,500 for up to 80 people. Other services available for event (food, chairs, tent rentals, etc).
