'This ill Do' is a Bahamian built 2 bedroom 2 1/2 bath house with exposed beam ceiling and open floor plan. There are both front and rear wood decks. The front deck peers over three acres of tropical landscaping and the back deck offers breathtaking views of Exuma Sound. Both bedrooms allow access to the front and rear decks and have sliding glass doors that when opened allow the sound of the ocean and gentle breeze to fill the room.
'This ill Do' is located on the Eastern side of Great Exuma, on a two mile long sandy white beach with only a handful of homes scattered nearby. The house is three miles from the airport and five miles from George Town, where shopping and dining can be found.

We very much enjoyed our week long stay at This ‘ill Do. The house and view were even more beautiful than the pictures in the listing. There were plenty of beach towels, the kitchen had everything you need (although we never really cooked), the bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious and comfortable, having a washer and dryer was nice and allowed us to pack light, and that view! We spent a lot of time on the deck overlooking the beach and loved the sounds of the waves hitting the beach. We got in the water occasionally at the house, but since there aren’t any barrier islands the water was not the calmest. Our communication with Harriet was great. She responded quickly to messages and made sure we had everything we needed.
We did enjoy a couple excursions. We did the full day tour with Exuma Water Sports and it was an amazing day. Our other tour was a hydro bike tour of Moriah Harbour with Hydrowater Sports. It was such a fun experience being elevated on the bike we saw lots of sealife. During our week we also visited the main beaches.
My only items I mentioned to Harriet regarding the house, but in no way was a negative is possibly adding darker shades to bedroom in case you want to sleep in a little. There were a couple other small things, but Harriet responded promptly to address them and again, it did not take away from our stay at all.
If you’re thinking about it, just book This ‘ill do! You won’t regret it. Thank you Harriet!

The beach, the house, the people, the property owner…always perfect! We love those property and the owners could not be more accommodating. This year we took a couple of day trips to explore some of the others beaches, but did not find anything that matched the beach we had right out our own back door.

A beautiful two bedroom home with large open middle kitchen/living/dining area, perfect for two couples. The home is set back from the road, unlike others in the area, and only steps from one of the most beautiful beaches and swimming areas we've been to- and we've been to many! Powdery sand beach extends right into the water for a long way. Very private, only a few other friendly people strolling the beach. Minutes to grocery stores and George Town. This is what we wanted, and this sure did Do! Oh, and the owner is very accessible, and friendly as can be.

Beautiful, spacious home with gorgeous ocean view. Central location on island with just short drive to Georgetown, Exuma Market, etc. Would definitely recommend this place! Great communication with owners. They provided lots of information to make the trip easier!

We had an amazing time at this property. Harriet was very responsive and great to deal with. The property is very spacious, and has absolutely everything you'll need. The beach that it is on, Tar Bay, is one of the best beaches on Exuma. This property is located basically in the middle of the island and is the perfect location and is accessible to all the island attractions. I would highly recommend this spot for anyone considering a trip to the Bahamas

We had a fabulous stay at This ‘ill do! The house is right on the beach and it’s truly spectacular. We were usually the only ones on the beach with just an occasional person walking by. The house is private and peaceful. We will definitely return.

Excellent communication with the owner from booking through to the last day of our stay. Harriett was very accommodating and was very quick to respond. She prepared us well with a welcome sheet that had a lot of information about the house, where to shop, to which excursions to check out and plenty more.
The house was absolutely gorgeous and only 5 mins from the airport. The property is directly on a private white sand beach and close to lots of restaurants and shops. The house was well stocked and very clean. We had a lot of fun at the beach. It was perfect for kids.
A lot of stores are not open on Sunday. Exuma markets and Schmitty’s were the best grocery stores. There was a straw market close to Exuma Market for souvenirs. We took a day cruise with Coastline Adventures Exuma that took us to the different Cays, Thunderball grotto and a few other stops.
We rented a car for our stay and explored Hooper’s Bay (turtles are down by the docks) and Cocoplum beach (sandbar with starfish and sand dollars). We also rented a boat from Minn’s water sports for the day which allowed us to explore 7miles of the Harbour (Starfish beach was a lot of fun and Man O war sand bar. We also stopped at Chat n Chill, we thought was over rated and ended up going to the Snappy Turtle) which was a lot of fun.
I highly recommend this property. It was a wonderful stay for our family. Such a well maintained house in a great location and a fun island to explore.

this property was better than pictured online, was absolute heaven to stay here. the two beds in each bedroom were fabulous and the house had loads of accommodations! owners were so very helpful, and quick to respond to any questions. having the on-island caretaker was great! was a great place to have to be “stuck” during the many power cuts due to localized flooding and power grid issues. would stay here again in a heartbeat!

The house sits on the most pristine section of the beach. If you want clear blue water as far as you can see, this is the place. No rocks/coral. Bedroom setup on opposite sides of the house is ideal for friends or couples. Great view from anywhere in the house. Housekeeper and handy man extremely helpful and responsive if needed. As noted this was our second stay and highly recommended.

