Great for a romantic getaway, this Beautiful One Bedroom Beachfront End Unit does nothing but amaze anyone who stays here. Wake up early, walk out onto the wrap around lanai and see in front of you the dramatic pinks, oranges and yellows of the sunrise. Next stroll down to the secluded beach, take a jump in the cool, calm waters of the Pacific Ocean, then lay out in the soft white sand and soak in the brilliant Hawaiian Sun. If you're hungry and don't feel like cooking, take a ride up the road to the world famous Turtle Bay Resot for a nice lunch or dinner. If you feel like taking it easy, our 47 Inch LCD Flat Screen will immerse you in whatever you're watching. We also provide Hawaiian Telcom HD cable. Punaluu is a small beach town that takes you away from all the hustle and bustle of Waikiki, but keeps you close enough to all the activities, hot spots and tourist attractions. Included in the unit is a full kitchen, including black galaxy granite countertops, maple cabinets, GE Profile Appliances including: a hand touch cooktop, double wide refrigerator w/ bottom freezer, New Advantium Micro/Oven for fast cooking with the quality of oven preparation, a traditional oven & also a dishwasher. The kitchen is full stocked with everything from pots to pans, to dishes and even wine glasses! We have Towels & Bed Linens along with Soaps for you to use. We loved staying in this beautiful condo on the 8th floor (the penthouse)with its awesome views of the sea and mountains. All the amenities are above and beyond! The Tommy Bahama beach chairs are really nice and there is a ton of snorkeling equipment in the boxes on the lanai. The construction noise was minimal. There are grocery and drug stores close by. We enjoyed driving to the North Shore and Hale'iwa several times to shop, whale watch (boat trip), and watch nearby surfing. The complex is a bit unsightly for now due to construction but that didn't affect our stay at all.-the beach area is lovely-family and friend groups were all enjoying themselves. There is a security presence 24/7 and no one can get on the elevator without a special key fob. We would definitely stay here again if we return to Oahu.

This place was everything we could have wanted. The view when we walked into the condo was breathtaking. Beautiful ocean and palm trees out front. Lush green Mountain View out the other set of patio doors. When opening the lanai doors we were treated to a cooling tropical breeze. It is truly paradise. If you want to experience a slower pace of island life, this is the place.
The condo itself is beautifully decorated and has everything you need. Kitchen is fully stocked. New beach chairs are provided along with snorkel equipment and even a cooler and beach umbrella to take to the beach. The beach is small but that just adds to charm. The lanai has tables and chairs to sit and enjoy a leisurely breakfast while taking in the ocean view.
While we were here, we heard very little construction noise and we had all the sliding doors open.
Polynesian Cultural Center and Kualoa Ranch are about 10 minutes away.
We would stay here again without question when we visit again.

Great location, clean and convenient. Everything we needed was available for cooking and beach enjoyment. Our only complaint was the air conditioning units weren’t strong enough for the apartment. The bedroom was so hot and the vanity area was 80+ degrees so made it difficult to get ready. But overall we highly recommend it, just need to figure out a better way to cool down the place.

We loved staying here! The pictures don’t do it justice! It was a beautiful location and had everything you could need! The kitchen was well stocked with cooking equipment and utensils. There was beach equipment and scuba gear to use. We were able to see sea turtles right from the lanai and even used the scuba gear to swim with them. Thank you so much for putting such thought, love, and care into your condo. Thank you allowing others to share such a gorgeous place!

Staying at Pat’s at Punalua was a wonderful experience! Our condo was fantastic with an exceptional wraparound lanai view from our 8th floor unit. We had a very beautiful view of the ocean from our balcony, and from the green condo grounds right next to the ocean. Walking straight out to the ocean was absolutely awesome. We had a wonderful beach at our condo complex. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it to anyone!

We loved our stay, both in the unit and on the beach, which is the best part of the location!
As noted in many of the previous reviews, the building is under continuous construction. However, the noise was not as bad as we expected, and still worth our stay, and the crews shut down for the workday well before the normal work hours you expect on the mainland.
The beach, views, and sounds of the waves are breathtaking, and there are very few people there at any given time, making it all the better.
We found that there are at least three honu (sea turtles) that inhabit the reef, and we saw them any time we were in the water. Even when we were on the beach, we could still find them nearby peacefully swimming around.
Being on the 8th floor, and corner unit to boot, you are able to leave the sliders open all night and enjoy the sounds of the waves.
The unit itself was lovely and had everything we needed. We could have used a few wine glasses for toasting for our anniversary, but we made do lol. Damien has a body board, two great beach chairs, an Igloo ice chest, and snorkel gear available, and we donated two rice mats, as well.
It is overall a very peaceful and relaxing place to stay; a must if you want to get away from the hustle and bustle of the regular tourist areas, and want a quiet, semi-private beach to relax on without dealing with crowds.
I definitely recommend choosing to stay here. We will be back as soon as we can!

