Bernadette is a great host and the cabin is just perfect. The kitchen is very well appointed and there is plenty of space to gather around the cozy fireplace downstairs and another great space in the loft with its own fireplace upstairs. The bedrooms were just the right size and beds were comfortable. Even the hot tub is perfect and a welcome serene relief soaking and watching the stars at night after a day in the mountain.

The property is beautiful. The house is nicely appointed and comfortable. All the amenities you could want plus a hot tub! Property owner is very sweet and easy to communicate with.

This place was perfect for our needs. Two living spaces and outdoor decks allowed for privacy and gathering. Lovely, well stocked home.

What a perfect cabin for our family. It was located in a nice neighborhood, perfect if you have kids, but also very quiet. The view from the backyard was amazing. We will definitely be recommending!!!

We had the best stay. The cabin was spacious with great views from the backyard. We loved having the hot tub and the grill! It was a great location with just a short drive to the beach and many hikes. Would absolutely recommend.

We recently were in Tahoe for a wedding and stayed at this cabin. Bernadette was absolutely amazing. The beds and pillows were so comfy and there wasn’t a thing that we needed that wasn’t thought about beforehand and available for our use. There were plenty of towels and bedding and we enjoyed the hot tub and having a grill to use. It was an absolutely amazing trip and having a home away from home to come back to every evening was the icing on the cake.

My husband, two teenage daughters and myself absolutely loved our stay in this very clean and comfortable house. It was well furnished, the beds were quite comfy, and the kitchen was stocked with plenty of silverware, dishes, glasses, and pots and pans. The location was central in both directions, the neighborhood was quiet and we loved the cozy fireplace (and views). We appreciated the close attention to detail as well as the consistent communication with the owner, Bernadette. The four of us agreed that this house was like a home away from home and that we'll definitely be back!

The hot tub was enjoyable after play time in the snow, it was nice having the upstairs loft for my grandsons to enjoy the TV.

My girlfriends and I stayed at this adorable property for a girls trip mid January. The pictures really don’t do it justice. The house is an adorable Tahoe inspired/cabin feel about a 10 minute drive from the North parking lot at Heavenly and about a 10-15 minute drive from downtown south Tahoe where there’s tons of great restaurants, and I’m assuming nightlife (though we opted to spend our evenings soaking in the nice hot tub and watching the sunset). The house was bigger than I imagined, and had everything we could have wanted. Communication with Bernadette was easy, (she’s such a sweetheart) and check in and out was a breeze. We had no new snow so our rear wheel drive rental car was fine, but I’d definitely recommend 4 wheel drive for the neighborhood if there’s fresh snow as the neighborhood roads were pretty icy. We would love to stay here again! Thanks again Bernadette!

We had such a wonderful getaway to this comfortable cabin. We were two couples with two 3 year olds, and the place was perfect. Everything was well kept and comfortable. Plenty to do for the kids. And the lovely hot tub a huge bonus! Thanks!

great place. kitchen is well stocked with pots and pans and dishes/silverware. had salt/pepper/other spices, as well as saran wrap, foil. comes with dishwasher detergent and laundry detergent. we came during a blizzard and the driveway was shoveled. The neighborhood is a little treacherous to navigate thru if you don't have a good winter car. i would recommend a 4wd car here if you come in the winter b/c the neighborhood isn't able to be plowed as well as the main roads. fire places worked great. Host was very responsive. She was also very understanding of our situtation (coming in a snowstorm), and allowed us to shift our dates by a day, since the roads into tahoe were closed. thank you!

We had a great time at the cabin. Very cozy, clean and organized. The hot tube in the backyard up against the pine trees was perfect after a day of hiking and swimming. The only thing unexpected was the very unfriendly next door neighbor. We had young generally very well behaved toddlers and they were quite excited about playing in the hot tub and the lady next door screamed for them to “shut up” the very first day we arrived. This was at 5pm in the afternoon and they were simply playing and laughing, not fighting or screaming. Needless to say they were quite scared the rest of the trip. Just something to be aware.

Easy to get to and great central location for hiking and town activities. Very clean overall with well appointed kitchen. Superb hot tub for our group. Owner was very responsive to our questions.

This cabin was perfect for our needs. The kitchen was stocked with everything you could possibly need. The beds were very comfortable. The location was close enough to anything you wanted to do but far enough out that you could really enjoy nature. Would definitely stay here again. Bernadette was extremely helpful.

Needed a rental for 4 adults and one pet for 4th of July week to attend a wedding. The entire experience was great, Reasonable price, delightful property, fenced yard for dog, nice neighborhood close enough to everything but still a feeling of being away from it all. The cabin and property was meticulously maintained and very well stocked. Everything worked just as it should. The entire experience with the owner was first rate and by deposit was returned very promptly. If I needed a similar property in the future, I wouldn't look elsewhere if this one was available.

What a beautiful cabin! Looks better in person! The cabin was nicely appointed with updated kitchen appliances, bathrooms and granite countertops. The house was fully equipped with everything! Paper goods were fully stocked too, no need to run to the store for these items! Perfect space to share with two families. The kids spent most of their time in the loft...when we were indoors. Just a note that we had two bear encounters! It appears that it was the same bear doing its daily routine in the neighorhood because we saw it around the same time both days. This house has a bear-proof trash bin but the neighbor doesn't so the bear made its rounds to the same house in search of food. We took great pictures! Communicating with Bernadette was friendly and fast! What fine hospitality and a great host to our fun getaway! Thank you!
