This property was amazing. Me and my family had one of the best times here. Everything was close by the home is amazing and very well kept. The check in and check out was very easy and stress free. The beach is a 5 minute walk from the home. Highly recommend this for a great stay for you and your loved ones.

We booked this house for a vacation with our grown children and their spouses…no grandchildren this time. What a great opportunity to enjoy being with each other. Lake Tahoe is absolutely gorgeous, and the house was absolutely perfect. Plenty of room for the 6 of us and all the amenity of home. We will do this again!

Excellent stay! Brandon was very prompt and helpful with his responses. The one thing I noticed is that the listing showed 8 beds, the house had 6, with a group of 7 people one had to sleep on a couch. Otherwise A+ stay!!

Really enjoyed our visit as it was perfect location - quiet neighborhood and convenient location to all you need. Very good set up for friends and family, very comfy/homey and kitchen was well stocked with all needed to cook. A block from beautiful Lake Tahoe with very easy access to beach. Upstairs master suite is fabulous with really good game/exercise room lower level and a great hot tub! Brandon was a great with easy checkin/out and very responsive. Would definitely stay again next time in Tahoe!

Beautiful rental property! Upstairs master bedroom and bath was huge, office, balcony, steam room, spa etc. Lake short walk(2 minutes) just stay right of stairs on beach, my daughter was told to leave private beach left of stairs. Wood deck patio had plenty of seating and lounge chairs, needs new cushions though. Brandon Tahoe Seasons rental contact was accessible and very helpful.

Good Location, Walk to Beach
The house is beautiful as pictured. We had a couple issues when we arrived on a Sunday evening, and the host, Brandon, was quick to respond and resolving the issues.

This home was perfect for our family of eight. Large living area, master suite and close to the water/beach access. The basement work out room was good and the game room kept the kids happy. Definitely would rent again and stay longer.

It was chilly during our stay, but during warmer weather the private community beach is just at the bottom of the hill (house is a street above). The houses in the neighborhood are eclectic and closer together than we expected, but it was generally quiet. We enjoyed the hot tub in the backyard. Well stocked with essentials and furnishings. A great choice if you want to be in South Tahoe, with a good dinner/drinks option right across the street.

Overall the property was nice. Very close to the beach and casinos. As far as the property, the light switches for this place was a nightmare. Dimmers everywhere and you had to walk out of kitchen to get to the lights in the kitchen. The refrigerator did not keep our food cold, we had to use the wine cooler to get our drinks cold. It was very hot during our week there and there is no air conditioning (which makes sense since it is a winter cabin), but nonetheless it was warm inside the house until the middle of the night even with all the windows open. For summer use, i don't think this property is worth the daily rate that they charged, winter time probably is.

This house fit our group of 8 with room to spare. First I want to say the house is as listed and beautiful. We will definitely stay again. There were a couple of cons but not enough to not stay again. Check in was easy and Brandon communicates very well. Plenty of room for the 10 of us. Game room was nice to have for the kids to hang out in. Master bedroom was a dream and lots of extra space. The negatives were 1) left over trash was still in the garage. Spoke to Brandon and he quickly took care of it and was super apologetic. 2) upon using the oven it started smoking a bit due to the fact it was not cleaned beforehand. Turned out fine and notified Brandon. We cleaned it a little bit so we could use it. 3) the microwave did not work. It would start but never would heat up anything. We thought it was user error but we tried many settings and still did not work. It wasn’t that important to us so we didn’t notify Brandon right away. Other things were is that it would be nice if there was some beach toys and beach chairs. We brought our own so it wasn’t a problem but there were so many of us, it would have been nice. The best thing is the close proximity to the beach. It’s literally a 2-3 min walk. Very easy and close. It’s a narrow beach but very lovely. Unfortunately we stayed when the wild fires were happening and we had a couple of cooler smoky days. The hot tub was a total plus. We enjoyed it a lot! The kitchen is well stocked with cooking utensils and pots/pans. Some glassware was dirty but when we rent vacation homes we immediately wash a load of dishes when we arrive. Washer and dryer worked very well and there was some detergent to use. Very handy. Plenty of towels available as well. We felt all the beds were comfortable enough. The deck was lovely to sit out and eat breakfast and have drinks. Overall this place is fantastic. I would love to stay again and can’t wait to come back to Tahoe without the smoke.

My husband and I with our kids stayed here along with my cousin her husband and their kids. The house is beautiful! We loved being here! So sad to be leaving. The neighbors are all so friendly as well. Unfortunately we won’t be able to stay here again as our families are growing and we’ll exceed the 10 ppl capacity. The only very small complaint I could think of is if this house had beach chairs umbrellas and toys so we didn’t have to bring ours up from San Jose. Really such a beautiful stay. We are certain anyone would love this home

Amazing getaway.
Absolutely stunning property less than two minutes from the beach. It was a great opportunity for us to getaway with our family and extended family. Could not have asked for a better place to stay and get away from all the craziness lately. It gave the five kids that we’re with us a chance to escape and enjoy themselves. Great property and great location and well worth a return visit. Thank you!!!!

Awesome rental
Property looks like the pictures. You are only 6 minutes from Heavenly. We stayed with grandparents, parents, and kids - 6 adults, 3 kids. We never ran out of hot water, we had plenty of space. It was a great trip!