Place was just as advertised. We could not have asked for a better place to stay. Even with the work being done on the building during our stay. We would definitely stay again. Look forward to seeing the condo after all work is done to property. Best part was the amazing views. Looked one direction to see a beautiful ocean view. Look another direction to see a beautiful view of the mountains.

We appreciated the full kitchen, king size bed, living room area, and washer/dryer access. Having AC units on was also a must while we were at the unit, otherwise it would be way too hot. The views of the mountains and beach were beautiful, though the beach behind the property wasn't our favorite overall as far as swimming or hanging out at. But it was a calm spot to relax. The unit had beach chairs, towels, an umbrella that we used, though the chairs were very old and worn but thats okay. The only complaint we had was the booming and banging of construction going on (pretty much all day Mon-Fri) and lack of access to the balcony space. Also, the hand soap available was really just dish soap mixed with water, so that was strange. Other than that we had a pleasant experience!

The property was perfect for our stay. Beachfront location and convenient to all. Owner was completely upfront about construction noise and price reflected this minor inconvenience. I definitely recommend this property.

Construction literally on every side, closed lanai's ruined everything. You can't even have a conversation with the person in the same room because you can't hear them. The noise is mentioned but we had no idea it would be that ridiculously loud. The lanai's were closed (which wasn't mentioned) due to construction which took away the view (covered in plastic) and the space. Damien opened them for the weekend and gave us a discount when we complained that this was the only reason we booked the place, because it was. He was cooperative but in my opinion this place cannot comfortably be rented out. The construction also goes longer then mentioned (9-5). One night it went as long as 7:30 PM. I've stayed at Pats a total of 5 times and I will never stay there again if construction is going on. Terrible! Damien is great, the place inside is great, the construction makes you want to kill yourself.

Checking in was extremely easy, the unit was very clean and had everything we needed for our 3 night stay. The view was really pretty and it was close to everywhere we wanted to go.

We had a great stay at this cozy apartment. The room was perfect for sleeping and the views of the ocean and mountains were amazing. Construction at the property prevented us from using the balcony unfortunately but we were told that upfront. Also the pool pictured has been filled in but the ocean and beach are perfect. We were able to snorkel thanks to the owner arranging equipment to be replaced as soon as I messaged him! There were sea turtles right on the beach and next to a pipe that goes out into the ocean! The location is nice being you’re away from Honolulu and so many tourists. Oh and the kitchen is nicely stocked. We would love to return someday!

We enjoyed our stay. We where visiting during the building construction and our host was very clear about what to expect before we booked. If anything the construction activity was a good motivator to get up and out to our activities every morning. Beautiful location that will only be better once the construction work is complete.

Perfect place for us!
We lucked out when we scoured VRBO and found this listing. Even better than expected! Very clean, nice location, beautiful beach and pool only steps from our condo. We saw gorgeous sunrises every morning of our week stay. This condo is equipped with everything- bathroom toiletries, kitchen items and condiments, snorkel gear, beach chairs and umbrella, tubes, beautiful decor. It’s a corner unit with wrap around balcony/ gorgeous beach out front, and amazing mountains on the side and back. The grounds were well kept, with nice grass and plenty of round tables with umbrellas, lots of lounge chairs, and outdoor rinsing station. Good security with key fob operated elevator. Bed was very comfortable. Nice large TV with Netflix and music stations. With all the screened doors and windows, a glorious breeze went through the entire condo! So close to food trucks, shops, the Polynesian Cultural Center, Turtle Bay Resort.
There was construction going on outside during the weekdays, but it didn’t bother us. except for a very dusty rental car from above mentioned construction. Having a washer and dryer in the condo was another plus!
Thank you Damien for fast response to our one minor issue (shower faucet needed adjusting for hot water, but handyman came the next morning and fixed it).
We will definitely be recommending this condo to all our friends. We can’t wait to come back and stay here again (this was for our 47th anniversary- maybe for our 50th?)

The condo was fantastic. The pictures don’t do the views justice - they are truly awe inspiring. The ground of the condo are well kept by the beach and the beach is peaceful and serene. The bed was comfy and the kitchen had any dishes you’d need.

Enjoyed being able to cook dinners while looking at the ocean. Damian was quick to fix the problem with the washing machine and parking issue. Yes there was construction going on outside but never affected us. The outside of the building looks a little run down but once inside the Condo it is beautiful. 100% recommend Damien's Penthouse suite. And thank you Damien's mom for being there while machine machine was getting fixed and recommending the proper Urgent care center to fix my wifes ear issue.

The condo was very clean and had been recently updated. The building was doing renovations so there were some issues but I knew of this before hand. Only issue I had was bathroom is very small. Overall a nice condo with a beautiful view. Would stay there agaiin.

Pulling up to the property we were extremely disappointed. Trash overflowing. Empty shopping carts stacked up in front of our parking stall. Construction taken over the parking lot. The inside was beautiful with a gorgeous view. It was quiet at night. Overall it was nice just wish we had been given info about all the construction before we arrived