View from the house was amazing. Saw sting rays feet from us in the water. Neighbors down from us saw dolphins the day before. Great central location that puts you in peace but close to amenities. Our only regret was not booking longer. Next time we will stay longer, 5 days is not enough to take in all the beauty this island has to offer.

This I'll Do was perfect for our family of four (2 adults and 2 teenagers). The house was clean and had everything we needed including beach towels. The kitchen had plenty of dishes and pots/pans and it was nice to have a washer/dryer to use. The location was great- easy to get to Georgetown and other places we wanted to visit. There were some beautiful beaches very close to the house. Definitely recommend renting a car- there isn't anything within walking distance (at least the things we wanted to do). There are a few nice restaurants on the island- our favorite was Tropic Breeze. There were a few we wanted to go to but didn't make reservations and they were booked up when we went. We also rented a boat for a few days and that was a lot of fun to hit some snorkel places and other beaches. The host was wonderful and very responsive. She was quick to get back to me on any questions we had or if there was something we needed. If we came back to Exhuma, we would definitely stay here again.

We had just a perfect stay. The house was perfect for me and my bestie. We each had our own beautiful room to spread out with our own bathrooms.

We arrived on Dec. 25th. The indication to find the house were very weak, we had to call the housekeeper to find it. The house is old. The furniture, beds, linens, kitchen ware are all outdated, probably all furnished in the 90's. There were hair all over the bathroom floors when we arrived. I don't think their vaccum works. There were no watersports equipment whatsoever. No beach chairs, no umbrella, no kayak, no paddleboard, no scuba mask, no toys for kids, nothing. And the house is located directly ON THE BEACH.
And to top it off, the owner of the house never told us that ALL grocery stores, convenient stores and restaurants were closed until Dec. 28th. So we went HUNGRY for a few days.
The island is very minimalist. You don't go there for luxury. Restaurants and stores look like bunkers. But yet, everything is very expensive.
The good point of this house: directly ON THE BEACH.

This is a super house for my family! From the time we pulled up until the time we left, everything was perfect! The grounds around the house were beautiful, the house was beautiful and the views were awesome! The beach was right out our back door and it was great! We were able to swim, walk down beach and play in sand! The house had everything we needed and we cooked our own meals several nights while we were there!
We rented boats several days from Minns and we took a private tour with Comfort Tours (super captain and crew) and had an amazing time!
My family and I look forward to going again!! Harriet and the caretaker were absolutely amazing and super people to work with!!

This I'll Do did not disappoint. We loved that the bedrooms were on opposite sides. Every night we would say meet you in the middle. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. The views were absolutely breathtaking. The almost private beach was everything and more. We did explore one or two days, but we were completely content with enjoying this property had to offer. We are already planning our next trip!!

My husband and I stayed at This Ill Do for four nights in November. We absolutely loved this property. The listing is very accurate but honestly does not do it justice. The beach is steps away from the back deck and the water is gorgeous. The views of the ocean from the house are incredible. The house itself is well appointed and has everything that you will need for a comfortable stay. It is spacious and has the perfect beach decor. think it would be great for two couples or a family. The location on the island makes it easy to get to anything you want to do, although you will definitely want to get a rental car. Harriet is the host and she was so lovely to us. Communication was excellent; she is very responsive and detailed. Harriet provides comprehensive information for arrival that includes recommendations for every aspect of your vacation. She goes above and beyond for her guests! I am so glad that we rented this home; we had a wonderful stay on Exuma and I would absolutely stay here again! Thank you, Harriet!

This is a great vacation spot perfectly located on Great Exuma with amazing ocean-front views and sandy beaches in both directions! The owner was extremely accommodating, easy to contact and work with and even helped us get food in the house ahead of time knowing the stores would be closed for the holidays. We can't wait to return!

Our group of four thoroughly enjoyed our stay at This'll Do. We loved the easy access to the private beach (steps away!), we loved watching the sunrise over the ocean every morning from any window in the house, we loved lounging on the patio while enjoying the spectacular views and sound of the waves - it doesn't get any better than this! The house has everything you need and is located close to restaurants, the dive center, grocery/liquor stores, and the bank - but is also private and quiet. We can't wait to go back!

Just as described! Wonderful property for our family! It’s not the fanciest property on the island but it is well furnished, kitchen had everything we needed and you can’t beat the beach access and view! I miss waking up to the beautiful water. Only thing we missed was a dishwasher, but that is easily solved by bringing paper plates/cups.

The house is overlooking the sea with breathtaking views from every room. The layout is ideal for a vacation home with 2 suites on each side of the very large kitchen/living/dining area. There is a new countertop in the kitchen, new living and dining room furniture and brand new decks runing the entire length of the front and the back of the house. This house was perfect for our family of four. I liked the layout with the open kitchen and living room in the middle of the house with the 2 bedrooms on each side. We had everything we needed and more. The house was clean upon arrival and A/C worked great. The beach is huge and empty most of the time. The property manager, Norman, was very helpful and responsive when we needed him. There were plenty of beach towels and they even had soap, toilet paper, paper towels, water bottles, etc. for us. The beach loungers with cushions were appreciated. We had Norman stock the house with a few groceries before we arrived. This helped out a lot. I would definitely recommend renting this house. It will not disappoint.
