Excelente!

O quarto tem tudo q vc precisa para conseguir economizar com comida. Bem espaçoso e iluminado. Silencioso. 20min a pé do centro e da estação de trem. Um supermercado Carrefour do lado da casa. Voltaria várias vezes. Os proprietários- q moram na casa durante a sua estadia - são super simpáticos.

O banheiro fica fora do quarto. P.s. tem um gatinho na casa. Não me incomodou, mas pode ser um problema para alguém.

Un rapport qualité prix sans égal à Toulouse. A recommander sans réserves

La chambre est confortable, grande, lumineuse et très bien décorée Zen. Le quartier est calme. Il y a tout pour préparer un thé ou un café. un coin bureau et repas. Nos Hôtes Nicole et Daniel sont très disponibles et prévenants. Le petit déjeuner est excellent et servi à l'heure demandée. Une très bonne adresse à Toulouse pour un rapport qualité prix exceptionnel et rare.

Rien à redire. Il manque un téléviseur dans la chambre et tout serait parfait

Thank you for a great stay!

Had an amazing stay here, the hosts are very welcoming and are happy to help with anything. Would highly encourage booking this place! I would definitely book here again should I come back to Toulouse. Location is great, only 20 minutes walk to the center and 20 minutes to the main train station. There is a supermarket right across the road which was very convenient. The room and amenities were great - provided us with a fan, plates, cutlery, kettle, tea/coffee and even a microwave! Very spacious with modern decor and lots of daylight coming in through the windows and a comfortable bed. The hosts also offer breakfast for a small fee. The area is nice and quiet at night time - no disruptions at all. Very reasonably priced, good value for money.

The toilet is separate from the room, but this wasn't a huge deal as it is kept private for guests only and there is at least a shower in the room. The WiFi sometimes disconnects but again, not a big deal - at least they provide WiFi :) It would be nice to have a personal mini fridge in the room, but the hosts offer space from their own fridge if needed.

Superb

Lovely home with two wonderful hosts. Nicely furnished room with a comfortable bed. Fantastic location, walking distance to the old town, station and other public transport. Close to supermarket and restaurants.

Pleasant

The location was pretty good. My room was spacious, nicely decorated and comfortable. I liked having a microwave, kettle and the little cakes they provided.

The room was comfortable but it didn't have a TV. There was a shower and a sink but the toilet was external although private. Tea and sugar was provided next to the kettle but no coffee or milks. Also they turned the heat off at 11pm which was a little early considering the weather.

Amazing room with very welcoming hosts

Amazing room, newly renovated in a very beautiful house, big bed, bay window with a breakfast nook. The hosts were amazing and so was breakfast. Free parking on the streets nearby, short walk to city center.

Worth it.

Finally a pleasant accommodation after long time. Amazing host. Calm environment. Kettle, microwave, soft bed. Clean & comfortable room. Only 20 minutes long walk from Main Station. Great price.

During summer you might miss air condition or fridge. Also, the toilet is not connected with the room. Perhaps, the room contains the shower and sink.

Very great accommodation, great atmosphere, very familiar and welcoming, very satisfied with cleanliness, comfort etc, hostess very very friendly.

the way to the centre is about 20-30 min by foot and also a bit uphill, unfortunately there is no good bus connection to the centre and also no metro from the accommodation to the centre, on foot but still easily accessible

Beautiful, sunlit room with courteous hosts and not all that far from La gare

The room they had rented out to me was absolutely gorgeous. Beautiful large windows to let in the sunlight, a very comfortable bed with a cozy duvet, and a shower and sink attached to the room which chic and functional. The location was also great for me... not too far from La Gare and close enough to see everything I wanted. I believe I walked by both the Moroccan and Portuguese consulates located in Toulouse.. so it is not a bad area. Daniel, the host, was super courteous.

Bed is so cozy that I slept like a baby... close to the train & bus station, as well as the city centre. Room is well equipped with all modern amenities. Host was super friendly & responsive.

Noisy neighborhood in the morning, bad broadband.

A suggestion: hosts offered us some space in their refrigerator. A small refrigerator in the room would be a great addition.

Very pleasant and good value for money.

Location was good, 20 minutes or so walk from the city centre and close to the Midi Canal. The hosts were exceptionally charming and friendly, as well as being very helpful. Local shops nearby for basics.

Noise from local building works (hopefully temporary) and some problems sometimes finding a nearby parking space as the house is on the edge of the Toulouse free parking zone. This is only a problem if you have a car.
