Awesome stay

Location was really good, all sightseeing places are a short walk away and being in middle of centre, all important food joints/ eateries/ bars and pubs are really close by and you have multiple options to chose from.

Shower head in bathroom.

Molto buono

Struttura in una posizione davvero ottima, a pochi passi dai principali punti di interesse. La nostra camera, nonostante si affacciasse sulla strada e fosse al piano terra, era davvero molto silenziosa. Pulizia della stanza buona. Personale gentile e disponibile (sono stati celeri a portarci due asciugamani in più visto che al momento del check in ne veniva servita solo una a testa).

Città molto vivibile e centro super pedonale.

Ottima posizione per uscire ed essere subito in centro storico e con tutti i servizi e negozi, mercato e ristoranti a disposizione che offre Lubiana (Top per posizione). Per il parcheggio però serve usufruire del PArcheggi Pubblici , in quaindo di fronte all'appartemanto è praticamente zopna pedonale.

Excellent room in the city center

Location is excellent. Room is clean, quite and comfortable and has good heating. It has fast Internet (200/100 Mbit/s). The host is very nice.

If your come by car, you have to find a parking yourself and it's a big hassle. It's difficult to find an empty space, in some streets you're allowed to stay only for a few hours and it's quite expensive. Nearby parking lots charge 2€/h even by night. We found parking garage 1km away for a reasonable price (parkirna hiža Kozolec). Also, regarding bathroom, one minor issue was the shower. It is fixed on the wall above your head, there is no hose, so it's not very practical.

The room is comfortable and clean. The receptionist is very kind and helpful. The location is near to the main attractions.

Perfect place to stay to enjoy charm of Ljubljana

Clean, bright exceptional location and engaging staff. Comfortable and no fuss lay out. Wonderful location. Shower power tremendous

Bath towel a bit small. But if that is biggest complaint then all is good.

Location perfect at the riverside in a street with no cars. Still newly renovated, wich means a bit bare yet (like not so much atmosphere)

Generally the room is okay. But there a few important points that ruin the impression. - The room was very very small. We couldn't move there together at the same time (2 persons) - There's no wardrobe or shelf in the room - we had to store our stuff on the table (with teapot and glasses) or on the windowsill - Moreover, there's no single shelf in the bathroom. The shower also is not equipped. We had our shampoo and other toiletries (we brought ours - there was nothing but soap) on the floor and use them from there. -There was mildly smell on the ground floor. - The luggage storage is actually a cage with a mountain of bags. It doesn't look safe at all, the staff doesn't care about it and they absolved themselves of responsibility for it. When we came to take our bags back in a couple of hours, we had to "dig" them from the deep among other bags. I definitely wouldn't choose this place again.

Rooms basic but clean, bathroom tiles on floor very badly cracked and in need of urgent attention. Building work going on at present. Good location.

Very good

The apartment and the receptionist were good. The location is just perfect. You will stay right near one of the main attractions - Dragon Bridge, and all others are reachable in 5-10 minutes. You can also order breakfast and rent a bike near.

The only thing the single room with a castle view lacks in summer is air conditioning.

excellent location 10min from main bus and train stations and on the doorsteps of Ljubljana’s major attractions, helpful luggage storage, room was modern, came with kettle, fridge and tea, we had a quiet room facing away from the street

room was quite small, towels had very obvious stains, there’s no air-conditioning so can imagine it gets quite hot in summer

Nice place, just what I wanted - good value for money - close to everything.

The place was very nice - recently renovated house - it really met my expectations - and very centrally located. I could easily walk to the Castle. Would also recommend "Burger time" very close to Cha Cha - great burgers and good service - many other restaurants, train station, bus station very close. Do not take the local airport bus - it stops everywhere and takes over an hour.

Exceptional

As first, the property is located at the best spot in the city of Ljubljana with an amazing view. The stuff guys are so friendly always willing to help. Such a cozy place! :)))

Great room for good money

The location was perfect, 5 mins from the old city center. The room was warm and everything was very clean.

The shower head wasn't clean. Therefore, water was splashing all over the place. It was a nightmare to have a proper shower. The bed was a bit small for two of us, but it wasn't critical.

The best location :) Great view for castle and really in the center. Promenade has few options for breakfast or 2 shops near by. :)

More hangers I would need. That s all :)

Nice rooms in great location

Amazing central location, on riverbank within old town, just at the end of the dragon bridge with views up to the castle. Fairly basic but all very clean and comfortable.

Check-out time of 10am felt a little early, but free luggage storage and super central location meant it was fine to leave bags and come back later.

The flat is really nice and is right in the city centre. The lady is kind and helpful.

I would only recommend putting a sign outside the Gate, because it would make it easier to find the facility.
